Nossa Sala era um sonho: espaçosa, insensível e pensando, a cama estava maravilhosamente confortável, as lâminas sentiam-se frescas e frias, e havia muita sala para relaxar, sem sentir a convulsão. É o Tipo de espaço que o acalma instantaneamente. E então há a surpresa que torna este lugar inesquecível, seus encantadores pequenos zoológicos! Nós ficámos felizes EM andar lá fora e encontrar o peixe roaming, um estreito estreito acrescentando um toque brilhante, e três cães adoráveis que roubaram o Nosso coração. É único, feliz e perfeito para as famílias e para qualquer pessoa que ama um pouco de natureza e personalidade com a sua estadia. Se você está se dirigendo ao Parque Nacional do Vale Jiuzhai, este lugar torna a aventura ainda mais especial. This guesthouse is top-notch, even for someone like me who rarely stays in guesthouses; I have to give it an extremely high rating. 1. The environment is excellent, located just beyond the Macha Horse Caravan Square in Zhongcha Valley, with a very well-designed ambiance. 2. The room furnishings are average (compared to luxury hotels in the city, but given the scenic location, we can overlook that, haha), but hey, there's a huge bathtub that my kid absolutely loved, haha! 3. The service response is very fast, whether it's from the front desk or engineering. Their professionalism could rival hotel chains. I hope this guesthouse has a long and successful future, keep up the good work!

We were touched by the warm hospitality the moment we stepped foot into the hotel. As this is our anniversary trip, Namu even decorated the room prior to our arrival. They are also very kind and thoughtful, offering to help us takeaway our breakfast on the day we leave and also kindly send us to the carpark for our bus back to Chengdu. The driver also ensured that we find our bus before leaving the carpark. Thank you for all the kindness shown to us during our stay ❤️

We recently completed our first family trip to Jiuzhaigou, and our stay at the Conrad Jiuzhaigou was an absolute highlight that contributed significantly to the magic of the experience. Our group included 5 people (2 were kids), and the hotel catered to all of us with warmth and efficiency. 🏞️ Stunning Views and Impeccable Cleanliness From the moment we arrived, we were left speechless by the stunning views surrounding the property. The scenery is simply breathtaking and left an unforgettable impression of both the Conrad and Jiuzhaigou itself. Beyond the views, the hotel's cleanliness was impeccable, ensuring a comfortable and reassuring environment throughout our stay. 💖 Outstanding Staff and Exceptional Hospitality The entire staff team at the Conrad Jiuzhaigou deserves immense praise for their incredibly helpful and professional service. They truly elevated our stay. We are especially grateful for their efforts in upgrading one of our rooms. This allowed all five family members to stay within the same block, which was highly appreciated and made our family logistics so much easier. Also, a standout service was the golf cart transportation required between our room and the main lobby. The staff were exceptionally attentive, ensuring we never had to wait in the freezing weather. The cars arrived almost instantly upon request, demonstrating remarkable efficiency and concern for guest comfort. A special shout-out must go to Ms. May who helped us check-in at the Reception counter. She took excellent care of us from the moment we stepped into the hotel, processing our check-in smoothly and efficiently. Her welcoming presence set a wonderful tone for the rest of our stay. 🍳 Delightful Dining Experience The breakfast at the Conrad was another major positive. The spread was wide and diverse, offering something for everyone in our group, and the taste and quality were truly excellent. It was the perfect start to our long days of sightseeing. In summary, the Conrad Jiuzhaigou is more than just a place to stay—it's a destination that offers comfort, luxury, and world-class hospitality. The combination of the stunning views, pristine environment, and the helpfulness of the entire staff (especially Ms. May) made this an unforgettable experience. Nossa família de quatro pessoas (com duas crianças mais velhas) foi para Jiuzhaigou. Comparamos os hotéis Conrad e Indigo e descobrimos que as suítes do Indigo ofereciam um ótimo custo-benefício. Todas as suítes têm sofás grandes em formato de L, acomodando facilmente duas crianças de 1,5 metro de altura. Meu filho mais velho tem 1,75 metro de altura e uma cama extra não era cara — 300 RMB por noite, incluindo café da manhã, para uma cama de 1,2 metro. O Indigo oferece três categorias de suítes: 65 m², 90 m² e 120 m². Reservei a de 90 m², que custou cerca de 2100 RMB, incluindo café da manhã para duas pessoas. O mordomo entrou em contato conosco com antecedência e nos ofereceu um upgrade gratuito para a suíte maior, além de isentar o café da manhã das crianças. Incluindo a cama extra, o valor ficou em torno de 2400 RMB por noite, o que considerei um excelente custo-benefício! Os quartos básicos do Conrad têm preços semelhantes. O ponto principal é que este quarto tinha vista para as montanhas nevadas, e abrir as cortinas no dia seguinte foi uma surpresa verdadeiramente encantadora! O Conrad fica mesmo ao lado, e também exploramos a área comum (para tirar fotos). A folhagem de outono estava realmente linda, e a vista da janela era deslumbrante. No entanto, considerando os quartos em si, o Indigo é tão bom quanto, e, no geral, eu recomendaria o Indigo por oferecer um melhor custo-benefício. Afinal, caminhar até a área comum ao lado é grátis 👻 Fiquei três noites, e tudo, desde o ambiente e as instalações até o serviço, foi excelente. Um agradecimento especial à nossa mordomo, Bunny; ela respondeu e resolveu qualquer problema prontamente. Comparada aos mordomos dos meus amigos, ela foi muito superior. Um agradecimento especial a ela! 🥰 O café da manhã era razoável, mas o almoço estava bom. O hotel também oferece muitas atividades gratuitas, como fotografia de viagem e xilogravura. Localizado em uma área bonita, o setor comercial não é muito desenvolvido. Vi um KFC e uma casa de chá. O restaurante de fondue de carne de iaque ”Xiangmanyuan”, ali perto, é muito bom. À noite, rola uma festa com fogueira onde você pode dançar a dança Guozhuang. A Área Cênica de Jiuzhaigou fica a 15 minutos de carro. O hotel oferece um ônibus gratuito para a área às 8h20; os táxis geralmente têm uma tarifa fixa de 30 yuans. Além de Jiuzhaigou, você também pode fazer passeios a cavalo em Zhongchagou (a 10 minutos de carro), e ouvi dizer que a paisagem é linda em um dia ensolarado. O famoso Ritz-Carlton fica escondido nas montanhas; eu não tinha dinheiro para me hospedar lá, mas fui tomar um chá da tarde. [Cute R]

