FX Hotel was clean and comfortable. The bathroom was large with the toilet and shower area separated. The room was large enough to put 3 large luggages comfortably.

The hotel is the nearest one to Taoyuan airport . Can be accessed easily with the airport train or taxi. Shuttle bus is also available which makes it convenient to move around. If returning back to airport make sure to reserve shuttle service seats on your designated schedules. If taxi is needed give at least 10 mins waiting time ;) nice hotel and good space

We had a wonderful stay at Royal Fine Hotel. The staff were incredibly helpful and attentive, especially during our early checkout at around 5:30 a.m. They kindly carried our luggage and even called a taxi for us, which made the early morning departure so much smoother. The room itself was decent; clean, comfortable, and exactly what we needed for a short stay. The location is also very convenient, just a few minutes' walk from the station. Plus, there are convenience stores, restaurants, and even spa and massage places nearby, which added to the overall ease and comfort of our trip. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a budget-friendly stay with great service and a prime location!

Excellent Location, just around 200-300 meter from formosa MRT station. The rooms are spacious and clean, and the location is excellent—very close to Liuhe Night Market. In fact, if you walk to the MRT station, you’ll pass by the night market along the way. Each floor has two hot water dispensers, which is convenient for making tea. There aren’t many facilities, but that’s fine for me since I mainly need a clean place to rest, a good location, and an affordable price.

The location is very convenient — about 3 minutes from Houyi Station. The staff are very helpful. Breakfast is quite standard, mostly traditional-style dishes. The hotpot restaurant at the hotel is pretty good.

Overall, the hotel is decent and comfortable for a stay. My room was clean and spacious. The hotel is eco-friendly, so single-use personal care items like toothbrushes and toothpaste are not provided; they are available at the counter for 20 NTD if needed. Shower foam and shampoo are provided in the bathroom. There are also no bottled water amenities, but you can boil your own water in the room. One feature I really appreciated was the laundry room. As someone who likes to wash clothes while travelling, this was a big plus. It isn’t free (50 NTD for washing and another 50 NTD for drying), but I find the pricing reasonable. The hotel also offers free biscuits and drinks during the day at Level 16, which guests are welcome to enjoy. The location is convenient, within walking distance to a FamilyMart and the Cianjin MRT station. What I didn’t particularly like, although I understand the eco-friendly concept, was that some basic hotel service felt lacking. Late at night, I called the front desk to request paper and a pen, and was told I had to go down to collect it myself. Personally, after showering and settling in for the night, I didn’t expect to have to go downstairs for such a small request, and it was mildly frustrating, so I chose not to collect it and only asked again the following day. That said, I’m not sure if this was due to a particular staff member. My interactions with other front desk staff were generally positive, they were helpful with directions and assisted me with booking a taxi in advance. Overall, a comfortable stay with good facilities, though service consistency could be improved slightly.

Localização: Cruzando a Rhythm Arena, não poderia ser mais conveniente para meus propósitos. Também bem perto do MRT local e de um parque realmente grande. Limpeza: Os cantos e fendas estão empoeirados, os cantos e lugares difíceis de alcançar não foram limpos e mantidos adequadamente. Mas pelo menos a cama e o chão estão limpos. Serviço: Ótimo pelo que vi, mesmo quando um dia saí do meu quarto às 16h, uma tia da limpeza ainda apareceu perguntando se eu precisava que meu quarto fosse limpo quando eu deveria indicar a eles antes das 15h. Instalações: Não posso comentar muito, pois não explorei as instalações, mas o hotel está situado em um prédio alto com um café no térreo/recepção, parece bem legal.

Overall, the hotel is good and service from the staff is great too. Breakfast Hotel has a good spread and enjoyed the food there. Hotel is well located near the Fengjia Night Market and you can go there in 3 min but is not very near the city centre and you may need to take a bus or walk there. .

When i arrived I was not expecting such a big lobby. Location is great with small restaurants and convenience stores around. Staff is friendly and helpful. I booked my car to airport through them and it was cheaper than taxi (tip: pay in cash to save 10% service fee), and it was a huge van all for myself. Breakfast buffet is a bit disappointing but still ok for the room price. Only downside is that no amenities available, which is the legal norm in Taiwan. So be aware to bring toothbrush and toothpaste as well as anything else you need. If you don't, no worries, can buy at the 7/11 or the other convenience store down the road. Overall, quite a pleasant experience and will definitely book there again in my next Hsinchu trip.
