Standard amenities include a humidifier (very practical at high altitudes), Appelles toiletries, a minibar, and hygienically sealed bedding. Cleanliness is generally highly praised. The facilities are particularly tourist-friendly, offering 24-hour self-service laundry and drying (Jiuzhaigou is often rainy and humid, so washing and drying after a day of walking is essential). Guests can pre-order packed breakfast for early entry into the scenic area, and there's complimentary comforting congee available at night. The breakfast consistently receives strong reviews, offering a mix of Western and Chinese dishes, as well as local specialties. The variety is considered top-tier among hotels at the gorge entrance, and service starts early, perfect for those catching the first bus to the scenic area. Service is excellent; the front desk is responsive, baggage storage is available, and requests are handled promptly. Overall, it reflects the standard Atour service system."

"Um hotel muito bom, localizado bem perto da entrada do parque. Há várias lojas e restaurantes nas proximidades. O quarto era muito espaçoso e bem decorado. Fiquei muito grata por ter uma banheira no quarto depois de um longo dia de caminhada. Havia lanches, frutas e bebidas no quarto. Embora o café da manhã fosse farto, a variedade para visitantes ocidentais era bastante limitada. Este é o único ponto negativo na nossa opinião. Mas ainda considero uma ótima escolha. Também utilizamos o spa para massagens, com um bom custo-benefício, embora para viajantes ocidentais seja um pouco estranho receber uma massagem totalmente vestido."

"Deixe-me dizer-lhes, este hotel é incrivelmente limpo e confortável, um verdadeiro campeão na sua categoria de preço. Raramente tive uma estadia tão perfeita. Primeiro, o lobby do hotel é espaçoso e artístico, ótimo para tirar fotos e parece um hotel cinco estrelas. Há chá quente disponível no saguão, o que é perfeito para turistas com frio, e todos os chás são à base de ervas, bons para a saúde. Em segundo lugar, os quartos são muito confortáveis, com tons quentes de amarelo, e o estilo de decoração é semelhante ao de hotéis como Ji Hotel ou Hanting, muito agradável para os olhos. E o mais importante é o piso aquecido! Depois de visitar as atrações, um carro nos levou ao hotel, e antes de chegarmos, um funcionário já havia ligado o piso aquecido, então o quarto estava quentinho quando entramos. Das 19h às 22h, há várias piscinas de imersão para escolher, com água muito quente e borbulhante, e super limpas. "This was by far one of our more welcoming stays during our time throughout the different regions of China. We loved all of the unique activities you could partake in while staying here including the DIY ******* handcrafts and the ******* fashion photo shoot! At the very end they gift you with some thoughtful postcards where you match up the stamps to the names of the Jiuzhaigou destination on the card. Rooms matched the description and the view is very nice as shown. While I stayed there was some construction, so as you can expect the view changes from the older pictures but still beautiful nonetheless. The hot spring was perfect for after all the days worth of hiking at Jiuzhaigou! I would definitely stay here again the next time I'm in Jiuzhaigou Valley👍"

