Had a fantastic stay at Divan Mersin! The service was excellent, and the rooftop restaurant not only offered delicious food but also an amazing panoramic view. The location was perfect as well. I will definitely stay here again on my next visit. Highly recommended!

Fantastic stay at Mersin Hilton! The hotel is right by the sea, offering stunning views. The staff provided excellent service, and the restaurant had a great variety of delicious food, including an amazing buffet. However, despite the temperature reaching 28-29°C, the rooms were still set to winter mode, so the air conditioning was not available. Other than that, everything was great. Highly recommended!

Очень неплохой отель. Рядом есть большой пляж, продуктовый магазин и инфраструктура. Сам номер достойный, удобная кровать и подушка, есть чайник, балкон.
Из минусов: номер был плохо убран на полу песок и пыль на мебели. Плечиков в шкафу две штуки. Завтрак скудный: вареные яица, картофель фри, сосиски, огурцы, помидоры, джемы, хлопья и чай

Хороший и симпатичный небольшой отель. Очень понравился, тем более за такую стоимость. В 250 м побережья моря. Панорамные окна в номере: открывается чудесный вид на море, город и горы.
Персонал очень дружелюбный и откликается на любые просьбы. Единственное что хотел уточнить: что в описание указано что завтрак по системе «шведский стол», но это нет: завтрак порционный и не очень большой и в нём нет кофе и сливочного масла.

Заселение произошло только в третий показанный номер, уборка ежедневно, в номерах очень чисто, спасибо персоналу уборки. На сервис стойке при обращении по подключению интернета решили вопрос только через полчаса, так как стандартный вход по номеру паспорта/номеру номера не работал. Двоякое впечатление об отеле - очень чисто и в то же время на ресепшн не очень расторопные сотрудники работают

MMiladGreat place to stay if ur just driving through like us. Not for a holiday stay but more like a rest stop. Friendly staff especially the valet and the restaurant staff. Check in staff was also nice but checking out time the lady was not very friendly. Rooms are tiny but enough. Quality of blankets can be improved. Shower was hot and perfect. Breakfast quality was good too. Overall a nice hotel.

GGuest UserI liked the hammam, it was very clean. The breakfasts were delicious. The only downside is the location. It's located in the middle of favelas, and the walk to the sea is also through favelas. The view from any window is terrible.

SSergey25I needed to stay for 2 more days and I did not hesitate to extend my stay in this hotel. Once again I want to express my gratitude to the hotel staff for their helpfull. They sent me a personal item forgotten in the room by mail the next day. Dear friends, I wish you good luck and prosperity!

GGuest UserThe hotel was in a good location. The room was big and comfortable. But at mealtimes we were always rushed. Staff would take away your plate etc whilst other people were still eating. Not good manners. We were told once you have 30 minutes to finish your drink! My friend had a steak so asked for a steak knife. No steak knives in restaurant so had to cut it with ordinary knife. My friend had his own restaurant in UK and was not impressed.

AAnna 1991Very good hotel. There is a big beach, grocery store and infrastructure nearby. The room itself is decent, comfortable bed and pillow, there is a teapot, balcony.
Of the downsides: The room was poorly cleaned on the floor of sand and dust on furniture. Shoes in the closet are two pieces. Breakfast is scarce: cooked eggs, fries, sausages, cucumbers, tomatoes, jams, cabbages and tea

The overall style is online and the service is very standardized. Whether it is a business trip or a holiday, it is a very worry-free choice. The gym is not available, the rooms have three floors and there are stairs.
