The hotel is in a very good location, close to the city center and the cruise terminal, close to a large supermarket, and close to the bus station. The hotel room is spacious, with enough space for luggage. Only one thing should be improved: the shower water is small.

I also stayed at this hotel last year and was really happy with it, which is why we returned this year. But this year it wasn't the same. The shower in my room was leaking water all the way to the bed. There was also a leak in the sink, which I obviously reported. They went to fix it, but it wasn't completely fixed, so the leak continued. They came back again, and it wasn't completely fixed. In short, it wasn't very comfortable. After informing them of the situation, they offered me a room change, but to a smaller one, which I declined. The solution they gave me was to stay there and they would give me more towels to dry the water. That was bad.
The good thing is the location, very close to the beach, which makes a lot of things easier.
I don't know if I would go back...

valparaiso真的是好美的山城，遠離了Santiago的喧囂吵鬧，又回到了像烏拉圭colonia一樣的小鎮，人們的美好又出現了，喜歡這些小地方遠離大城市，酒店還有平台拍攝也好，在小鎮依依不捨地度過了3天，坐大巴車來回首都，好喜歡這裏！
酒店去山城裡遊客集中區也很方便，走路1km，都可以到，最漂亮的也就在這附近，sandiago和Valparaiso的酒店安全措施都做得很好，好愛這裏！
退房時晚上的大巴車，還可以寄存行李，還可以去平台歇着，小地方真是好

A hotel literally on the sea, very nice, first class. The spa very good pool, massages, a wonderful outdoor hot tub on the roof. Excellent bar and restaurant. The outstanding attention of Eduardo at the Bar and Benjamin in the restaurant. The food was very good, especially the shrimp curry, the sorretinos with pesto and the Del Mar fruit gratin. Don't forget to have a complimentary sparkling wine on the terrace of the bar.

The cruise to Antarctica is super convenient. You can take a direct bus from the capital Santiago to the hotel. It takes less than 15 minutes to walk from the hotel to the cruise terminal. The breakfast in the hotel is good. All rooms have sea views. The sunset from the room is super beautiful. Floor Next is a large supermarket, please note that it closes at 8:30. The hotel restaurant is good. Although the price is not cheap, the portion is large. You can order one portion for two people.

It’s a good idea to visit the Sheraton in Viña! Outside the window is Viña's famous Waffle Castle. The V balcony is perfect for watching the sunrise and sunset, and the view is very good!
The hotel's service is very good and responsive to all requests. Self-driving parking is also very convenient. The breakfast category is quite complete and the ingredients are relatively healthy.

Ну довольно странное место для отеля. Вокруг гетто и ничего нет. У нас был номер без балкона. Лучше не бронируйте его, тк вид на океан загораживала крыша ресторана, который расположен внизу. Сам отель приятный, чистый. Не хватает общих зон на улице чтобы сидеть с видом на океан. Бассейн грязный, даже ноги мочить не хотелось. Завтрак неплохой, есть колбасы, сыр, фрукты, йогурт, яйца. Есть своя парковка, что очень актуально в гетто-районе)

AAlexeyA very stylish hotel, which completely met our expectations from its description on this site. Spacious and tastefully decorated rooms with the view on the hills of the city, there is a separate terrace below for those wishing to relax. Very welcoming and efficient reception guys arranged a very smooth check-in for is. There is also a private parking ground nearby (which is an important feature for the hotels located on the hills in this town), but the entry gate perhaps would now allow for the larger vehicles - please check it beforehand. The hotel is generally located upside down (because of the geography of the city) in a way that you are entering the high floor and then descending to the lower floors and there is a staircase leading down the main road (so in case of heavy luggage please ask for the help at the reception).

MMarceloCabañas Anaka are great, surrounded by a nice garden and close to an amazing look out to the ocean as you exit the road on your left,Its located about 2 kilometres from the center about 25 minute walk, Its a simple accomodation style units with a mini bar to keep things cold if you wish. Staff is super friendly and have lots of great tips about tours and things to do, They pick you up at the airport an can arrange a lift to the airport after check in. We had an amazing time. Depending on your tech, the internet can be slow, but is due to the location of the island.A simple breakfast is offered,I found it sufficient to start the day. Our host was amazing and tried to organise our breakfast earlier when we had early tour.

MMarceloThis hotel is located in a popular eating district, it can be noisy during the day, but as a traveller that don't stay indoors all day it didn't bother me just that the noise starts somewhat early in the morning. At the time I stayed there was road works that made noise more a problem. The staff are friendly and they provide a simple breakfast for guests, that is ok to start the morning with.Its close to the metro if you want to ex[plore Valparaiso and a short walk to the Casino that leads to a nice walk next to the beach ( about 10 mins to the casino) The Bus terminal from Santiago is also close by and its not far to walk, about 1 k (about a 10 minute walk)

AAnonymous UserI chose this from Xiaohongshu without booking the exploration hotel. It is really a cabin, a 2-story small building, cut into 3 loft bed and breakfasts of about 25 square meters. The bathroom and kitchen on the first floor, and the second floor is the bedroom and balcony. The facilities are quite shabby, sorry for the price of more than 1,000. The location is very good on the main street, the landlord did not contact me. I walked from the airport for 20 minutes (it is estimated that half of the hotels are very close to the airport and can be reached). The homestay is also very close to the sea line 200M, and it is about20-25 minutes walk from Tahai (that is, there is an eye Moai) where the sunset is seen. There are many restaurants nearby, supermarkets (supermarkets have instant noodles, etc.) pharmacies, tourist agencies, car rental shops, etc. This location, shopping and life are quite convenient. The landlord is enthusiastic. There is a drop-off service. Anyway, I can stay for 2 nights. I am very concerned that the bedding is not clean. It is just 2 orders. The towels are very old.

GGuest UserHotel location was not bad as it is near to many eating places. Amenities are poor as they only provide 1 small bar of soap for handwashing. Nothing was provided for bathing except for a smalltube of shampoo for bathing. Not even a box of tissue and no drinking water. How much can they save going to such lengths of austerity? Worn out towels.

However, you can get well in the main street and use buses etc. The room was modern and spacious and had a great view of the port and the coast.
The bed was pleasant and the bed linen and towels were fresh and clean.
The bathroom was hygienic and the service was good.
