MM525814****When traveling solo, cleanliness and service are my top priorities, and this Mehood elegant hotel definitely didn't disappoint.
The front desk staff was very efficient with check-in, and they were warm and attentive. They patiently informed me about my room location and good dining spots nearby, without a hint of being perfunctory. During my stay, I called to borrow a hairdryer, and it was delivered to my door in less than 7 minutes – incredibly fast response time. They also pay attention to details; every day when I returned, the room would be spotless, and they'd proactively replenish drinking water and toiletries, which felt very thoughtful.
Regarding hygiene, it was truly impeccable. The bedsheets and duvet in the room were pristine white and stain-free, feeling dry and soft to the touch. The desk and floor were spotless, and there were no water stains or odors on the bathroom counter and in the shower. Even the crevices of the washbasin were thoroughly cleaned, so I didn't have to do any secondary cleaning myself – it felt incredibly reassuring to stay there.
The environment and facilities are also perfect for solo travelers. The lobby is quiet and elegant, without noisy crowds. The room size is moderate, with a compact and practical layout. The charging outlets by the bedside are conveniently located, perfect for watching shows or taking care of business at night. The soundproofing is also good; closing the door blocks out external noise, allowing for a full night's sleep until morning.
Next time I travel solo, this will definitely be my top choice again!

The front desk staff were warm, friendly, and highly professional. Throughout our stay, the team was attentive and proactive in seeking our feedback, showing genuine care in improving the guest experience. During nighttime, a service robot was available to deliver requested items, which was both efficient and added a nice touch of modern technology.
The hotel enjoys a very convenient location, with Guangzhou Metro Line 2 (Nanzhou Station) reachable within a 5–10 minute walk, making it easy to get around the city. Daily conveniences are right at your doorstep — McDonald’s and a grocery store are located in the same row as the hotel, and the bus stop is directly in front of the entrance, making dining and transportation extremely convenient.
Overall, this is a well-located hotel with excellent customer service, and it is highly recommended for a comfortable and hassle-free stay.

QQingjiaowokukuziBooked the Tower View Room 03, which was really nice. I could see both the Canton Tower and IFC. It was my first night in Guangzhou, and I got to take in the city's night view. My luggage was delivered to the room, and I was able to check in early since a room was available. Every dish at Guang Yu Xuan was great; the angel hair pasta was unexpectedly delicious, with a perfect balance of peppercorn flavor that wasn't overpowering. Vera sent a complimentary anniversary cake, and Sophia was also excellent—I could just contact her directly for anything I needed. Turndown service tidied up a few things and left three chocolates. It's a shame the weather wasn't great during my stay, with a lot of fog. I'd definitely choose Rosewood again next time I'm in Guangzhou.

GGuest UserGood location. B2 directly access to gongyuanqian metro and many restaurants. Walking distance (5-6 min) to Beijing pedestrian street and da fo shi. Only 2-3 stations away from tourist spot like hua cheng da dao, canton tower and li ji wan. Apartment is clean, counter staff is polite and helpful. The breakfast (street dim sum in the photo) just outside gongyuanqian metro station is cheap and very delicious. Can easily find delicious local food at Beijing pedestrian street. The only downside is not easy to find the apartment from front door due to the constructions. Once you check in, you can easily connect to metro via B2 and avoid front door.

Our stay at this hotel was truly exceptional. The hotel is impeccably clean, and the rooms are modern and well-maintained. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. The breakfast was delicious, offering a wide variety of options. We particularly loved the heated swimming pool, which was also very clean and well-maintained.
Special thanks to the following staff members who made our trip even more wonderful:
Juan (娟) from the front desk, who went out of her way to help us use the mobile app and use it to book a taxi for the first time.
Leslie (健仔) from the lobby, who was very friendly and provided us with excellent advice on what to see in the city.
Seto (司徒師傅) from the restaurant, who was also very friendly and gave us great recommendations on the best places to eat in the city.
The only downside is that the hotel is a bit far from the subway (about a 10-15 minute walk), and the road can be a little quiet at night. However, this wasn't a problem for us once we learned how to use the mobile app for taxis, which are very affordable in the city.
Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this hotel!

The service at the hotel was outstanding. The staff, particularly at the reception, were not only fluent in English but also extremely helpful, providing detailed travel advice for exploring Heshan. The breakfast buffet was impressive, offering a variety of both Chinese and Western dishes that catered to the diverse tastes of international guests.
The rooms were another highlight of my stay. They were spacious, well-lit, and tastefully decorated, providing a serene environment. The beds were exceptionally comfortable, with high-quality bedding that ensured a good night's sleep after a day of exploration. The bathrooms were clean and well-equipped with essential toiletries, slippers, and bathrobes, showing attention to detail.
The hotel's location is unbeatable. It's within walking distance to several key attractions and shopping areas, making it extremely convenient for travelers. The vicinity also boasts numerous local restaurants, allowing me to indulge in authentic local cuisine while experiencing the culture of Heshan.
Overall, my stay at Quan Zhi Hotel was both comfortable and culturally enriching. It's an ideal spot for both business travelers and tourists looking for a blend of comfort and local charm. My only suggestion would be the addition of more complimentary recreational facilities like a gym or a small library, which could enhance the appeal for guests staying longer.
In conclusion, Quan Zhi Hotel provides a delightful, convenient, and culturally rich experience, making it a recommended destination in Heshan City.

I also used their airport shuttle service, which was very convenient for getting to and from the airport. It's a more affordable Hilton-brand option. The Christmas tree in the lobby was lovely, and the staff's smiles were genuinely warm. I'd definitely consider staying here again if I have the chance. [Strongly recommended]

Here on a short overnight overlay, with my next flight early at 8AM from Baiyun Airport, so I couldn't make use of the airport shuttle service. Breakfast wasn't served by the time I departed (5.45am) too, so I can't speak for that.
Took a short walk to the gym and pool facilities, they look fine but I didn't make use of them.
Otherwise, it's a really comfy hotel. Room 2007 is right next to the elevator, so I didn't experience the long walk that other guests mentioned. There's pretty much everything you could need provided in the room, including bathrobes. Didn't make use of the kitchen, but I understand it could come in handy for certain travellers.
But yeah, not bad. Not bad at all.
Location wise, it's 15 minutes to the airport, but it's a solid 50 minutes to the city centre by car. You could alternatively walk to the nearby Renhe Subway Station and make use of the public transport (very convenient!), but it could get crowded at times.
