Como não poderia deixar de ser este excelente e maravilhoso hotel do grupo Hilton oferece excelente localização, aliada a um conforto soberbo e um atendimento outsranding.
É o meu hotel quando tenho que ficar a dormir no Porto. TRIP.COM é o único site que uso para reservar alojamento. Muito grato.

Este é o melhor hotel de sempre. A qualidade do pequeno-almoço é comparável à de uma cafeteria de hotel de luxo. Não só é delicioso, como também tem um aspeto encantador, pelo que fiquei muito contente por ter escolhido este hotel para a minha estadia no Porto.
Se voltar, ficarei definitivamente aqui novamente e recomendo-o sem dúvida a mulheres japonesas na casa dos 20 anos! O serviço e a gentileza dos funcionários foram perfeitos e senti-me muito à vontade. Até me ajudaram com a minha mala até à estação, algo que não esperava encontrar num hotel tão atencioso. O quarto era limpo e elegante, e foi uma experiência maravilhosa e única em Portugal.

A localização do hotel é excelente. Fácil acesso à famosa ponte icónica do Porto. O serviço é maravilhoso. Design de interiores e decoração elegante. O café da manhã é bom. Muitos restaurantes ao redor. Estadia muito agradável neste hotel.

O melhor Stay Hotel que já fiquei em termos de conforto e espaço. Unico porém é que não tinha placas para indicar se pretendíamos ou não limpeza. Ao tomar banho a casa de banho, sai muito agua para fora do box e não foi limpo de um dia para o outro.

O quarto tem instalações sanitárias completas, o buffet do hotel é bom, os pastéis de ovo diários são deliciosos, há três tipos de vinho engarrafado à escolha, as bebidas e vários cafés sabem muito bem ☕️

Hotel bem localizado, próximo de transporte público. Quarto confortável e bom pequeno-almoço. O bar no último piso tem um ambiente muito agradável e uma vista incrível. Staff muito simpático em todo o hotel. Na zona da piscina há poucas espreguiçadeiras disponíveis . O acesso ao parque de estacionamento é difícil, mas há serviço de estacionamento por parte da equipa de receção.

GGuest UserStayed at this hotel 3 times in less than 2 months, not planning to return ever again.
Our 1st visit was so impressive that we had booked 2 more stays short after for our family. Yet the last visit turned into a disaster.
Nobody answering phone calls at night.
Before checking in on our last visit. We realized our flight got delayed. tried calling the hotel at around 9.15 pm, called 5 times over 20 minutes, no one would pick up the phone in the main reception !! Furious, and so we arrived at 1am without being able to inform them that we were gonna be late.
Upon arrival, as I had booked 2 rooms, I asked the only person who was on shift that night to make sure putting my parents into the booked standard double room and my family with a child into the other bigger room (Junior King Suite) . He affirmed me that the room distribution was correct so we just left our parents to go to their room and take rest since it was late.
When we arrived at our room, it was definitely a small room that would only fit a couple without being able to add an extra bed. Called the reception, no ones answered again!! So had to went back down to speak to that staff at 1.30am.
He insisted, the room I was put into, was the Junior King Suite !!!! I was so angry because that room didnt looked like it was over 500sq ft as it was described when I booked. But the staff said to us that the info in trip.com was incorrect and more over, the information he received didnt mentioned that we had a child with us.
Angry and exhausted, and I was even gonna compromised to stay in that room and sleep. we just went back to take a shower, then the guy came , talked to my husband and would offer us a bigger room after all the drama. it was close to 2am!!! We got offered to stay in a family room so my daughter got to sleep on a sofa bed but the guy who made the bed didnt even give her a blanket.
Next day, texted my parents and asked them to show us a picture of their room, we realized the guy mistakenly putting my parents into the bigger room and so we were the one who got allocated into the standard double room!!
Unprofessional service from the top to the bottom!! we eventually felt bad to that staff because in the middle of the night, he was the only person who moved luggages, opening beds etc...

GGuest UserWe were given a nice, clean room on an upper floor with a pretty view. The bathroom was on the right through a sliding door when you entered the room. It was spacious with a shower and a bathtub. Good breakfast! The roasted tomatoes were superb and it should be a dish available every morning at the buffet.

