Jiuzhaigou Starry Sky Hotel is located near Jiuzhaigou Scenic Area. It takes about 8 minutes to walk to the gate of the scenic spot. The location is superior. The hotel is just outside the bustling street of Pengfeng Village, which is closest to the scenic spot in Jiuzhaigou. There are Tibetan restaurants, Chinese food, hot pot, and barbecue. , convenience stores, pharmacies, KFC restaurants, etc., are all available. In front of the hotel, there are sightseeing walking paths and cycling paths along the river, which are convenient for walking or cycling to view the scenery.The hotel has reasonable design, novel decoration, well-equipped facilities, 24-hour hot water, wireless WiFi, central air-conditioning, high-quality bedding, and a small parking lot in the hotel.
"An exceptional stay at Starry Sky Hotel. The service was outstanding, especially from the staff who were incredibly warm, attentive, and helpful throughout our stay.
We arrived early at around 11:30 AM and were graciously accommodated with an early check-in, which made a big difference after our journey. The room was spotless, comfortable, and very well-maintained.
The location is excellent — just a short walk to the Jiuzhaigou National Park entrance, bus pick-up point and easily accessible halal food options, making it very convenient for travellers.
We also appreciated the luggage storage service while we visited Jiuzhaigou National Park the next day.
A truly pleasant and seamless experience. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Jiuzhaigou."

"Stayed 2 nights during our trip to Huanglong and Jiuzhaigou National Park in March 2026. The room is very clean and located along 边边街. You can see and hear the stream running right outside the room window which is so beautiful. This SFEEL hotel in Jiuzhaigou is much nicer compared to the SFEEL hotel we stayed in Chengdu Chunxi Road. However, the location is rather quiet at night compared to Pengfeng Village nearer to the park entrance with not much shops or restaurants. Maybe because it was low season in March.You can walk to Jiuzhaigou National Park entrance in about 20 to 30 min or take a taxi for about CNY15 to reach in just 5 min. The hotel is quite far from Moonbay parking lot. However, you can take the shuttle bus to Huanglong Jiuzhai high speed railway station from 国大停车场 instead located just 5 min walk from the hotel which u can buy tickets online or on the spot. There is a washer and dryer at the ground floor beside the hotel reception although we did not use it. Overall, we had a really comfortable stay at this hotel."

"I am not the type of person who usually leaves a review unless I am really impressed. Also, my mom, who traveled and stayed with me at this hotel, told me to give this place a good review and a 5-star rating because of the great experience we had.
Even before we arrived, I contacted the hotel to make sure which type of room would fit all of us, and to ask about the weather and what clothes and items we should prepare.
We also asked them to make sure that the taxi driver who picked us up from the station was safe and had a work permit.
All of our messages were replied to within seconds or minutes.
During our stay, they provided a lot of free mineral water bottles, which was very important for us, so we never ran out of water.
They also provided very good and complete amenities.
On the first night, the floor heater in our room was not working, so they gave us an additional large heater, which made the room very warm and comfortable.
They also provided drop off and pick up service to the Jiuzhaigou entrance, which really helped us, so we didn’t need to walk about 800 meters to 1 km in below-zero temperatures.
They even helped us book a taxi when we were going back to the station. Although they missed our request for a bigger car (since there were four of us with big luggage), I understand that it was difficult to find that kind of car at that time.
The driver who took us — I’m not sure, who he is, but I think he is the boss (since the staff, asked lots of questions to him)— could speak English quite well and understood us even though we spoke broken Chinese.
They also gave us a late check out at 3pm
Overall, it was a very pleasant experience staying here. They treated us not just as guests or customers, but really cared about making sure we had the best experience while visiting Jiuzhaigou.
The only downside of this hotel is that the bathroom is a bit small and there are no hooks to hang towels or clothes. However, this was not a big issue for us at all.
I highly recommend everyone to book this hotel."

"It offers cheap accommodation at 20-30mins walking distance from Jiuzhaigou entrance. The dorm bed was nice and amenities were ok. Temperature was ok in the dorm room but quite cold in the corridor and toilet. Did not take a shower so cannot comment on the shower room."

"엘리베이터에서 내리는 순간부터 아주 깔끔한 호텔이라는 느낌 듭니다. 호텔 전체적으로 시설도 모두 깔끔하고 직원분들도 어 친절합니다. 자동화된 설비는 외국인이어서 사용하지 못했지만 아주 첨단으로 보입니다. 넓은 발코니는 여유롭게 쉬기도 좋습니다. 전체적으로 기대 이상으로 아주 좋았던 호텔입니다. 바로호텔 뒤에 비엔비엔 거리가 있어, 식당을 찾거나 간식거리를 사기에도 편리합니다. 구채구 입구까지는 1km 정도로, 충분히 걸어가기 좋습니다. 월양만 버스 정류장은 2킬로 정도 떨어져 있습니다."

