Nossa Sala era um sonho: espaçosa, insensível e pensando, a cama estava maravilhosamente confortável, as lâminas sentiam-se frescas e frias, e havia muita sala para relaxar, sem sentir a convulsão. É o Tipo de espaço que o acalma instantaneamente. E então há a surpresa que torna este lugar inesquecível, seus encantadores pequenos zoológicos! Nós ficámos felizes EM andar lá fora e encontrar o peixe roaming, um estreito estreito acrescentando um toque brilhante, e três cães adoráveis que roubaram o Nosso coração. É único, feliz e perfeito para as famílias e para qualquer pessoa que ama um pouco de natureza e personalidade com a sua estadia. Our group of five, four adults and a 1-year-9-month-old child, booked three rooms – one twin and two king rooms – for a two-night stay. Having stayed at an exclusive luxury hotel the night before, where we experienced top-tier domestic service, moving to this guesthouse naturally brought a drop in our expectations. However, I wasn't judging this place by luxury hotel standards. Upon arrival, the guesthouse's main gate was locked, preventing our vehicle from entering. We waited for a long time before someone came to help with our luggage. The staff member who helped was a local, and his enthusiasm and welcoming demeanor were somewhat lacking. We still had to carry a fair amount of our luggage ourselves, which was a stark contrast to our previous check-in experience. Overall, I'd say the value for money isn't particularly high. The guesthouse is located at the foot of a mountain, and the window view is limited to just that – a mountain. The hardware is just okay; the actual place doesn't offer the expansive feel that the photos suggest. As for dining, the breakfast was ordinary and a bit greasy. The fried rice we ordered when we were hungry in the evening tasted exactly like the fried rice from the breakfast buffet, which was a bit disappointing. During our stay, we encountered a facility issue: the hot water pressure in the twin room was extremely low. The guesthouse explained this was due to high alkalinity in the mountain spring water causing pipe blockages. The manager handled it well, arranging for us to use the adjacent room to bathe the baby, so this issue was resolved satisfactorily. Additionally, with the windows open, the sounds of other guests walking and talking outside at night were quite noticeable. If privacy and quiet sleep are important to you, I'd advise giving this careful consideration. When checking out, we asked for a coffee to go, which the staff readily agreed to. However, we later discovered that a 25 RMB coffee fee was directly deducted from our deposit, without any prior notification that the coffee was chargeable. We had stayed in three rooms for two nights and hadn't even had breakfast, so to be charged extra for one cup of coffee felt quite disappointing. On a positive note, the young female staff member at the guesthouse was polite and provided excellent service. There aren't many high-quality guesthouse options in Jiuzhaigou, and I've seen quite a few guests choose to check out early. I hope the guesthouse can offer more warm and attentive service to its guests in the future. The hardware is only acceptable. I hope the guesthouse can further refine and improve its service details, dining quality, transparency in charging, and soundproofing.

Facilities: This is a newly opened hotel, so the facilities are all brand new, clean, and tidy. The amenities are also very complete, and the food at the restaurant is delicious, especially the noodle soup base for breakfast – it's absolutely fantastic! Hygiene: Extremely clean. The courtyard is spotless, and you constantly see housekeepers cleaning. Environment: It's a bit far from the scenic area, so it's very quiet. The hotel has a high-class feel. When sitting in the café, you can see the mountains shrouded in mist – absolutely stunning! Service: The staff are very friendly, and the shuttle bus is on-call. Before check-in, they gave us a 'warm' reminder, saying it might be a bit cold in the valley due to rain and to bring a light down jacket. However, when exploring the scenic area, I was sweating profusely. That 'warm' reminder was really something!

This hotel is absolutely amazing! The location is superb, very close to the Jiuzhaigou scenic area entrance, only 5 kilometers away. When you open the window in the room, you're greeted by a stunning view of rolling mountains and mist, it's truly ethereal. The room itself is decorated in a ******* style, which is very unique and charming. Breakfast was also incredibly rich and delicious. Our butler, Xiao Ban, was fantastic – so warm, attentive, and his service attitude was impeccable. He helped us book VIP tickets for the scenic area and patiently answered all our questions. In the evening, the hotel offers special ******* cuisine, and there's even free late-night snacks, which was such a thoughtful touch! Other restaurants are also not far, just a 5-10 minute walk. I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit!

