Holiday Inn Express Xi'an Bell Tower

Este é o pior Holiday Inn em que já fiquei. O quarto é surpreendentemente pequeno, não há uma cama de 1,8 metros em todo o hotel? E esta cama tem menos de 1,5 metros de tamanho. Então as luzes do quarto são todas controladas por um interruptor.Deitar na cama com as luzes acesas é particularmente deslumbrante, mas as luzes do teto não podem ser apagadas. Impressionado

Limpeza ruim, quartos pequenos, móveis sujos, não faz jus ao nome do Holiday Inn! Juro que nunca falei besteira, não é tão limpo quanto o oposto do Home Inn. A experiência é muito ruim.

Good location near bell tower , drum tower , subway metro. Clean and comfort

Located inside the city gate near the clock tower and the subway station. Wifi is provided, but there is some obstruction on certain apps and webs. Room size is ok for me, self service free laundry and heater is located in the 2nd floor. Breakfast is served at floor 1 and there is a refillable water also. Free fruits and welcome drink which is send by the robot.

Holiday Inn Express Xi'An Bell Towers is located near amenties like 24/7 convenience stores. It is a short walking distance to various street food stalls n souvenir shops. Lots of delicious food are found here.👍 Their reception staff are very professional, friendly and helpful. Upon arrival, they offered us beverages to quench our thirst due to our long train ride from another province. Due to our late departing flight schedule, they were to accomodate to our request for late check-out.👍 Their breakfast is nice and delicious, catering to both Chinese and Western style. We were even given complimentary home-made beverages, something which we did not anticipate and this gesture delighted us. 👍 Their family room is ideal for our family of 4 adults, spacious space and good disposable toiletries. Staff cleaning the hotel rooms were polite, friendly and did a thorough job. Room was cleaned everday, at different timings, as they accomodate to our timing for sight seeing.👍 We would like to thank all staff from Holiday Inn Express Bell Tower Xi An for making our leisure trip a wonderful and memorable one. 😘 Thank you ❤️

Good location near metro line a door step away. Breakfast very fulfill and choice

Really great location! At the middle of city which easily find food and close to subway station. Clean room with full of amenities. Front desk can speak English with very good service mind!

A disgrace to Holiday Inn brand!! PLEASE AVOID!! Extremely poor reception front desk person named ‘Kopi’ ( if that is even his real name). The room air conditioning doesn’t work and the room window is permanently opened.. it’s loud and cold winds blowing in from it.. on requesting the front desk to assist they clearly said this is how it is supposed to be and they can’t help it. This is totally ridiculous and very disappointing. This place is a total scam and would suggest to avoid !!