UUsuário convidadoThe accommodation is very cute. The owner is very hospitable, has a good personality, gives good advice and helps with everything very well. We don't have a return bus to the train high speed realway station. The owner made a reservation.
In the morning, the owner also drives the car to the Jiuzhaigou. On the way back it was very easy with both bus and taxi. There are a lot of restaurants near the hotel, which is convenient.
The room is clean and cute. There is also a ******* costume. The dress came out very cute. You can take pictures at the hotel's restaurant that go well with the outfit. The food is very delicious. Especially the yak hot pot and stir-fried vegetables and milk tea. If I travel there again, I will definitely stay here again. Very impressed.
And I love cats

UUswatul Hasanah AmranIf I could give an infinity rating, I absolutely would. It was a beautiful and very clean stay. The hotel is quite new, and the environment is extremely peaceful. The garden is also very beautiful and well maintained. The classic design made me feel like I had gone back in time.
But what truly stood out was the owner and his family—they were incredibly kind, friendly, and helpful. Even before I arrived, I asked many questions about Chengdu, and he was willing to call me in Malaysia just to explain everything. He also made sure I had a driver and affordable, safe transportation for my trips.
He even personally offered to bring us to the national park, halal restaurants, the mosque, and shopping places in Nanping Town, all at a very reasonable price. I was traveling with a baby who is around the same age as Alan’s child. Alan’s parents and family treated my baby so kindly, and they even prepared baby food for my child.
Since we are Muslim, they did their best to provide halal food for us. Alan was truly kind and always willing to help with anything. I am very grateful to the hotel owner.

GGuest UserThe service was particularly good. On our first night, I ordered a takeaway from here that had a high rating. It was delicious and I didn't regret it. There was a full-length mirror at the entrance, but I didn't have time to take a photo as I was in a hurry. The hygiene was also OK. There was a large table, and my sister and I were able to put on makeup at the same time. They also sent us to the Jiuzhaigou scenic area, which was great. I took life-long photos in Jiuzhaigou, and the scenery was beautiful. I didn't have time to take photos of the hotel, so I can only share the scenery of Jiuzhaigou!

GGuest UserThe owner and front desk staff were exceptionally helpful and kind. I had a bit of trouble with the TV, and since food deliveries only come to the ground floor (I was on the 4th), the owner stepped in to help with both. Their genuine warmth and friendliness made me, an out-of-town traveler, feel so welcomed.
A big plus: disposable toiletries are provided, especially the single-use face and bath towels. The window offers a lovely view of distant mountain peaks. The AC temperature can be adjusted precisely, even to half-degree increments, allowing you to set it exactly as you like. The bathroom's exhaust fan automatically turns on when the light is off, which means no lingering odors – a thoughtful detail.
Perhaps any renovations are confined to the lower floors, as the facilities on the 4th aren't the absolute newest, and the shower pressure was only so-so (haha).
Overall, this place offers incredible value for money. It's within walking distance to the scenic area, there are plenty of dining options at the valley entrance, and it's just super convenient. Highly recommended!

UUsuário anônimoJiuzhaigou é um destino turístico popular, por isso OS hotéis próximos são compreensívelmente caros, especialmente Durante as férias.Por isso, escolhi ficar um pouco mais longe, EM um albergue EM vez de um hotel.
Este albergue recentemente reabriu em 2025, um dos motivos que eu decidi fazer um teste, e enquanto as acomodações são novas, notei que a limpeza poderia ser útil para uma melhoria. A casa de banho, embora recentemente equipada, teve também pequenos problemas de drenagem, o chuveiro tendia a relvar um pouco, possivelmente devido à acumulação de cabelo.
O albergue oferece uma lavandaria, que eu inicialmente planeava usar, mas não me senti totalmente confortável com o ambiente depois de entrar, então decidi não.
Eles também oferecem um pequeno-almoço simples para um suplemento (cerca de 15 CNY, se me lembro corretamente), é uma boa opção para os viajantes que querem pegar um pouco depressa antes de ir para a viagem ou visita em Jiuzhaigou.

The rooms have modern furnishings, with a smart TV, climate control, separate toilet, wash basin and shower cabinet. The King sized bed is super comfortable and ensures a good night's sleep. The only negative aspect is the lack of towels (disposable ones are offered). The hot water comes on quickly, a good thing given the icy conditions outside, Rooms are serviced and water is supplied and replenished each day. The hotel has an elevator and is located immediately behind Dico's restaurant. Just 200n from the Huanglong gaotie bus terminal and 1 km from the Jiuzhaigou Park entrance. They accept foreigners.

SS H LWe booked this hotel due to its proximity to Jiuzhaigou scenic park and good online reviews. We were not disappointed as the service is beyond reproach. The lady proprietor upgraded our room and even helped out with our luggage. We planned to visit the Jiuzhaigou scenic park early the next morning. But we nearly gave it a complete miss as my wife had an upset stomach overnight and we woke up at almost noon the next day. . As this period is peak visitors' period, we were uncertain whether we can obtain admission tickets and have enough time to visit the attraction. The lady proprietor assured us that we can still gain admission and have enough time to visit the more popular areas. She even roped in her husband to fetch us there on a complimentary basis. After our tour, she helped to book a car to fetch us to Jiuzhai Huanglong airport for our night flight back to Chengdu. We are indeed grateful for all she and her husband has done. We can't thank her enough. We highly recommend this hotel.

The first room had a strong cigarette smoke, but the second room was very clean. It's located only ~10 minutes walk from the bus stop and ~25 minutes walk to the entrance of the Jiuzhaigou National Park. The owner is very kind and helpful.
