The experience we had at another Riad set very, very high expectations, so read this with that in mind :) I've worked and stayed in luxury hotels around the world, and if you're looking for a stunning hotel, with pleasant service this would be a top choice. However overall we were looking for more of an intimate experience. Staff were very nice; they were young, friendly, kind and caring. Travelling with my mother however, it felt very uncomfortable when I was asked 'how my wife was doing?!', this summed up the disconnection between the hotel and the experience. A beautiful hotel but short of a 4/5 star experience. It is one of the most stunning Riads you will stay at. The restaurant serves great food, and the views are amazing - if you can handle the three floors of steep steps. Overall, you won't be disappointed but it felt like when we stayed there was no manager for those extra touches you expect when paying this much.

Excellent experience! This place is beautiful, well located, and each room is unique. The staff and owner were incredibly helpful to my friend and I dealing with some bank troubles, they helped organize rides and tours, and both dinners we ate there were amazing. Strongly recommended.

設施：在Riad裏算是房型巨大，對得起suite套房的稱號。床型舒適，浴室明亮。公區絕對是非斯里的天花板級別，值得參觀逗留拍照打卡，畢竟是700年歷史的老建築。但同時是最近翻新的，不用擔心設備設施老舊。傢俱等用料考究，甚至都是螺鈿技法。最熱天入住的，我那間豪華房空調不給力，直接給我升級到家庭套房了（其他房型都滿，可見很熱銷） 衞生：衞生乾淨整潔，無論是房內還是公區、餐廳等都是能夠達到五星標準。 環境：看圖就知道公區環境有多美了，馬賽克牆壁、中庭、綠植、靠椅等等，都見功法。同時位置在老城中心，離停車場大概15分鐘走路。就是巷子太多，記得看街巷裡牆壁上的酒店標牌，也不難找。 服務：服務整體不錯，酒店內員工都是很熱情的，早餐豐盛，而且露台就餐，能拍到很獨特的老城風景。不過接送行李的人員不是酒店員工，需要另給搬運費（人家很辛苦掙苦力費，給錢沒問題，提前問酒店溝通好就行） 總之，一等一推薦！

O Hotel Sahrai é um hotel privado e bonito fora da Medina, e é UMA boa escolha para viajante que quer ficar fora do arrepio e do arrepio da antiga cidade. O hotel está localizado no topo de UMA colina e o telhado oferece UMA bela vista sobre a antiga medina e OS bairros judeus. É uma boa escolha se você tiver muita bagagem, porque não é permitido que você caia em Riads no interior da Medina.

My stay in Fez was truly memorable, thanks to the warmth and professionalism of Hager, the manager. We arrived later than planned, reaching the property at 11 p.m. instead of the expected 9 p.m., yet Hager welcomed us with kindness and patience, making us feel completely at ease despite the late hour. That first impression set the tone for the entire stay. Hager was also incredibly accommodating with breakfast. She kindly arranged breakfast earlier than the usual start time, and it was a delicious traditional Moroccan breakfast — fresh, generous, and beautifully prepared. It was one of the highlights of the stay and a perfect way to start the day. At the time of leaving Fez, I had arranged my transport independently, but the situation did not go as planned and became stressful. When Hager became aware of this, she went out of her way to help, reassured me, and kindly allowed me to stay at the property during the unexpected delay. The property is perfectly located in the heart of the medina, offering an authentic Fez experience while remaining peaceful and comfortable. The room was clean, well-maintained, and felt welcoming after long days of exploring. What truly stood out was the genuine care and hospitality throughout the stay. Hager’s calm, thoughtful, and supportive approach made a real difference and reflects the high standards of this place. I would highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Fez — not just for the location and comfort, but for the exceptional hospitality you’ll experience here.

Service de navette pour et de l’aéroport proposée par l établissement: assez pratique lorsqu’on arrive tard comme nous. Facturé 25€ (250 dirhams)inclus la majoration de 5€ pour service nocturne. Chambre propre et literie confortable Salle de bain très petite, douche sans bac, l eau coule directement sur le sol et l’eau met pas mal de temps à s écouler par le syphon: pas trop pratique si vous êtes pressés et que vous devez prendre votre douche l un après l’autre rapidement . Le support de pommeau de douche cassé, il fallait le tenir à la main Produits d hygiène a ramener, shampooing non fourni ( difficile quand on voyage avec bagage en cabine pour 2-3 jours) Service de petit déjeuner basique, dommage pour certains produits commerciaux ( olives noires et fromage quiri ) Crepe et brioche préparé sur place, elles étaient très bonne Emplacement parfait , juste à côté d un de suq de la vieille médina Pour manger il y a plein de restos sur place mais ils sont relativement chers car on est en zone touristique Ne pas hésiter à aller manger dans la ville nouvelle, on y va avec taxi pour 2€ par trajet (4€ a/r) Attention: l hôtel affirme accepter la carte bancaire mais nous n avons pas pu régler 170dirham(17€) par carte car commission trop importante . Que les montants élevés sont acceptés ( à prendre en compte si vous payez en fin de séjour et que vous avez l’argent compté) Wifi gratuit , terrasse sympa mais dommage ne pas y pouvoir prendre le petit dej Dans l ensemble séjour agréable et rapport qualité prix correcte

設施：淋浴間特別大，洗澡特別爽，總體來説比較古色古香，絕對不能説得上狠心，唯一的缺點是網絡真的很差很差，基本等同於沒有網……扣的分基本是扣給了網絡很差這件事情 衞生：非常乾淨 環境：在一大堆巷子裏面找路其實有點困難，路上有摩洛哥人幫忙指路，竟然還索要的小費，但是店主把他們關在門外了，我們沒有給小費。環境非常清幽，泳池的庭院也太好看，太好拍照了！ 服務：服務特別好，入住的時候會給你泡綠茶，而且會問你早餐想吃什麼，所有摩洛哥的風味都能吃到！

Adoro esta Riad, é tão limpa e bonita no interior e no topo do telhado com UMA bela vista panorâmica. Antes de chegar a riad, eles me enviaram um e-mail que me pediu o WhatsApp para me enviarem a localização exacta e assim vídeos para me saber como chegar lá, porque o mapa do Google não funciona quando entrar no Medina . Disseram que se eu não pudesse encontrar a maneira, podiam me levar para um dos entrantes do riad. Pensei que pudesse encontrar, mas falhei, então liguei para eles. Um dos funcionários saiu imediatamente e ajudou-me com a bagagem. Os dois jovens empregados lá estão muito ajudados e amigáveis.Uma vez que cheguei tão tarde, um empregado (deve ser chamado Abdullah) me trouxe de novo para fora para que possa sair e de novo para a próxima vez. O outro jovem empregado também me trouxe para um local amigável e confortável, para obter as coisas essenciais.Ame-as e é tão útil.O pequeno-almoço também é bom.A AC no quarto é boa, a pressão da água e o calor também são boas! Recomenda-se que o Riad seja feito Na próxima viagem.Rmb para trazer acomodações, porque não fornecem nenhuma banheira ou escova de dentes.Recomenda-se que o Riad tenha um copo de borracha Na Sala EM vez de apenas no toalhete.

The contact person is so nice that helped us arrange city tour and transport to another city. Even though we had to leave at 8, which was not the breakfast timeslot, the house keeper prepared food for us to take away. We had so much fun here.

A cobertura do WiFi do hotel é particularmente abrangente, quer no quarto, lobby, restaurante, quer no canto do corredor. O sinal do Wi-Fi é Muito forte e não VAI haver interrupções. Eu testei EM todos OS lugares do hotel. A Velocidade Da rede é Muito estável.
