Pros: The hotel is new and very beautiful. The room was cozy, clean, and modern. The bed was very comfortable — soft bedding and great pillows made for an excellent sleep. The front desk staff were polite, helpful, and very friendly. Good soundproofing. There's convenient parking right at the hotel (18 euros per night). Cons: The airport shuttle only starts at 6:30 AM, and we had an early flight, so we had to park the car at a different location where 24/7 transfers were available. It was surprising that a hotel of this level didn’t provide basic amenities like toothbrushes and toothpaste, slippers, or even a small hygiene kit. This really didn’t match the otherwise high standard of the hotel.

Booked this room due to having an early flight the day after in Brussels airport. It did not disappoint! The hotel has a parking and is located very close to the airport. The staff is very friendly and efficient. This hotel is actually much cheaper than all the other airport hotels in Brussels, while offering a service as good or even better.

A parte externa estava limpa. A parte interna também estava limpa e os funcionários foram muito simpáticos. O quarto era silencioso e limpo. Eu me hospedaria lá novamente.

Cheguei um pouco depois das 22h. Reservei com duas ou três horas de antecedência e recebi uma confirmação, mas o computador da recepção não conseguiu encontrar a reserva. Depois de uma longa espera, fiz o check-in e me disseram para confirmar na recepção na manhã seguinte. Quando fui à recepção naquela manhã, havia apenas uma pessoa lá, ocupada com o café da manhã no restaurante. Avisei que estava indo embora e eles concordaram.

The room was spacious and clean. Very nice room decor. The bed was so comfy that we had a very good sleep. The room lightings were conveniently set - can choose different 'scenes' for different purpose. Breakfast buffet line was decently good. I also like the idea that the hotel provides sparkling water on tab.

O hotel fica perto do aeroporto, é limpo e tem boa comida. A desvantagem é o estacionamento pago; não há estacionamento gratuito.

The hotel was fantastic, the people were great! The only problem I had was they had a washer and dryer to use but it took 4 hours to do two loads of laundry that cost me $30.00. Because we were traveling backpack that was one of the most important things on our trip. So it was a great disappointment. Other than that the hotel was fantastic and again the customer service was really good. I would definitely stay there again just make other plans to do laundry.
