Reservei este hotel especificamente para a minha família. Embora eu não tenha me hospedado lá, minha família disse que a experiência do check-in ao check-out foi excelente! We stayed 3 nights at a river view room which was clean and well appointed. The service was excellent, they serviced our room and helped me print out a visa. The location next to the river is quiet and relaxing to see the boats go by. Breakfast was understaffed, since they rapidly ran out of food, plates, cups and couldn't cook or re-fill food and drinks. So go early for breakfast. It takes a long time for didi car to drive up to the hotel. Be sure to choose a route that avoids the traffic bottlenecks.

The hotel room was spotless and very quiet at night, which is a huge plus for anyone who values good sleep – highly recommend it! The front desk staff was lovely; the lady at reception paid close attention to the notes I left on Trip.com and even gave me an eye mask. The location is super convenient for transport on weekends, and dining is a breeze with all sorts of malls downstairs and the old street right next door. Breakfast was also fantastic with a great variety of choices. I'll definitely pick this hotel again next time I'm in Kunming.

O hotel é limpo, tem um ambiente lindo e o serviço é excepcional. Mesmo antes de eu chegar em Lijiang, a equipe já estava perguntando quando eu chegaria! 😂 Os dois jovens da recepção foram incrivelmente acolhedores. A localização é bem ao lado da Rua Sifang, mas surpreendentemente tranquila – um oásis de paz em meio à agitação. Eu estava preocupada em não dormir bem porque precisava acordar cedo para ir ao Shangri-La no dia seguinte, mas foi surpreendentemente tranquilo. Além disso, não fica no topo da cidade antiga, então os hóspedes com bagagem não precisam andar muito. Definitivamente vale a pena se hospedar lá. Depois de um passeio cansativo pela cidade antiga à noite, você pode ir caminhando direto para o hotel.

Superb hospitality. The bed is comfortable, near the main attractions and reasonably priced. Staff are friendly and kind, even offering me extra rose biscuits to take with me as i checked out. Breakfast food was a small range, usual fare. Occasionally cigarette smoke can be smelt from the room. Do note that renovations are ongoing nearby so you can hear it. But the hotel provides ear plugs for that. The view of the city with the mountain is amazing. Would def come back!

The views from our room were spectacular. The location of the homestay is quite a distance from the main road and thus need help for the transfer from hotel but the service is available whenever we called them. Since we don't have a car, the homestay easily arranged for paid driver cum guide to bring us to most of the interesting terraces for wonderful photograph feeds. They easily help to arrange for a paid driver to our next destination. They have also a restaurant which prices are reasonable and the foods were delicious. Will introduce to friends who might want to visit this area.

Excellent hotel service from from desk to housekeeper. Clean and cozy room, free airport pickup was easy to arrange, free gift upon check in was warm, free night snacks beyond my expectation. The female front desk receptionist very helpful and patiently to solve all my queries as a foreigner. Thumbs up to this hotel👏👏👏
