BRAVO! Jamal and his family have transformed their ancestral home into a place that we (and other visitors alike) can call home in Fez. From meeting us at the main road and escorting us through the narrow lanes of the medina, to joyfully serving us breakfast each morning and a sumptuous dinner on our final evening, Jamal and family were super accommodating and friendly.

If I ever return to Fes, I will definitely stay here again. In contrast to its historic and traditional charm, the rooms were incredibly clean and beautiful. Waking up to nothing but the sound of birds chirping in the morning was a dream. Every detail of the interior was stunning, and the staff were exceptionally kind and welcoming. The location is actually much easier to find compared to other accommodations in Fes. However, I did have a bit of trouble finding it at first and unfortunately got scammed by a fake guide—so please be careful! Also, keep in mind that the stairs are quite steep. Aside from those points, my stay was absolutely perfect.

設施：在Riad裏算是房型巨大，對得起suite套房的稱號。床型舒適，浴室明亮。公區絕對是非斯里的天花板級別，值得參觀逗留拍照打卡，畢竟是700年歷史的老建築。但同時是最近翻新的，不用擔心設備設施老舊。傢俱等用料考究，甚至都是螺鈿技法。最熱天入住的，我那間豪華房空調不給力，直接給我升級到家庭套房了（其他房型都滿，可見很熱銷） 衞生：衞生乾淨整潔，無論是房內還是公區、餐廳等都是能夠達到五星標準。 環境：看圖就知道公區環境有多美了，馬賽克牆壁、中庭、綠植、靠椅等等，都見功法。同時位置在老城中心，離停車場大概15分鐘走路。就是巷子太多，記得看街巷裡牆壁上的酒店標牌，也不難找。 服務：服務整體不錯，酒店內員工都是很熱情的，早餐豐盛，而且露台就餐，能拍到很獨特的老城風景。不過接送行李的人員不是酒店員工，需要另給搬運費（人家很辛苦掙苦力費，給錢沒問題，提前問酒店溝通好就行） 總之，一等一推薦！

O Hotel Sahrai é um hotel privado e bonito fora da Medina, e é UMA boa escolha para viajante que quer ficar fora do arrepio e do arrepio da antiga cidade. O hotel está localizado no topo de UMA colina e o telhado oferece UMA bela vista sobre a antiga medina e OS bairros judeus. É uma boa escolha se você tiver muita bagagem, porque não é permitido que você caia em Riads no interior da Medina.

Incredible service every step of the way. Mohammed is an absolute legend who helped us out with everything from finding laundry on night one to sorting us out with a guide around Fes. Beautiful place on the outskirts of the Medina with easy access to the roundabout and the Blue Gate. Would 100000% stay here again. Thanks so much for everything to all of the staff at Layla, especially Mohammed!!!!

И Riad Rcif - с большим отрывом наше лучшее жилье по цене-качеству. Во-первых, в медине есть много указателей, как к нему дойти. Во-вторых, в риаде есть все удобства: бассейн, панорамный вид на медину, утюг, внутри номера кондиционер, фен, ванная, холодильник, бумажные салфетки, бутылки с питьевой водой, которые каждый день приносят. Номера очень уютные и атмосферные. В-третьих, в отличие от других риадов здесь достаточно тихо. Может нам просто повезло, но спать было комфортно, после 22ч вечера никого не было слышно. В-четвертых, завтраки. Они здесь лучше, чем в других местах: омлет (или яйца вкрутую), очень много разных хлебных изделий, йогурты, сок, чай, кофе и даже фрукты. Если вы хотите больше, вам сготовят больше. Например, мы попросили дополнительную порцию омлета. В-пятых, персонал. Он не просто хороший, он невероятный! Любая наша прихоть/просьба была исполнена быстро и с максимально трепетным отношением! Персонал говорит по-английски; заселили нас раньше времени, сразу угостили сладостями и чаем; при выселении жене подарили браслет, а один из сотрудников помог донести наши вещи и поймал такси, договорившись с местным, чтоб нас довезли за копейки, и сам ни взял за это и дирхама. А теперь, красивая и добрая история, почему я решил искренне поделиться информацией об этом риаде. Так получилось, что мы с женой забыли ее белую кожаную куртку в этом риаде и уехали дальше в Шефшауэн. Владелец риада мне звонил, но русская симка была недоступна. Уже из Шефшауэна я смог связаться с ним, рассказал о наших планах. Он сказал, что куртка будет у нас и сдержал свое слово. Сначала он хотел отправить своего водителя, затем мы решили, что лучше будет оформить доставку в Марракеш, куда мы направлялись к концу недели. Он попросил своего сотрудника отвезти эту куртку и отправить ее к нам, оплатил ему такси до вокзала и обратно, а от нас не взял и дирхама, и даже об этом отзыве писать не просил. Это уже мой душевный порыв. В общем, куртку мы забрали в Марракеше, жена довольная, а Riad Rcif - это гораздо больше, чем риад, это возможность получить комфорт и марроканское гостеприимство.

Our experience at Marriott Fez was fantastic.Friends holiday with a group of seven adults. From the moment we arrived, the hospitality was great . The staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and attentive to every detail, making sure we felt at home. It was one of our friends' birthday on the day of arrival and we had a fantastic birthday surprise from the manageress. Thanks to the entire team at Janan Palace. The Fes Marriott is a fantastic option with plenty to offer. The hotel features three excellent restaurants, each providing a distinct dining experience. The outdoor areas are impressive with a large swimming pool. Beautiful hotel to spend a few days while visiting Fes.

The Riad is right for the price. It's centrally located at the Medina. I got the room at the rooftop. No lift, only a narrowed spiral staircase. You have to carry your luggage up & down. If you are elderly and have issues with your back or knee problem this place is not for you. If you need to talk to the owner of the Riad you have to watsapp him if you have any concerns. I had an issue with my door lock. Luckily, they quickly addressed my issue & changed my door lock immediately.

The contact person is so nice that helped us arrange city tour and transport to another city. Even though we had to leave at 8, which was not the breakfast timeslot, the house keeper prepared food for us to take away. We had so much fun here.
