"The staff is wonderful and they took care of us. We checked in at 2 o’clock in the morning and there were still waiting eagerly waiting to take care of us and we got in the room we had to sleep. The breakfast was great. They were able to translate and the breakfast is laid out nicely. We were given different options for the breakfast as well so we chose the buffet breakfast and it’s wonderful. I would recommend anyone to come here and stay and it is a fantastic place to stay at staff is friendly kind and the place is comfortable."

After staying here, I genuinely feel I made the right choice and highly recommend it to fellow travelers. It's incredibly convenient for strolling the pedestrian street, admiring European-style architecture, and sampling various local snacks. After a day of sightseeing and enjoying Central Street's night views, you don't need a long taxi ride; you can simply take a leisurely stroll back to the hotel to rest, saving yourself the fatigue of commuting. Saint Sophia Cathedral is also very close to the hotel, within walking distance, so you can head out early for photos. Getting to the Flood Control Memorial Tower and the Songhua River banks is also very convenient, with plenty of bus stops nearby making travel to various attractions smooth. It's also near a subway station, making public transport for other scenic spots or for getting to and from the train station time-saving and effortless. "I booked two rooms during my stay at Atour Harbin. One of the rooms had a small issue where the toilet drain was clogged and the water could not go down properly . However, the staff responded very quickly. They came to check and repair it immediately. When the issue could not be solved quickly, they kindly helped us change to another room without any hassle . Their service was very professional and efficient, and we really appreciated how fast they handled the situation. Overall, it was still a very comfortable stay. 👍"

"Location is excellent for this hotel. Staff are prompt and helpful with all requests. Very friendly and hospitable too. Love the breakfast! The complimentary photo taking service in the hotel is awesome. They do not force you to pay for additional photos although we did pay for more in the end as we like the photos."

"the hotel was great value for the price and has a few excellent points. Location is easy to get to the airport and ok for the winter attractions. Rooms are nice, though are showing their age. The facilities (gym/pool) we decided to avoid; they don't offer the resort or relaxation of other five star hotels. Food was consistently good and the club lounge is easily one of the best decors I've found. The service was consistently good from checkin especially. I would stay here again if Im in Harbin, but I would stress that I have allergies to try and get a real smoke-free room (our bathroom....)"
