Our group of five, four adults and a 1-year-9-month-old child, booked three rooms – one twin and two king rooms – for a two-night stay. Having stayed at an exclusive luxury hotel the night before, where we experienced top-tier domestic service, moving to this guesthouse naturally brought a drop in our expectations. However, I wasn't judging this place by luxury hotel standards. Upon arrival, the guesthouse's main gate was locked, preventing our vehicle from entering. We waited for a long time before someone came to help with our luggage. The staff member who helped was a local, and his enthusiasm and welcoming demeanor were somewhat lacking. We still had to carry a fair amount of our luggage ourselves, which was a stark contrast to our previous check-in experience. Overall, I'd say the value for money isn't particularly high. The guesthouse is located at the foot of a mountain, and the window view is limited to just that – a mountain. The hardware is just okay; the actual place doesn't offer the expansive feel that the photos suggest. As for dining, the breakfast was ordinary and a bit greasy. The fried rice we ordered when we were hungry in the evening tasted exactly like the fried rice from the breakfast buffet, which was a bit disappointing. During our stay, we encountered a facility issue: the hot water pressure in the twin room was extremely low. The guesthouse explained this was due to high alkalinity in the mountain spring water causing pipe blockages. The manager handled it well, arranging for us to use the adjacent room to bathe the baby, so this issue was resolved satisfactorily. Additionally, with the windows open, the sounds of other guests walking and talking outside at night were quite noticeable. If privacy and quiet sleep are important to you, I'd advise giving this careful consideration. When checking out, we asked for a coffee to go, which the staff readily agreed to. However, we later discovered that a 25 RMB coffee fee was directly deducted from our deposit, without any prior notification that the coffee was chargeable. We had stayed in three rooms for two nights and hadn't even had breakfast, so to be charged extra for one cup of coffee felt quite disappointing. On a positive note, the young female staff member at the guesthouse was polite and provided excellent service. There aren't many high-quality guesthouse options in Jiuzhaigou, and I've seen quite a few guests choose to check out early. I hope the guesthouse can offer more warm and attentive service to its guests in the future. The hardware is only acceptable. I hope the guesthouse can further refine and improve its service details, dining quality, transparency in charging, and soundproofing.

This hotel is new, well decorated with smart toilet and lighting. The bed is very comfortable with heating and clean bed sheet. The floor also has heating system which is very convenient in winter. The hot pool is our kids favourite in the evening because very relaxing hot spring after tiring sightseeing. Location is very strategic which is within walking distance to supermarket and restaurant. The best and most important thing is the hotel provides pick up and drop off service for free which is very convenient for our family. We highly recommended this hotel and we definitely will stay again for sure when we visit Jiuzhaigou again. Thanks a lot for your service and kindness.

This hotel is super nice, with an excellent location right at the entrance of Jiuzhaigou Valley, about a 10-minute walk from the ticket office. I have to commend the 'E-personality' lady at the front desk – she was incredibly enthusiastic! Every day, she generously gave us fresh yak yogurt (I checked, and they were all freshly made) and even gave us discount coupons for the hotel restaurant. The restaurant is also great; the yak hotpot was delicious, and we thoroughly enjoyed it! The room has 24-hour diffused oxygen supply, so there's no need to worry about altitude sickness; I slept very comfortably. Plus, the smart home system throughout the room was fantastic, the facilities are new, and the environment is very clean.

They truly elevated our stay. We are especially grateful for their efforts in upgrading one of our rooms. This allowed all five family members to stay within the same block, which was highly appreciated and made our family logistics so much easier. Also, a standout service was the golf cart transportation required between our room and the main lobby. The staff were exceptionally attentive, ensuring we never had to wait in the freezing weather. The cars arrived almost instantly upon request, demonstrating remarkable efficiency and concern for guest comfort. A special shout-out must go to Ms. May who helped us check-in at the Reception counter. She took excellent care of us from the moment we stepped into the hotel, processing our check-in smoothly and efficiently. Her welcoming presence set a wonderful tone for the rest of our stay. 🍳 Delightful Dining Experience The breakfast at the Conrad was another major positive. The spread was wide and diverse, offering something for everyone in our group, and the taste and quality were truly excellent. It was the perfect start to our long days of sightseeing. In summary, the Conrad Jiuzhaigou is more than just a place to stay—it's a destination that offers comfort, luxury, and world-class hospitality. The combination of the stunning views, pristine environment, and the helpfulness of the entire staff (especially Ms. May) made this an unforgettable experience. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Jiuzhaigou.

Excelente hotel. Fica a cerca de 11 quilômetros (7 milhas) do parque nacional de Jiuzhaigo, mas sempre havia táxis ou didi por perto e eles cobravam entre 40 e 45 yuans. Acho que o que mais gostei foi a decoração e a escolha da paleta de cores. Dourado, marrom claro, prata e um toque de vermelho. Tudo muito *******. A equipe foi super simpática. Eles não eram fluentes em inglês, mas estão sempre dispostos a ajudar. Um aplicativo de tradução é aconselhável se você tiver uma solicitação fora do padrão. Recomendo o café da manhã e o jantar buffet - ampla seleção - bem como o restaurante à la carte (Simmer). Os preços da comida eram muito bons em relação ao dinheiro.

A little inaccessible. But not a problem taking a Didi to tourist spots. Has an awesome roasted lamb place within walking distance! And a convenience store just across the carpark. Beds are comfortable and room spacious. Shower is warm! Receptionists were quite cold, but the dining hall staff were helpful. Connecting to the WiFi was also a problem, maybe a problem for foreigners.

The room was spotless, perfectly clean, and the bedding was soft and comfortable, ensuring a very sound sleep. The room was well soundproofed, quiet and peaceful. The bathroom had a good wet/dry separation, and all the toiletries were complete and tidy. The overall decor was warm and cozy, with well-maintained and fully functional facilities. The hotel environment was clean and elegant, with excellent attention to hygiene details. The breakfast was fresh, clean, and offered a good variety. This hotel offers incredible value for money, making it suitable for both leisure and business trips. With attentive service, a comfortable environment, and a reassuring stay, I'll definitely choose this place again next time. I genuinely recommend it to everyone.