We were touched by the warm hospitality the moment we stepped foot into the hotel. As this is our anniversary trip, Namu even decorated the room prior to our arrival. They are also very kind and thoughtful, offering to help us takeaway our breakfast on the day we leave and also kindly send us to the carpark for our bus back to Chengdu. The driver also ensured that we find our bus before leaving the carpark. Thank you for all the kindness shown to us during our stay ❤️

This hotel was absolutely fantastic, a truly five-star experience! The environment was comfortable, and everything was spotless. The service was impeccable. I especially appreciated the complimentary pick-up service from the station, which was incredibly convenient for us traveling with children. They also offered free shuttles to the scenic spots, saving us the hassle of finding transportation. The hotel breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of choices. Plus, they had traditional ******* clothing available in the lobby for guests to try on and take photos, which was a nice touch. Jiuzhaigou is wonderful, and I would definitely stay here again next time! [Strong recommendation]

Nossa família de quatro pessoas (com duas crianças mais velhas) foi para Jiuzhaigou. Comparamos os hotéis Conrad e Indigo e descobrimos que as suítes do Indigo ofereciam um ótimo custo-benefício. Todas as suítes têm sofás grandes em formato de L, acomodando facilmente duas crianças de 1,5 metro de altura. Meu filho mais velho tem 1,75 metro de altura e uma cama extra não era cara — 300 RMB por noite, incluindo café da manhã, para uma cama de 1,2 metro. O Indigo oferece três categorias de suítes: 65 m², 90 m² e 120 m². Reservei a de 90 m², que custou cerca de 2100 RMB, incluindo café da manhã para duas pessoas. O mordomo entrou em contato conosco com antecedência e nos ofereceu um upgrade gratuito para a suíte maior, além de isentar o café da manhã das crianças. Incluindo a cama extra, o valor ficou em torno de 2400 RMB por noite, o que considerei um excelente custo-benefício! Os quartos básicos do Conrad têm preços semelhantes. O ponto principal é que este quarto tinha vista para as montanhas nevadas, e abrir as cortinas no dia seguinte foi uma surpresa verdadeiramente encantadora! O Conrad fica mesmo ao lado, e também exploramos a área comum (para tirar fotos). A folhagem de outono estava realmente linda, e a vista da janela era deslumbrante. No entanto, considerando os quartos em si, o Indigo é tão bom quanto, e, no geral, eu recomendaria o Indigo por oferecer um melhor custo-benefício. Afinal, caminhar até a área comum ao lado é grátis 👻 Fiquei três noites, e tudo, desde o ambiente e as instalações até o serviço, foi excelente. Um agradecimento especial à nossa mordomo, Bunny; ela respondeu e resolveu qualquer problema prontamente. Comparada aos mordomos dos meus amigos, ela foi muito superior. Um agradecimento especial a ela! 🥰 O café da manhã era razoável, mas o almoço estava bom. O hotel também oferece muitas atividades gratuitas, como fotografia de viagem e xilogravura. Localizado em uma área bonita, o setor comercial não é muito desenvolvido. Vi um KFC e uma casa de chá. O restaurante de fondue de carne de iaque ”Xiangmanyuan”, ali perto, é muito bom. À noite, rola uma festa com fogueira onde você pode dançar a dança Guozhuang. A Área Cênica de Jiuzhaigou fica a 15 minutos de carro. O hotel oferece um ônibus gratuito para a área às 8h20; os táxis geralmente têm uma tarifa fixa de 30 yuans. Além de Jiuzhaigou, você também pode fazer passeios a cavalo em Zhongchagou (a 10 minutos de carro), e ouvi dizer que a paisagem é linda em um dia ensolarado. O famoso Ritz-Carlton fica escondido nas montanhas; eu não tinha dinheiro para me hospedar lá, mas fui tomar um chá da tarde. [Cute R]

