They greeted us at our tour drop off point and took care of our luggage. Since we arrived late, we ordered their dinner and it turned out to be a great decision as the meal was just delicious. "We spent four nights at this Riad. The staff were wonderful and went out of their way to meet our needs. The courtyard by the small pool is lovely, and the location in the medina is convenient. A few watchouts: there are many stairs, even within rooms; some bathrooms are up a small staircase and may not have a shower. The building is charming but showing its age. Also, the general manager is keen to arrange tours and porters — which can be helpful — but there are many qualified, licensed guides and agencies if you prefer to arrange excursions independently, and it’s possible to navigate parts of the medina on your own."

"Although it's tucked away, you can find it easily by following Google Maps. During check-in, they kindly showed me around Fes on a map. They were also really flexible and helpful when I needed to change my booking dates last minute. On my last day, when I mentioned I had an early train at 7 AM, they even packed a takeaway breakfast for me. I stayed for 3 nights and had a very satisfying visit. Thank you!"

The location is a bit secluded — we definitely got lost trying to find it for the first time 😅 but that’s part of the medina experience and not really a problem. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly throughout our stay. Room was very comfy, and the whole riad felt quiet, peaceful, and relaxing after the busy streets outside. One thing that really touched us — we had to check out very early for our next journey, and the management prepared bread and water for us as bekal for the trip 🥹 Small gesture, but truly memorable. Highly recommended if you want a peaceful stay in Fes."
