Reservei este hotel especificamente para a minha família. Embora eu não tenha me hospedado lá, minha família disse que a experiência do check-in ao check-out foi excelente! Excellent hotel service from from desk to housekeeper. Clean and cozy room, free airport pickup was easy to arrange, free gift upon check in was warm, free night snacks beyond my expectation. The female front desk receptionist very helpful and patiently to solve all my queries as a foreigner. Thumbs up to this hotel👏👏👏

O hotel é limpo, tem um ambiente lindo e o serviço é excepcional. Mesmo antes de eu chegar em Lijiang, a equipe já estava perguntando quando eu chegaria! 😂 Os dois jovens da recepção foram incrivelmente acolhedores. A localização é bem ao lado da Rua Sifang, mas surpreendentemente tranquila – um oásis de paz em meio à agitação. Eu estava preocupada em não dormir bem porque precisava acordar cedo para ir ao Shangri-La no dia seguinte, mas foi surpreendentemente tranquilo. Além disso, não fica no topo da cidade antiga, então os hóspedes com bagagem não precisam andar muito. Definitivamente vale a pena se hospedar lá. Depois de um passeio cansativo pela cidade antiga à noite, você pode ir caminhando direto para o hotel.

Superb hospitality. The bed is comfortable, near the main attractions and reasonably priced. Staff are friendly and kind, even offering me extra rose biscuits to take with me as i checked out. Breakfast food was a small range, usual fare. Occasionally cigarette smoke can be smelt from the room. Do note that renovations are ongoing nearby so you can hear it. But the hotel provides ear plugs for that. The view of the city with the mountain is amazing. Would def come back!

This was by far the most satisfying hotel of our trip! The Lijiang hotel we originally booked was in a terrible location, so we made a last-minute change to Zangyuan. Upon check-in, the front desk staff was incredibly warm and welcoming. When they learned we were traveling with our parents, they eagerly provided tips for high-altitude areas and even upgraded our parents to a free snow mountain view room, arranging a lavish afternoon tea! Knowing we'd be leaving Lijiang very late the next day, they proactively extended our checkout time to 3:30 PM, which greatly facilitated our itinerary! The hotel even thoughtfully provided a complimentary drop-off service to the station! The room was clean and tidy, and the location was very convenient. I highly, highly recommend it! Traveling with a girlfriend, the first important thing is the hotel, the second is the food. I have been to Maitreya many times. To be honest, the hotels in Maitreya are currently online, but the mountain residence I stayed in this time was really pleasant. It is completely the reception standard of a foreign five-star hotel. Whether it is a check-in gift or an supporting facilities in the hotel, it can make people spend a very happy day in the hotel. The design of the lobby is full of collisions of Chinese and Western elements. The space is large. The hand-made coffee level in the lobby is very online! The hot spring on the first floor has a public bubble pool and a private soup. The key is that the ventilation is very good! Not stuffy at all!  Drive by yourself and stop next to the hotel, it is very convenient to go out and play.  My most pleasant surprise is actually the body milk equipped by the hotel, which smells really good! I used half a bottle, and I took the rest away. I am going to find the same model online hahaha.  The price is not cheap, but it is definitely worth the money, and the experience that is worthy of the price is the real quality price ratio in my opinion!  I didn't shoot the room because I arrived too late and slept in a mess. You can see what others took. Clean and advanced!
