"The staff is wonderful and they took care of us. We checked in at 2 o’clock in the morning and there were still waiting eagerly waiting to take care of us and we got in the room we had to sleep. The breakfast was great. They were able to translate and the breakfast is laid out nicely. We were given different options for the breakfast as well so we chose the buffet breakfast and it’s wonderful. I would recommend anyone to come here and stay and it is a fantastic place to stay at staff is friendly kind and the place is comfortable."

"來哈爾濱旅遊，選這家麗呈花盛（防洪紀念塔店）真的太明智了！酒店就在中央大街對面，出門就是公交站，步行就能打卡防洪紀念塔、松花江和兆麟公園，去哪都不用繞路。大堂裝修很雅緻，辦理入住很快。房間空間夠大，採光好，衞生做得無可挑剔，床品柔軟不壓身，智能系統語音就能控制窗簾和燈光，衞生間乾濕分離，熱水穩定。早餐的品類很全，中式西式都有，味道在線。工作人員態度都特別好，有需求響應及時，退房後還幫我們免費寄存了半天行李。這次入住體驗滿分，強烈推薦給去哈爾濱玩的朋友！"

"the hotel was great value for the price and has a few excellent points. Location is easy to get to the airport and ok for the winter attractions. Rooms are nice, though are showing their age. The facilities (gym/pool) we decided to avoid; they don't offer the resort or relaxation of other five star hotels. Food was consistently good and the club lounge is easily one of the best decors I've found. The service was consistently good from checkin especially. I would stay here again if Im in Harbin, but I would stress that I have allergies to try and get a real smoke-free room (our bathroom....)"

AAshley HoIt was awesome hotel with superb service from top to bottom. From the time we reached there butler and service staff to welcome us. The reception is at 54 floor, you have take the escalator up and register your stay. Then take the second escalator down to your room of another escavator is you are staying in executive suites. Very interesting, to get down you need to go up to level 54 and take the lift down. To get to the bar u need to take the lift 58. Very nice lounge with interesting cocktails.
They use electric toilet bowl which is convenient when the very cold. Been staying here 3 nights when I reached
Will come back and stay in the hotel again if I am back to Harbin.

JJerome.CI had a wonderful stay at the Harbin Aoluguya Hotel. From the moment I arrived, the atmosphere felt warm and welcoming. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed, making it easy to relax after a long day. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, always ready to help with anything I needed. O pessoal ajudou-nos a navegar facilmente pelos autocarros da cidade (o cavalheiro no escritório frontal também era grande).

O ambiente dentro da casa é muito fresco. Mas desta vez fui porque o cheque - A entrada no primeiro dia foi às duas da manhã. Só restava um. Havia um quarto no outro extremo, mas era tarde demais, então fiz o check-in no dia seguinte. Queria prolongar minha estadia e queria trocar de quarto. Eram cerca de 11h30 e a recepção nos disse para retirar tudo antes do meio-dia porque ontem não tínhamos nada. Estava cheio, então eles tiveram que arrumar o quarto e ventilá-lo. Depois de arrumar para cima, poderíamos sair antes das duas horas.A primeira vez que ouvimos falar de prolongar a nossa estadia e mudar de quarto, o escritório frontal pediu-nos para desocupar o quarto em que estávamos hospedados.As pessoas desceram e foram para o sofá no andar de baixo para espere pelo novo quarto, para que não tenhamos que esperar pelo novo quarto no futuro. Iremos novamente

OOhmaiI arrived late at night and the receptionist very helpful. Even though i cannot speak chinese and receptionist do not speak english, he always ask Siri on his phone to make sure everything go smoothly.
The receptionist even help me buy bread and drinks at the vending machine that requires Chinese phone number.
Room is spacious, clean. All items working well, just lack of internet connection maybe my room located at the end of the alley.
The best part, breakfast included too in the room rate. So you don’t have to go outside find breakfast during this cold weather 😃

YYinYinTravelThe main reason I chose this hotel was for the hot springs and my own convenience. However, I discovered that the hot spring and resort are managed separately, which meant I had to return to the counter to return the key and complete other formalities before I could go back to my room after using the hot spring.
The front desk staff were less friendly, and honestly, the worst I’ve encountered among all the hotels I stayed at during my trip. Their hospitality needs significant improvement.
Additionally, Yabuli is very remote, and transportation is quite inconvenient. The hotel staff didn’t assist us in contacting any drivers. As locals, they could have at least had some contacts or suggestions for transportation, but instead, they dismissed us outright, stating that no transfers were provided.

JJTLJPeople in Harbin City are generally very customer centric and welcoming. Staff are courteous and understanding too. We've stayed 1 night & was indoor whole time as understand there's some restriction when leaving the building but no time to go outdoor since it's filled with activities. There's only free flow of ice cream, drinks and fruits while meals are chargeable from the foodcourt & restaurant at lvl5. The fc open at 8am hence we have to order in from ******* since we are leaving early.
Upon entering the building, it's really hot.
We took the family room at lvl7 which seems situated at the back alley & not ventilated. We stayed at Room 7036 which was really hot even when we opened the window & with the small fan they provided that doesn't help at all, regretfully we didn't sleep well the whole night.