(”I hate this place!!!” is what I would have said if the staff had not come to our rescue. During our 3D2N stay, we had moved into 3 different cabins. In the first cabin, the rain shower felt like weak rain droplet due to weak water pressure; then toilet had weak flush that our poop could not be cleared even after 30 over flushes, and then the flush stopped working. We changed into another cabin the next morning as it was already late at night. The second cabin also had issue. When we turned on the floor heating and air conditioning heating for more than 4hrs, it was still not working and the room was still at 3 degree Celsius. It was really cold and we had no choice but to wear our winter gear with heat packs on us, figuring out if the heater would finally work. The staff provided us a portable heater (refer to last picture) as we would not want to change to another cabin anymore. However, our toilet flush stopped working and this forced us to change to the 3rd cabin. This would have been a wonderful stay if the room's basic facilities had worked normally. But thanks to the excellent service of the staff, we could tell they really tried their best to fix the issue immediately whenever we raised the problem. Now for some really good things we appreciate about this place: 1) If you are looking for a nice glamping experience, this is the place to go. The room is beautiful and the view is amazing. (Do check out cabin 8 and 9). You may get to be close to animals too. (refer to picture) 2) If you are looking to enjoy the stars without much light pollution, this is the place to go. (Suggestion to the staff, please replace the street lamps with motion sensor. So that the place can be darker at night for star viewing. Your street lamps are too bright with no cars moving around. Refer to 2nd last picture. This is the brightness of the room with all room lights off. But the street lamp had spoiled the star viewing from the room.) 3) They provide free car transport to fetch you from the bottom of the hill. (Note: Their didi GPS of the hotel is wrong. The didi might drop you half way off the hill. So better request for free car pick up service from bottom of the hill with the hotel.) 4) The communication with the staff via Wechat is fast and responsive. We are already connected with them before we depart from our country. When you reach Huanglong Jiuzhai Train Station, they will also guide you what bus to take and which stop to alight (Hua Mei Sheng Di, not Jiu Zhai Gou Visitor Center) and has their driver on standby to fetch you to the hotel. 5) The staffs are amazing, friendly and helpful. When we faced trouble with our cabin, they responded very fast and did their best in assisting our problem. 6) The room is a smart room. From the moment you open the door, the curtain will be automatically opened for you, the room will have nice music to welcome you. You can also connect your laptop or phone via their Bluetooth and have the whole cabin turned into a surround sound movie theater. Conclusion: Our stay would have been more than perfect if all the basic facilities work normally and the street lamps can be turned off during the night with motion sensor for us to view the stars. I would recommend my friends or myself to come again if they can take my suggestions and fix the place. =) )

This hotel had excellent service. The hotel conceirge ” 一条淡水鱼” befriended me on wechat upon checking in. I was puzzled at first as to why he would do that. But it turned out to be the best move as I could ask him lots of questions about getting a driver, what time to leave hotel for day trips, etc. He went the extra mile to ensure that my Taobao package got sent to me at the hotel. Location wise, the resort is very tucked away from the main touristy area. A good 20min drive out. There is no ******* or even Taobao that delivers to the hotel so you are stuck with the one EXCELLENT hotel restaurant that remains open in Winter.

Great stay, big and spacious room with good views. Being on top of the mountain was amazing as you would wake up and open the curtains to find yourself fully in cloud (autumn season). Staff were nice and friendly. Only downside is the location is slightly further away from the attraction (45-1hr) but still nothing to really complain about considering the views and all. Would definitely recommend.

The hotel is large, clean, and well maintained, with generously sized rooms suitable for families. Overall cleanliness met expectations. However, the stay was affected by several issues, most notably a non-functional heater over two nights, which severely impacted comfort in the cold climate. The entire family had to wear thick jackets in the room. There were also some smaller maintenance and check-in issues. Management reviewed our feedback and provided partial compensation, which was appreciated. Overall, a mixed experience with good facilities but room for improvement in basic room readiness.

I particularly want to highlight the amazing soundproofing – it's incredibly quiet at night. Even a light sleeper like me could get a really restful night's sleep. The rooms are equipped with a humidifier and a fresh air system, completely eliminating the dry and stuffy feeling often found at high altitudes! 🏊‍♀️ **Abundant Facilities:** The hotel offers a full range of entertainment facilities! You can enjoy free outdoor hot springs, swim in the infinity pool, or get a workout in the fitness center. 💁 **Thoughtful Service:** The butler service was incredibly friendly and responsive! They proactively asked about our preferred time to visit the scenic area and helped us book a complimentary private car to Jiuzhaigou Scenic Area, making things 100% stress-free! The front desk staff were warm and attentive, and all our questions were resolved with care. 🍳 **Sumptuous Breakfast:** The complimentary buffet breakfast offers a rich variety of options, including Western, Chinese, Asian, and local specialties! In short, the environment, service, and facilities are all absolutely flawless! If you're coming to Jiuzhaigou, just blindly book this place – I'll definitely stay here again on my next visit!