(”I hate this place!!!” is what I would have said if the staff had not come to our rescue. During our 3D2N stay, we had moved into 3 different cabins. In the first cabin, the rain shower felt like weak rain droplet due to weak water pressure; then toilet had weak flush that our poop could not be cleared even after 30 over flushes, and then the flush stopped working. We changed into another cabin the next morning as it was already late at night. The second cabin also had issue. When we turned on the floor heating and air conditioning heating for more than 4hrs, it was still not working and the room was still at 3 degree Celsius. It was really cold and we had no choice but to wear our winter gear with heat packs on us, figuring out if the heater would finally work. The staff provided us a portable heater (refer to last picture) as we would not want to change to another cabin anymore. However, our toilet flush stopped working and this forced us to change to the 3rd cabin. This would have been a wonderful stay if the room's basic facilities had worked normally. But thanks to the excellent service of the staff, we could tell they really tried their best to fix the issue immediately whenever we raised the problem. Now for some really good things we appreciate about this place: 1) If you are looking for a nice glamping experience, this is the place to go. The room is beautiful and the view is amazing. (Do check out cabin 8 and 9). You may get to be close to animals too. (refer to picture) 2) If you are looking to enjoy the stars without much light pollution, this is the place to go. (Suggestion to the staff, please replace the street lamps with motion sensor. So that the place can be darker at night for star viewing. Your street lamps are too bright with no cars moving around. Refer to 2nd last picture. This is the brightness of the room with all room lights off. But the street lamp had spoiled the star viewing from the room.) 3) They provide free car transport to fetch you from the bottom of the hill. (Note: Their didi GPS of the hotel is wrong. The didi might drop you half way off the hill. So better request for free car pick up service from bottom of the hill with the hotel.) 4) The communication with the staff via Wechat is fast and responsive. We are already connected with them before we depart from our country. When you reach Huanglong Jiuzhai Train Station, they will also guide you what bus to take and which stop to alight (Hua Mei Sheng Di, not Jiu Zhai Gou Visitor Center) and has their driver on standby to fetch you to the hotel. 5) The staffs are amazing, friendly and helpful. When we faced trouble with our cabin, they responded very fast and did their best in assisting our problem. 6) The room is a smart room. From the moment you open the door, the curtain will be automatically opened for you, the room will have nice music to welcome you. You can also connect your laptop or phone via their Bluetooth and have the whole cabin turned into a surround sound movie theater. Conclusion: Our stay would have been more than perfect if all the basic facilities work normally and the street lamps can be turned off during the night with motion sensor for us to view the stars. I would recommend my friends or myself to come again if they can take my suggestions and fix the place. =) )

The vacation experience in Jiuzhaigou is absolutely fantastic! The rooms are clean and well-maintained, and the bed linens are changed for each guest, providing a sense of utmost comfort. The bathroom, with its separate wet and dry areas, features a bathtub and highland-specific moisturizing toiletries. The combination of underfloor heating and air conditioning ensures the room is warm and comfortable. The Tibetan-style decor is unique and distinctive, and the hotel is conveniently located near the Ancient Legends Theater and the Food Street. It is within walking distance to the scenic areas and takes about 10 minutes by car. There is also a shuttle service available from the high-speed rail station. The small housekeeping manager, Ge Sang, is attentive and considerate, and the facilities, including a hot spring and swimming pool, are incredibly relaxing. If I were to visit Jiuzhaigou again, I would definitely choose this place!

The hotel is large, clean, and well maintained, with generously sized rooms suitable for families. Overall cleanliness met expectations. However, the stay was affected by several issues, most notably a non-functional heater over two nights, which severely impacted comfort in the cold climate. The entire family had to wear thick jackets in the room. There were also some smaller maintenance and check-in issues. Management reviewed our feedback and provided partial compensation, which was appreciated. Overall, a mixed experience with good facilities but room for improvement in basic room readiness.
