"Overall, the hotel is good and service from the staff is great too. Breakfast Hotel has a good spread and enjoyed the food there. Hotel is well located near the Fengjia Night Market and you can go there in 3 min but is not very near the city centre and you may need to take a bus or walk there. ."

"We had a wonderful stay at Royal Fine Hotel. The staff were incredibly helpful and attentive, especially during our early checkout at around 5:30 a.m. They kindly carried our luggage and even called a taxi for us, which made the early morning departure so much smoother. The room itself was decent; clean, comfortable, and exactly what we needed for a short stay. The location is also very convenient, just a few minutes' walk from the station. Plus, there are convenience stores, restaurants, and even spa and massage places nearby, which added to the overall ease and comfort of our trip. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a budget-friendly stay with great service and a prime location!"

"The location is very convenient — about 3 minutes from Houyi Station. The staff are very helpful. Breakfast is quite standard, mostly traditional-style dishes. The hotpot restaurant at the hotel is pretty good."

"Ficámos 5 dias em Taichung para o nosso tiro pré-casamento, e a localização não podia ser mais conveniente.Apenas um passeio 10-minute para o casamento Wernar, e tudo o resto que queríamos explorar estava perto. Caminhar para o terceiro Mercado de pequeno-almoço, parar de beber gelado EM Miyahara, fazer UMA sessão de cozinha no Museu do Caca do Sol e andar à Noite para o Mercado de Yizhong para comida. A única coisa má é que não há espaço suficiente para abrir a bagagem."

"Pool was under maintenance during the period of stay. Location though at night market was still a distance away from railway station. Taxi fare abt TWD220. There was hotel shuttle service but no clear instructions on how to book in advance. Info not available on trip.com. Concierge staff did not readily offer the service also. Was told only available to members. Not for 3rd party booking. Am disappointed. Room was spacious. 2 queen size beds. But toilet and bathroom were small. Head will hit the door if I sit at toilet bowl and lean just a bit forward. The bathroom door hits the rain shower head, so if not notice, and open the door with force may break the glass door. Yellow lights in the room were very dim. Make ambience cozy and classy but very straining to the eyes. 2 out of 3 laundry machines out of order. Laundry powder did not dispense from vending machine. Hv to change coins at lobby when laundry is at 6th floor. Overall, not quite up to expectations unfortunately."

"Our family really enjoyed this hotel. The room was big spacious. However, the shower was really weird. It was really short so we had to take a bath and couldn’t shower properly. The shower was elevated and definitely could not fit anyone that was more than 4 ft 5”.  This is not a typo. The shower is meant for pretty much kids. If adults stand there, The water will spray everywhere all over the floor. The hotel was really excellent with their communications. We left something important at the hotel and they quickly reached out to us and is able to ship to our next hotel. The location is also unbeatable. Just across the street from the MRT and Kaohsiung station. The HSR station is 5 MRT stops away. We didn’t see many few options right next to the hotel and had to walk about 10 minutes to a local market."

"Book a Deluxe Room and had a wonderful and pleasant 5nights stay at the hotel. Welcome by the hotel staff at the entrance. Check in is seamless and clear instructions from the front desk. We were served by Debbie, had asked her for info to get a local food origin from Yilan and she assisted to search the address for us to get it in Taipei. When the goods arrived at the hotel, they allowed us to store it in their freezer till the day we checked out. Every morning we were greeted by the staff at the entrance door. This makes our day. Breakfast is okays and there is washing machine/dryer to do your laundry except that it only has one, so you gotta go down early before other guests uses it. Cleanliness in the room is excellence and they clean the room everyday. I love the mobile stand in the toilet! We even have some clothes for the housekeeper to send for recycling. Not to mention the Location, its just a 1- 2mins walk from xmd station exit 6. I will definitely stay Westgate again if I travel to Taipei. Great Staffs, great housekeeping and great stay."

"FX Hotel was clean and comfortable. The bathroom was large with the toilet and shower area separated. The room was large enough to put 3 large luggages comfortably."
