"We stayed on the 17th floor and enjoyed an excellent view of Sapporo city, from the clock tower to the ferris wheel. The lights were especially delightful at night. The check in and out service is efficient, albeit impersonal, but we didnt mind that at all. The hotel is beside Nakajima Koen, and its slightly situated further away from the hustle n bustle of Susukino. If u like the relative quiet, that's part of the charm :)"

"I used a single villa in a barrel. The interior was good, very clean. Convenience stores are also close, so it was convenient to use and self check-in / check-out was more convenient. It was a kitchen and a washing machine that could be cooked simple, so it was good for a long stay. Thank you for your good hostel"

It made getting around incredibly easy and stress-free. The hot spring facilities were wonderful: clean, well-maintained, and pleasantly quiet. The water was at the perfect temperature, and soaking in the onsen provided the ultimate relaxation after a day of sightseeing. My room was spotless and comfortable, with fresh linens, modern amenities, and good soundproofing for a peaceful night’s sleep. Housekeeping was excellent throughout my stay. "The location is fantastic, just some minutes walk from Sapporo station. From the hotel, it is easy to reach to other places such as Susukino on foot. The room and hotel are fantastic, clean. The staff are friendly and helpful. They even offer free snack bar with lots of soft drinks, coffee and cookies that you can use as much as you want during the day and night. Highly recommended and will definitely be back in the future!"

"Best Western Plus Hotel Chitose – Convenient Airport Stay with Mixed Service My family and I stayed at the Best Western Plus Chitose this week. The hotel is about 10–15 minutes from New Chitose Airport, and the taxi ride cost roughly $30 USD, which made travel very convenient. Our arrival experience wasn’t the strongest start. We arrived around 2:00 pm and were told our room was ready but that we would need to pay an additional fee to check in one hour early. They held our luggage while we waited in the lobby, and about 10 minutes before official check-in time they offered to let us in to our room (10 minutes early) as a “favor.” Since the room was already prepared, this felt unnecessary and didn’t set the most welcoming tone to charge us. Even simply delivering our luggage to the room while we explored would have been appreciated. The room itself was quite good. It was clean (besides couch stain and shower smudge), relatively spacious by Japanese standards, and stocked with the usual thoughtful amenities common in Japan. The beds were comfortable, and having three pillows per bed was a nice touch. The soaps also felt high quality. The TV is not placed at an angle that makes it easy to watch from the bed, only the couch but we didn’t use it or this living room area. The location is another plus, with several restaurants, Seven-11 and shops within easy walking distance. Service was somewhat inconsistent. The concierge provided a map with recommendations but mentioned being new to the area and couldn’t share much additional insight. When we asked the night desk attendant about nearby places serving Japanese soufflé pancakes for breakfast, she suggested waiting for the hotel café to open at 10:00 am, even though they don’t actually serve pancakes, which wasn’t especially helpful. Overall, the hotel is clean, comfortable, and very convenient to the airport with reliable WiFi. Just don’t expect highly proactive hospitality or detailed local recommendations beyond the basics."

"Had a wonderful stay at Kuriyasuizan. I booked the room with outdoor bath in my own room, had a great soak at all hours of the day. The meals (dinner and breakfast) was wonderful, and service was great as well! Only drawback was the long walk from the kappaliner bus stop, it was a nightmare dragging 2 luggages up and down a thick snow covered slope, 6 mins walk on Google maps felt like 20 mins. If only there was a shuttle provided by the hotel 🤣"

"Location is excellent, right amongst the main shopping malls, seafood markets, restaurants and commercial streets. You can see the TV tower from some of the rooms and the rooftop barbecue site. The check-in process is however painfully slow. The staff forgot to give us water (supposedly one would receive one bottle per night per person at the reception). The room card we received was also not working... The room albeit clean and tidy was rather barebone and small. It's quite rare nowadays to have a hotel of this pricing not to offer a TV. The breakfast was also very simple. 4 types of crepes. And some very limited choices of food items. I would recommend this hotel to people looking for a quick resting spot with easy access to main visiting spots and having no high requirements for hotel amenities."

"Sempre nos hospedávamos neste hotel quando visitávamos Otaru, pois adorávamos o quarto amplo e espaçoso e as ótimas comodidades (adoramos o kit de higiene pessoal e a máquina Nespresso). Ele faz parte do enorme shopping center Wingbay e o supermercado pode ser acessado internamente pelo lobby do hotel até a meia-noite, o que apreciamos especialmente durante o inverno. O quarto com vista para a montanha também oferece uma vista linda no inverno."
