Great hotel, clean, service staff with very good attitude. Breakfast was delivered to the room on the first day. There was also sweet soup in the evening. The rest of the days were buffets. Since we woke up very late every day, we didn't go to the buffet, but I felt that the buffet should be even better. It was really great to stay for four days. The most important thing is that you can see the koi when you open the curtains, so every day in Xi'an is lucky.

Excellent hotel in good location, room very well appointed. Stay was especially comforting with the warm level of service by hotel staff. I would like to commend front office staff 孙陆who spent time in helping my wife and I set up WeChat DIDI and giving us his personal number to call at any time if we encountered issues. The morning breakfast service staff, 尹改利 and her teammates are happy in serving and awesome, making our 6.30am breakfast a great start for the day. Thank you 尹改利 & your colleagues for the wonderful breakfast mornings. Eastern House is fortunate to have such hardworking and enthusiastic employees. The welcoming experiences at 东舍 would be a draw for our next visit to 西安. 高标准的服务对于提供客户体验至关重要。我要赞扬前台孙陆的帮助以及早餐时尹改利和她的同事们友好服务。你们让我在西安的住宿成为一次美好的经历。

Receptionists are really helpful and they are all speaking English. They suggest and introduce all Xi’an attractions to us during our checkin. Hotel is located at the South gate of city walls and the metro station is directly in front of the hotel. The room’s view is just perfect and you can enjoy the night view of the Xi’an city wall. The hotel and furnitures are a bit old but in general its okay and cleaning was nice. The only problem is there is no socket in the bathroom to use hair dryer, there was something look like a socket but the hair dryer didn’t run normally when we tried to use. We used the hair dryer next to bed, it is not a critical problem.

Arrived late (wee hours) due to my flight and upon arriving in the hotel, was met by a very rude security who does not allow our cab to alight us beside the hotel but rather a distance. Found out that the security does not work for the hotel. Upon check in, the staff was rather impatient as it was the wee hours but they did service recovery very quickly. Very clean rooms and staff was exceptionally friendly helping with the navigation, especially Wison, who was so patient.

The hotel is great, but the bar hasn't opened yet. The hotel has a small plywood and a scale! ! ! The girl was ecstatic. Some of the reviews said that the soundproofing was not good, so she specially requested a room with good soundproofing. There was no sound to disturb her sleep. The location of the hotel is also great, with Bell Tower Community, Big and Small Study Alleys and Sajinqiao snacks nearby. The street is also very close to the city wall. It's great. I will stay here next time I come to Xi'an. However, I didn't find the disposable bag for soaking in the bathtub in the room. Oh, by the way, the hotel also has bath towels!

Stayed in this hotel for 4 days 3 nights. The reception and Restaurant staffs were extremely helpful. Especial 小李was so patient waited for us at late night and re-arrange the room for us. Initially we felt the room was too small and didn’t like the room parked at a corner next to exit door. She was very helpful & patient showing us other room options for us to decide which to pick. We ended up having the most comfy and bigger room. Encountered numerous phone setting issues as it was our first Xian Trip using paperless payment on mobile. 任蒙 & 小李have been extremely patient assisted us with taxi / day tour arrangements. The top roof hotel views was amazing. Wish the roof top lights can stay a little later than 10.30pm because drinking session usually end much later than 10.30pm. However, our stay was absolutely relaxing and pleasant. Thanks to all the helpful and friendly staffs at the reception & restaurant! 一级棒!!!

Our stay at this hostel in Xian was truly delightful! The location within the old city walls, close to the west gate, was perfect for exploring the historical charm of Xian. We were surrounded by an array of amazing restaurants and charming cafes, adding to the overall wonderful experience. The staff at the hostel were incredibly helpful, and it was a relief to find that some of them spoke English, which made communication easier for us. They went out of their way to ensure we had a comfortable and enjoyable stay. This trip to Xian was the first time my parents and I visited the city, and thanks to the warm hospitality and convenience of this hostel, we had an unforgettable time. We are already looking forward to returning and creating more beautiful memories in Xian. First of all, the location of this hotel is very good. It is very suitable for getting up in the morning and going to Xiaonanmen to visit the morning market. It is very close and only takes 5 minutes to walk. Then we booked a zero-pressure king bed room. The room was very comfortable, fully equipped, and the hotel service was also very good. Before leaving the store, I planned to send something home, but because I was afraid of missing the plane, I asked the front desk to help contact the courier company to mail it, and I simply agreed. It was a great experience. I will consider this hotel if I have the opportunity to come to Xi'an.

From the day we arrived YangFuMing met us with a smile and willingness to help us settle in. She made sure we had everything we needed and that we were able to get around the city. The food was also very nice this morning for breakfast. We will definitely come back. Only suggestion is maybe clean the floors in room just a little more with a mop. But other than that the location and team are super.

Feeling hotel certainly lived up to its name and gave us great feelings. The beautiful smell and warm reception area immediately makes you feel at home, as does the friendly staff at check in. The room was perfect with a beautiful bath to relax in after lots of walking. Unfortunately the AC wasn't working well but not to worry, the staff were super attentive and gave us fan to cool down. They even have a cute friendly robot who will come to your room with small items that you requested from reception. The location was super central and very convenient to the Muslim quarter, city wall and bell tower. Warriors was an hour away in a Didi. All in all a wonderful stay and really appreciated the beautiful gifts at check out. 100% recommend.

As our room come with window. But there is no view. Have asked for the xian ancient city hall view, but was told that our room does not have this view and need to pay for a upgraded room. However all the room was fully booked. And unable to get this type of room. Suggest to book in advance.

Very convenient, right next to Xiaonanmen Night Market, it is definitely necessary to try it. There is a top-floor garden that we don’t even feel the need to go up to the city wall.
