This was our second stay at Sunway Lost World Hotel, and it was a much better experience than our first. We were pleasantly surprised with a free upgrade to a Classic Triple room, and having the night park passes included for both nights was a huge plus. However, there were a few areas that could be improved: Amenities: The room was clean and the linens were fresh. Unfortunately, we had no hot water in our room for both nights. Despite being told it just ”takes time” to warm up, it never did. Taking a cold shower at 11:00 PM after the night park was a major downside. Dining & Location: The hotel isn't very close to outside eateries. Room service ends around 10:00 PM, so if you return from the night park late, options are very limited. Since we visited during the Raya break, most nearby Muslim-owned shops were closed, requiring a drive to find food. Breakfast: Day one was enjoyable, but day two was a bit chaotic due to the surge of guests. Food wasn't refilled quickly enough and finding a table was a challenge and a lot of food were not refilled as it finished. Overall, a good stay for the park access, but the water temperature and breakfast logistics during peak periods need attention.

The hotel arranged for us to stay in a corner room which has weak WiFi access. I didn't have WiFi for the entire three nights stay. Furthermore, the bed was rather hard and the room was rather small. However, the hotel provides excellent breakfast and is located at a very strategic location. The hotel is very close to the Ipoh parade and within 10 mins drive to famous tourist spots like concubine lane. Overall, the experience was just alright.

I took their spa package with scrap and ended up both legs and back became itchy and red dots. Please make sure you have insensitive skin before you try it out.

If you are looking for relaxation, luxury, and convenience, the IWH Sunway Onsen Apartment is the place to be. Here is why I can’t stop raving about it: • The Private Onsen: This is the absolute highlight. Having a private hot spring tub right on the balcony is an experience you usually pay premium hotel prices for. Soaking in the natural geothermal water while looking out at the majestic limestone hills was incredibly rejuvenating. It is the perfect way to unwind. • The View: Waking up to the view of the greenery and the misty hills is breathtaking. It feels like a retreat far away from the city, yet it is so accessible. • The Apartment: The unit managed by IWH was spotless, modern, and beautifully decorated. The beds were hotel-quality comfortable (I slept like a baby!), and the amenities provided—from high-speed WiFi to the kitchenette—made it feel like a luxurious home away from home. • Location: You are practically right next door to the Sunway Lost World of Tambun. It’s incredibly convenient if you are visiting the theme park. Plus, there are plenty of food options and a grocery store nearby. • The Service: The IWH team was fantastic. Check-in was seamless, the instructions were clear, and they were very responsive to any questions I had. I would highly recommend this to couples looking for a romantic getaway or families wanting a fun, relaxing trip. I am already planning my next trip back! My personal rating : 11 / 10

Os MEUS filhos gostaram de cereais, bihun goreng, pão com jam e pastos. Além disso, perto do hotel, havia muitos restaurantes e opções de kiosk em torno Da área Bulatan Sultan Azlan Shah.Na noite, você Pode alugar bicicletas, buggies e outros veículos para andar por aí, Muito divertido! Havia até um pequeno trem, que as crianças amavam absolutamente. Na manhã seguinte, depois do nosso maravilhoso pequeno-almoço, OS MEUS filhos e EU voltámos para a rua para um passeio brilhante e passei um tempo no parque de jogos.Foi realmente divertido e UMA boa maneira de começar o dia. The cleanliness of this hotel is acceptable to me, the attitude of front desk staff is exceptional good. Plenty of parking spaces around, shouldn’t be a problem for late check-in.

Muito bom Lugar para relaxar, ver e fazer algumas excursões interessantes.Escolho as salas Menos caras, MAS a sala é grande e confortável.Aquilo é um Pessoal amigável.Mas talvez ainda possa adicionar algumas instalações Como o tribunal de Badminton e o tribunal de piquebola. A área de compartilhamento de história, tal Como o Museu, também proporcionará benefícios para OS estrangeiros para compreender a cultura local e a forma como esta área se desenvolveu.Algumas áreas precisam de Mais atenção para jardins como o Jardim de Espécia e o Jardim de abelhas. O buffet é rápido para a experiência local, MAS ainda é bom para o sabor.Gosto de sumo de frutas frescas, frutas e ensaladas. A carne de ovino torrada é dura, MAS a galinha de render/carne de bovino, folha de banana pré-embalada Nasi lemak, canto frito de meia-caca, estação de canai roti é boa.Grãos torcidos de galinha são bonitos, MAS o sopa tulang é bonito.A estação de deserto é a favorita DOS miúdos. Eu recomendo isso para OS amigos.

Localização ideal para caminhar para jardins e cafés no lago / Centros de crochê perto.  O piso de UMA unidade era poeira.Alguns locais de água e sinais de fuga de água DOS quartos eram moldados nessas áreas.A ar condicionado EM UMA sala não estava frio.  Todas as caixas seguras não funcionavam.A porta do balcão não podia ser trancada corretamente.Não havia caldeira de água Na sala. Alguns lugares Das escadas tinham muitas descargas de pássaros.

I had a wonderful one-night stay at DoubleTree by Hilton Damai Laut Resort. The hotel is very kids-friendly, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable. They have a great kids club and a fun water park that kept the children entertained throughout the stay. The view from the hotel is absolutely beautiful—peaceful and perfect for a relaxing getaway. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, making it easy to rest and recharge. I was also impressed with the food at the hotel. The meals were delicious and offered a good variety, suitable for both adults and kids. Overall, it was a pleasant and memorable stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel, especially for families looking for a fun yet relaxing short vacation.

A beautiful and peaceful retreat surrounded by nature. The Banjaran Hotsprings Retreat offers breathtaking scenery, privacy, and a truly relaxing atmosphere. The villa was elegant and comfortable, and the hot spring facilities were exceptional. What made the stay even better was the staff — warm, professional, and genuinely welcoming. A perfect place to unwind and disconnect. Highly recommended.
