The service is enthusiastic and the location is excellent. The only problem is that the air conditioner starts up too loudly and the control logic also has a fatal problem, which causes it to start up frequently and makes it so noisy that I can't sleep.

A hotel that exceeded expectations. The location is very good. It is right in the middle of the town, with a park on the side. There will be a market in the morning. It feels very local. There are not many parking spaces. Advance reservations are required, probably because it is low season. , The hotel occupancy rate is not high, so there are not many types of breakfast, but in general the price/performance ratio is quite high.

The room was clean and tidy, although it was an old hotel, but the facilities were well maintained, the parking was convenient, and the breakfast was rich.

Very nice small hotel with friendly staffs, everything was simple and clean, room was spacious with a balcony overlooking the car park.
Breakfast was nice too, everything's fresh but if u want coffee need to trouble the waiter to pour for you, not self serving, but they were very happy to assist.
The price for no. of guests staying varies, so make sure you enter correctly.
Overall very happy here, Wi-Fi can improve a bit.

Room was spacious and clean. Facilities in the room were acceptable. Breakfast was decent. Parking available on site. It’s about 15min drive from central Sarajevo. Quiet location with cafe, supermarket and petrol pump just across the hotel.

Ich hatte das Vergnügen, drei Tage mit meiner Familie in diesem Hotel zu verbringen, und es war wirklich eine großartige Erfahrung. Das Hotel ist äußerst sauber und gepflegt, was uns sehr angenehm überrascht hat. Auch die Mitarbeiter waren stets freundlich und hilfsbereit, was den Aufenthalt noch angenehmer gemacht hat. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich den Eigentümer des Hotels, der persönlich sehr hilfsbereit war und uns bei allen Anliegen tatkräftig unterstützt hat. Insgesamt kann ich dieses Hotel nur wärmstens empfehlen und gebe ihm gerne fünf Sterne. Es ist definitiv ein Ort, an dem man sich wohlfühlt!

GGuest Userthis hotel was very clean and convenient. it is walkable to all main attractions in banja luka with no issues. the hotel feels very clean and safe and i highly recommend to anyone. there is free included breakfast which is delicious, (i went late, so there was not much food left, but it was still warm) and the staff are very helpful
