Ficámos aqui há muitos tempos porque é um edifício bonito, um edifício excelente, o pessoal geral é excelente, e o restaurante e as salas são incríveis. Infelizmente, o Frente não é o Mesmo que o resto Da experiência. Quando me escrevi para pedir um check-in precoce, não tive resposta - quando cheguei, perguntei sobre isso e foi dito porque não tive resposta que significa que está tudo bem. Encontro esta estranha, como explico que chegamos depois de um voo de três partes em 18 horas. Ficámos aqui pelo menos três vezes e o MEU comentário por cada vez seria bastante o mesmo - acho que o Frente poderia fazer melhor para fazer o resto Da experiência.

The Premiere ICC Hotel is a fantastic choice, boasting a perfect location and amazing views that truly elevate the experience. The stay was enjoyable, but there were a few areas for improvement: Missing Amenities: We had to call to request gowns and slippers, which should ideally be provided automatically. One of the robes was still moist, suggesting it hadn’t been dried properly. Heating Issues: The heating either wasn’t working or we couldn’t figure out how to operate it, which made the room uncomfortable at times. Despite these issues, the hotel’s strengths make it a solid option, and with a little attention to detail, it could be even better.

Where to start... I had high expectations for Radisson Blu, but my stay was pretty disappointing. First off, check-in was delayed because the rooms weren’t ready, and even after waiting, they still weren’t properly cleaned. There was even an empty milk carton left on the desk, which didn’t inspire much confidence in their housekeeping. The room itself was pretty dull, aside from the great view. It also needed some serious maintenance—bits of wood were coming off, and the paint was peeling in places. The biggest issue was the water from the taps—it came out brown, which was a major red flag. Overall, for the price, I expected much better. I wouldn’t stay here again when there are likely better options out there.

Excellent staff, from Charl. (hope i got name correct) at Reservations, to the people at reception, Housekeeping, and the team at the dining/breakfast area. Also, the food was really good value and tasty. Please dont slip up on any of these!!

Estou habituado a um serviço quente e bem-vinda em toda a África do Sul, mas isso é o que me leva a coroa. O rio Storms é um belo lugar em uma parte bela do mundo e este alojamento de hóspedes foi uma grande escolha O proprietário levou tempo para saber o MEU plano, aconselhou-me e até organizou um transbordador para mim. Muito confortável e tranquilo para dormir e relaxar. O pequeno-almoço é generoso, fresco e delicioso.Grande variedade de escolhas. Mesmo um excelente cappuccino!!! Recomendado

Этот отель стал для нас не просто местом отдыха, а настоящим оазисом, где каждая деталь дышала гармонией и гостеприимством. Первое, что покоряет здесь с порога, — это **по-семейному теплый персонал**. Их дружелюбие не было напускным: от искренних «Добро пожаловать!» до внимания к мельчайшим просьбам — казалось, они угадывали наши желания раньше, чем мы успевали их озвучить. Здесь не было места формальностям, только искренняя забота, превратившая четыре дня в бесконечный диалог доброты. Отель расположился в тихом районе, где даже время замедляет свой бег. Утренние прогулки вдоль океана стали ритуалом: бескрайняя гладь воды, сливающаяся с горизонтом, и тропинка, окаймленная цветущими кустарниками, будто созданы для медитаций и разговоров с самим собой. Шум прибоя заменял нам музыку, а звёздное небо по вечерам — самый роскошный спектакль. Удобство расположения Singa Lodge сложно переоценить: всего 63 ранда за поездку на Uber из аэропорта. Мы не потратили ни минуты на утомительные переезды, а сэкономленные средства вложили в впечатления. И они того стоили: парк Kragga Kamma Game Park, расположенный в 40 километрах, подарил встречи с жирафами, зебрами и носорогами, чьй вольный дух резонировал с атмосферой самого отеля — свободной, дикой, но уютной. Четыре дня в Singa Lodge пролетели как миг, но оставили след, сравнимый с вечностью. Этот уголок не просто оправдал ожидания — он подарил ощущение, будто мы нашли второй дом, где даже океан звучит как колыбельная. Спасибо вам за моменты, которые станут жемчужинами в нашей памяти! *P.S. Уезжая, мы поймали себя на мысли: «Lion Roars» — здесь рычит не только лев, но и сердце, влюбляясь в этот рай с первого взгляда.* 🌿✨

Food has been outstanding and very delicious. Location is very cozy, nice restaurant and a nice bar where one can mingle with locals and travelers. Mari is not only a very good chef who does also special dishes on demand, she is also a fantastic host and know very well how to prepare customers a nice stay. I will definitely come back.

The room was large, but the soundproofing was poor, and I couldn't sleep by the sound of the corridor all night. The location is right by the sea, it is very convenient to see the sea, the breakfast is also very good, very rich. Choose carefully for people with noise sensitivity

有點失望，感覺不像萬怡酒店的水準，頂多就是國內三星的房間。水都不肯多送一瓶。
