"We had a fantastic stay at this hotel and would happily book again. The location is very convenient, just a short walk from Seoul Subway Line 5 (Purple Line), Exit 7, which made getting around the city easy. The area is also close to DDP, with two Olive Young stores nearby, so daily essentials and shopping were never an issue. We stayed in a suite room, which was very spacious and thoughtfully laid out. The entry foyer meant that while you could hear occasional movement from people passing through the lobby area, no noise reached the bedroom, so sleep quality was excellent. The bed deserves special mention — my husband is extremely picky with mattress firmness, and this one was fully husband-approved. The room was spotless, well-heated (AC set to heating worked perfectly in winter), and extremely comfortable. The bathroom was excellent, with strong and consistent hot water, great cleanliness, and a bathtub, which was a must-have for us when booking. Amenities were impressive for the price point: • Fast, reliable Wi-Fi • A huge TV (Netflix streaming worked perfectly) • Very good quality hair dryer (not the cheap hotel kind) • Full-length mirror cabinets, which were genuinely useful • And a standout feature: the LG Styler, which was a huge plus and not something you find everywhere The staff were warm, professional, and spoke very good English. We were also able to leave our luggage at reception after checkout while exploring the city, which made our last day stress-free. Overall, this hotel delivers excellent value, comfort, and thoughtful details. Ideal for leisure travelers who want space, comfort, and a reliable base in Seoul. No complaints — just a very solid, well-executed stay."

"Pros: - The manager was nice - Hotel was clean and location is nice - Hot spring is as good as advertised Cons: - We arrived at 7am, no staff was present in the counter and we used the Kiosk machine to virtually contact a staff because we only wanted to drop our bag (likely outsourced as we heard there was customer service like conversation and keyboards in the background). We were told to either drop our luggage next to the kiosk machine or we could wait until 9am as the manager will be back at 9. We weren't aware there was office of a spa hotel so we went out for a coffee and came back at around 8:50 in the morning and waited until 9:10. We called again and the lady said the manager will be back at 10am. We wanna make sure if there was staff actually coming but the kiosk cut our line and never picked up our call again. We had no choice but to wait and at last we waited till 9:45 (almost a 3 hour wait) and finally we could drop our bag. If there was office hour of the hotel it should be clearly stated for bad drop and available reception office hour. When we checked out, we would like to keep our bags and the female staff (not the friendly manager mentioned in the pros) was rather rude and told us we could only leave our bag here until 4pm, and told us. in Korea you can only keep your bag until 4. I wasn't sure if it is true but it was different to my previous experience in other Korean hotel. Overall I would say the hotel was nice, certainly not spacious but it was clean and tidy. Good environment overall I would say. It was however not an enjoyable experience because of the staff and services provided. Be reminded to check their office hours when planning your trip."

"A localização do hotel é extremamente conveniente.O ônibus do aeroporto 6015 chega ponto a ponto, facilitando o transporte de bagagem grande. O metrô está localizado na estação Gongdeok e não demora muito para chegar às atrações turísticas populares. O quarto é limpo e confortável, em estilo de hotel japonês. A única coisa que precisa ser melhorada é que o chuveiro se desviará para o lado da banheira quando for montado na parede, não sei se é um problema de design ou do próprio chuveiro."

O hotel provavelmente é um hotel coreano comum, embora isso dependa da comparação. Eu estava sozinho, mas o quarto e a cama eram espaçosos e grandes, exatamente como nas fotos, e não tive problemas específicos. Se você procura um hotel de luxo ou um hotel japonês com nível de limpeza e instalações detalhadas, pode não ser o mesmo, mas comparado ao preço, não tenho reclamações. Fiquei do lado de fora durante o dia, então não sei, mas consegui dormir tranquilamente à noite sem ser incomodado pelo barulho externo. "Me hospedei aqui por uma noite durante uma escala de 20 horas na Coreia do Sul e foi uma ótima escolha. A localização é excelente — a apenas 5 minutos a pé da estação de trem, que tem conexão direta com o Aeroporto de Incheon, o que é super conveniente. "Há um elevador saindo da Estação Anguk 5, a cerca de 7 a 10 minutos de caminhada, em um beco, também fácil de encontrar. Há uma loja 7-Eleven a cerca de 3 minutos, além de cafés e restaurantes conhecidos nas proximidades, o que é bastante conveniente. Água, leite, café, pão e macarrão instantâneo são oferecidos gratuitamente no restaurante do hotel. O quarto não tem um bom isolamento acústico; é possível ouvir claramente o barulho da porta do quarto ao lado. O quarto é muito pequeno, não cabem duas malas grandes. As cortinas são de persianas, por isso entra um pouco de sol pela manhã, além de estarem bastante empoeiradas. O banheiro não é privativo, então o vaso sanitário fica todo molhado durante o banho. Vale mencionar que o travesseiro é bastante confortável e proporcionou uma boa noite de sono."