"Hotel maravilhoso com quarto limpo e espaçoso, localizado EM restaurantes próximos e estais confortáveis a pé.Basicamente, há UMA loja confortável apenas localizado no hotel.Super ajudante pessoal hoteleiro que sempre serve com um sorriso. Este hotel está localizado a cerca de 2 km do parque Jiuzhaigou e é fácil ir lá por carro arrancado pelo hotel com um pequeno preço de RMB4/pax. O hotel também oferece UMA distribuição sumptuosa de pequeno-almoço buffet, tanto quente e frio, principalmente chinês, pão e pastelaria. As coisas para melhorar: 1) O assento de banho está congelado, o que é Melhor se for equipado com um cobertor de assento automático aquecido. O hotel TEM que resolver este problema, não importa Como. "Our group of five, four adults and a 1-year-9-month-old child, booked three rooms – one twin and two king rooms – for a two-night stay. Having stayed at an exclusive luxury hotel the night before, where we experienced top-tier domestic service, moving to this guesthouse naturally brought a drop in our expectations. However, I wasn't judging this place by luxury hotel standards. Upon arrival, the guesthouse's main gate was locked, preventing our vehicle from entering. We waited for a long time before someone came to help with our luggage. The staff member who helped was a local, and his enthusiasm and welcoming demeanor were somewhat lacking. We still had to carry a fair amount of our luggage ourselves, which was a stark contrast to our previous check-in experience. Overall, I'd say the value for money isn't particularly high. The guesthouse is located at the foot of a mountain, and the window view is limited to just that – a mountain. The hardware is just okay; the actual place doesn't offer the expansive feel that the photos suggest. As for dining, the breakfast was ordinary and a bit greasy. The fried rice we ordered when we were hungry in the evening tasted exactly like the fried rice from the breakfast buffet, which was a bit disappointing. During our stay, we encountered a facility issue: the hot water pressure in the twin room was extremely low. The guesthouse explained this was due to high alkalinity in the mountain spring water causing pipe blockages. The manager handled it well, arranging for us to use the adjacent room to bathe the baby, so this issue was resolved satisfactorily. Additionally, with the windows open, the sounds of other guests walking and talking outside at night were quite noticeable. If privacy and quiet sleep are important to you, I'd advise giving this careful consideration. When checking out, we asked for a coffee to go, which the staff readily agreed to. However, we later discovered that a 25 RMB coffee fee was directly deducted from our deposit, without any prior notification that the coffee was chargeable. We had stayed in three rooms for two nights and hadn't even had breakfast, so to be charged extra for one cup of coffee felt quite disappointing. On a positive note, the young female staff member at the guesthouse was polite and provided excellent service. There aren't many high-quality guesthouse options in Jiuzhaigou, and I've seen quite a few guests choose to check out early. I hope the guesthouse can offer more warm and attentive service to its guests in the future. The hardware is only acceptable. I hope the guesthouse can further refine and improve its service details, dining quality, transparency in charging, and soundproofing."

"The vacation experience in Jiuzhaigou is absolutely fantastic! The rooms are clean and well-maintained, and the bed linens are changed for each guest, providing a sense of utmost comfort. The bathroom, with its separate wet and dry areas, features a bathtub and highland-specific moisturizing toiletries. The combination of underfloor heating and air conditioning ensures the room is warm and comfortable. The Tibetan-style decor is unique and distinctive, and the hotel is conveniently located near the Ancient Legends Theater and the Food Street. It is within walking distance to the scenic areas and takes about 10 minutes by car. There is also a shuttle service available from the high-speed rail station. The small housekeeping manager, Ge Sang, is attentive and considerate, and the facilities, including a hot spring and swimming pool, are incredibly relaxing. If I were to visit Jiuzhaigou again, I would definitely choose this place!"

"Real experience: The experience was great, definitely a hotel I'd visit again. 1. Outdoor rooftop hot spring: Enjoying a private hot spring at 9 PM, 2000 meters above sea level – just thinking about it is romantic! 2. Fully smart room: Very convenient. The smart speaker controls the curtains and lights, and there's a smart toilet. The room is very new. 3. The front desk lady was very helpful; I left some wet clothes behind, and she even helped me dry them. Small suggestions: A guesthouse with a dryer would be a plus! If the room could provide 1-2 laundry bags, it would be more convenient as carrying small items downstairs can be a bit awkward. The front desk lady did find me a plastic bag, though. Overall, highly recommended! The pillows and mattress were also very comfortable to sleep on. 😘"

"This hotel is new, well decorated with smart toilet and lighting. The bed is very comfortable with heating and clean bed sheet. The floor also has heating system which is very convenient in winter. The hot pool is our kids favourite in the evening because very relaxing hot spring after tiring sightseeing. Location is very strategic which is within walking distance to supermarket and restaurant. The best and most important thing is the hotel provides pick up and drop off service for free which is very convenient for our family. We highly recommended this hotel and we definitely will stay again for sure when we visit Jiuzhaigou again. Thanks a lot for your service and kindness."

"交通:離景區很近，出門沒多遠就有吃飯的地方和商店，出行很方便。停車也有自己的小院子，雖然不大但是夠停，商家也會熱情指揮停車。 環境:佈置得挺有格調的，天氣不冷的話在樓下小院子坐一下喝點酒感覺挺有氛圍。房間也很好很大，100多的房間還有浴缸這屬實有點感人了，還提供一次性泡澡袋，累了一天在房間舒舒服服泡個澡爽歪歪。 服務:前台小姐姐動作有一點點慢，不過不影響對店家整體熱情態度的印象。 總之感覺物超所值，性價比極高。 Ps:出門左轉走幾步那家川菜館味道很好很正宗，再就是房間有點點味道可能是新裝修，店家還是得多通通風"
