Booked this room due to having an early flight the day after in Brussels airport. It did not disappoint! The hotel has a parking and is located very close to the airport. The staff is very friendly and efficient. This hotel is actually much cheaper than all the other airport hotels in Brussels, while offering a service as good or even better.

Demorou um pouco para fazer o check-in (a equipe não aceitava dinheiro e precisava de outra pessoa para ajudar). A única vantagem foi que fica ao lado do hotel. Embora eu tenha pago as taxas municipais em dinheiro e solicitado um recibo, nenhum foi entregue e me disseram para esperar pelo check-out. No momento do check-out, não havia comprovante de pagamento. O hotel também é meio antigo, o que pode ser visto do quarto. As toalhas de banho também não são tão limpas, tinham manchas de batom.

Pros: The hotel is new and very beautiful. The room was cozy, clean, and modern. The bed was very comfortable — soft bedding and great pillows made for an excellent sleep. The front desk staff were polite, helpful, and very friendly. Good soundproofing. There's convenient parking right at the hotel (18 euros per night). Cons: The airport shuttle only starts at 6:30 AM, and we had an early flight, so we had to park the car at a different location where 24/7 transfers were available. It was surprising that a hotel of this level didn’t provide basic amenities like toothbrushes and toothpaste, slippers, or even a small hygiene kit. This really didn’t match the otherwise high standard of the hotel.

I'm very happy with our stay at the Brussels airport Park Inn by Radisson that smelled nice, easy access to a nice reception lobby that is next to guests restaurant with a garden view that is so peaceful and beautiful. Marius, the kind chief concierge officer, received us kindly, provided us with our requests, an accessibility room for my sister, handicapped shower room seat, and an immediate response to everything the hotel could provide. All concierge services are available as soon as we request. I will come back to this hotel happily. My best compliments to all the staff of Park Inn by Radisson Brussels Airport. O hotel fica perto do aeroporto, é limpo e tem boa comida. A desvantagem é o estacionamento pago; não há estacionamento gratuito.

Lovely hotel in a great location for walking to all the main sights. Staff really helpful and friendly and let us know about a light show that night for the university 600th anniversary celebration - really enjoyed it! Breakfast was amazing!! Definitely worth the 25 euros. The buffet includes everything you could possibly want plus some extras like interesting yoghurt toppings and mini pancakes! Lovely grounds - too cold to enjoy unfortunately. Very clean and quiet room with huge bed so slept really well. Definitely recommended staying here!

The hotel was fantastic, the people were great! The only problem I had was they had a washer and dryer to use but it took 4 hours to do two loads of laundry that cost me $30.00. Because we were traveling backpack that was one of the most important things on our trip. So it was a great disappointment. Other than that the hotel was fantastic and again the customer service was really good. I would definitely stay there again just make other plans to do laundry.

A parte externa estava limpa. A parte interna também estava limpa e os funcionários foram muito simpáticos. O quarto era silencioso e limpo. Eu me hospedaria lá novamente.

Ottimo hotel, locato in una posizione vicina all’aeroporto di Zaventem, i ragazzi della reception sono tutti cordiali e gentili, c’è la possibilità di eseguire anche il check-in anticipato pagando 20€, ha il suo parcheggio interrato e anche all’aperto volendo con colonnine per auto elettriche. Le stanze internamente sono molto spaziose e moderne, con letti comodi e confortevoli. Sicuramente ci tornerò !!

Viemos aqui para viagens de negócios. A recepção foi prestativa, mas os membros da equipe talvez fossem funcionários novos? Eles cometeram alguns erros (sim, dois deles). Mas, em geral, o espaço compartilhado é muito bom, há espaço para trabalhar perto da recepção, bem como sala de ginástica! Equipamento perfeito! Enquanto isso, há uma área de piscina, lugar adorável! O serviço de café da manhã é genuinamente bom! Ótima localização, muito perto do aeroporto internacional.