UUrban VoyagerWe had a wonderful stay at Eurostars Aliados in Porto. While advertised as a 5-star hotel, it feels more like a high-end 4-star, mainly because it lacks some of the extra touches of luxury and service you’d expect from a top-tier 5-star experience. That said, it still offers great value for money and an excellent stay.
One of the hotel’s strongest points is its location—right in the heart of Porto, making it easy to explore the city on foot. Despite being so central, the room was quiet and well-insulated, allowing for a great night’s sleep.
Check-in was smooth and efficient, with friendly and professional staff who made us feel welcome right away. Throughout our stay, the staff remained courteous and helpful, ensuring a pleasant experience.
Our room was spacious, stylish, and very comfortable, featuring a king-sized bed, elegant decor, and a huge shower that added a touch of indulgence. Everything was spotlessly clean, which is always a priority when choosing a hotel.
The hotel has a spa with a gym, sauna, and hammam, free for guests. While we didn’t have time to use them, they looked modern, well-maintained, and inviting, adding to the hotel’s appeal.
Overall, Eurostars Aliados delivers a stylish and comfortable stay at a reasonable price. While it may not quite reach the level of a true 5-star experience, it’s an excellent option for those looking for a high-quality hotel in the center of Porto. We would definitely stay here again!

LLAGGreat facilities. We went with half board. And it doesn't pay off. After knowing the prices, we would have paid less for dinner if we paid on the day.
We went on the weekend and the hotel was full. It's a large hotel and we didn't like the experience from that point of view.
The objective is to relax and have a different experience, but we ended up having to wait to enter the Turkish bath, sauna and swimming pools, which became unfeasible, as they looked like municipal swimming pools.
full of people. About the staff, the girls at the restaurant and at breakfast (who are the same) are very helpful and friendly. The same can no longer be said for the reception staff. Little willingness to help with such simple things, such as lending a mere phone charger, easily resolved by the dining room staff.
In short, it is a hotel with conditions, but I find it very confusing when it is full, something that I believe is common at the weekend.

We stayed here for four nights and felt very happy. This is five star boutique hotel with all the facilities and above all top class services to guests - we have been many five star hotels around world. The Italian owner has talents from interior designing to offering great customer experience with help from his charming and hard working daughter Flavia who was on site supervising /attending to guests everyday and was willing to go extra mile to help. All staff members are professional, attractive with nice smiles. Innes the restaurant manager (?) was very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed fabulous breakfast and a wonderful dinner with innovative dishes created/cooked perfectly. All in all we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will recommend GA Palace and Spa (lovely spa experience showing high level of attention to detail).

Aasif_saudThe biggest issue during my stay was that the hotel took access to my ⛔️credit card⛔️. I was very disappointed and concerned about this, as I was not expecting it and did not feel comfortable with the process. Clearer information should be provided to guests in advance regarding any credit card requirements.
Another disappointment was the swimming pool. One of the main reasons I booked this hotel was because of the pool, but unfortunately it was not available during my stay. I understand this may not have been the hotel's fault, but I was not informed beforehand.
There wasn't shower gel, Shampoo, face wash only they provided Hand wash. 🦧
On a positive note, the room was excellent—clean, comfortable, and well maintained. I would rate the room 5 out of 5.
The location was also good and convenient, although not the best compared to other areas.

GGuest UserThe least you expect from a five star hotel was a good service and cleanlinless. We stayed here for 5 nights and they did not change our bedsheet even though it was written that they will change it every 3 days, no refill of water, no refill of tissues and coffee and tea we had to request it. There’s a small cockroach in the bathtub. At the front desk they don’t even greet you whenever you passby I am not being entitled that I should be greeted I just compare it to other hotel where they always smile. It’s hard to call the front desk sometimes it will take 5 minutes.
On the positive side the food in the restaurant was really good and the drinks at the bar those who are working there was really nice and attentive too. I’d like to commend also Fabrizio who always smile and who helps us with our luggage when we check in and check out.
