"True Go Hotel, Harbin – Comfortable and Thoughtfully Managed
While the reception area felt a little cluttered, the rooms themselves were very clean and comfortable. The location was excellent, just about 200 metres from a food street, making it easy to find meals and explore the area.
What really stood out was the service. The reception team was efficient, friendly, and genuinely helpful. Even though the hotel is not large, they had a concierge who assisted us with purchasing attraction tickets and arranging transport to various places of interest.
It was extremely cold during our stay, but the hotel really took care of guests. They provided free heat packs for those who were not fully prepared for the weather, which was a thoughtful touch. There was also free ice cream at the reception that guests could help themselves to — a small but delightful surprise.
The room came with a humidifier, which made a big difference in the dry winter air. Thanks to the helpful staff, we were still able to visit places like Tiger Park and Volga Manor comfortably despite the freezing temperatures.
Overall, a warm and well-managed hotel with thoughtful touches that made the stay much more comfortable. A great choice for anyone visiting Harbin, especially in winter."

UUsuário convidadoWe stayed for two nights in August at this hotel and were impressed with the overall experience. The location is excellent for its proximity to the airport, and we were grateful for the late-night airport pickup.
The front desk staff were exceptionally helpful, patiently using translation apps to communicate with us. Our room was clean, fresh-smelling, beds were comfy and we loved the thoughtful touch of complimentary fruits.
The true highlight of our stay, however, was the restaurant staff. We arrived for dinner around 9 pm (the restaurant is in a separate building, also used for breakfast), and although the place was empty and they appeared to be closing, they warmly welcomed us in. They were incredibly caring and accommodating. The food was delicious, portions were very generous, and the prices were very reasonable. The kindness and smiles of these ladies made a lasting impression. We are actually returning to the hotel tomorrow and are genuinely excited to see them again!

IIlse Du PlooyO quarto parece bem menor do que nas fotos do site, mas é adequado para quem viaja sozinho. Embora as garrafas de água fossem trocadas diariamente, as xícaras de chá sujas nunca foram recolhidas ou lavadas durante minha estadia de 4 dias, e eu tive que enxaguá-las no banheiro. A lixeira era esvaziada todos os dias, mas eles não arrumam a cama. O chuveiro estava quebrado e era difícil de usar, e o protetor de colchão era grande demais para a cama e ficava escorregando. Os funcionários foram muito simpáticos e prestativos. A localização era complicada, pois o hotel fica em uma avenida principal muito movimentada, de mão única e com poucas vias de acesso, o que significa que os táxis precisam passar bem longe do hotel antes de fazer o retorno para deixar os hóspedes. A desvantagem de usar o Didi ou táxis comuns são os motoristas mal-educados e impacientes. Eles cobraram tarifas muito altas durante o Natal. Frequentemente ficávamos presos no trânsito, tendo que caminhar de 2 a 4 km de volta para o hotel. No geral, fiquei decepcionado com a cidade. Muitos prédios estavam deteriorados e abandonados, com janelas quebradas e tinta descascando, o que me lembrou de *********************. As ruas estavam muito sujas e a proximidade de uma escola só piorou o congestionamento no trajeto de ida e volta do hotel. Os rumores de que o Natal é uma época menos movimentada e melhor para visitar Harbin não são verdadeiros. A multidão estragou a experiência na Igreja de Santa Sofia, principalmente os influenciadores digitais vestidos com roupas ridículas, posando em temperaturas congelantes nas escadarias e cantos da igreja, arruinando qualquer oportunidade para fotos. As barracas e lojas ao redor da igreja eram muito caras. Visitei algumas outras igrejas, como a de Santo Aleksiev e o Templo de Jile, que valeram muito a pena. O ponto alto da minha viagem foi a Mansão Volga, a Rua Barroca e a Ponte Ferroviária de Songhua. As esculturas de neve da Ilha do Sol eram muito agradáveis, fáceis de percorrer e sem aglomeração. Havia bastante espaço para caminhar pelo parque, brincar na neve e pegar o teleférico sobre o rio. As filas não eram longas do lado da Ilha do Sol, mas do lado de Harbin, as filas para o teleférico eram enormes. O Danny's Beer, na área da Rua Barroca, é uma visita obrigatória e oferece comida e hospitalidade acolhedoras, deliciosas e calorosas. Fica a 4,7 km da ponte sobre o Rio Songhua e oferece boa comida a preços muito razoáveis. Não visitei o parque de esculturas de gelo nem os espetáculos de luzes devido às filas de espera de três horas, à grande quantidade de pessoas e às condições escorregadias. O Parque dos Tigres foi uma experiência mediana e, principalmente, irritante devido às pessoas que provocavam os tigres com pedaços de carne que eles não conseguiam alcançar; tudo em nome de uma oportunidade para tirar uma foto. Se você é um amante dos animais, é melhor evitar o Parque dos Tigres.
Por fim, um grande ponto positivo foram os banheiros públicos perto do Rio Songhua, que estavam impressionantemente limpos.

Quartos:
Os quartos são novos. Infelizmente, não tiramos fotos (porque sou péssima nisso), mas eram exatamente como nas fotos! E nossos filhos adoraram a pequena surpresa das prateleiras de brinquedos no segundo andar. Sensacional.
Café da manhã:
O café da manhã é delicioso (não é halal, para nossos amigos muçulmanos - mas tem torradas, pãozinho chinês cozido no vapor, milho e abóbora cozidos no vapor, cereais, leite, suco e até arroz frito com legumes e acompanhamentos vegetarianos - por favor, comam por sua conta e risco).
Comodidades e localização:
1) Lavadora e secadora: Podem ser usadas 24 horas por dia, 7 dias por semana - gratuitamente! Este serviço foi super útil com 4 membros da família e um inverno rigoroso em fevereiro de 2025.
2) Rua Zhongyang: Basta virar à esquerda ao sair do hotel, seguir em frente - passe pelo Mixue (à sua esquerda) e você chegará a um semáforo à sua direita. Atravesse a rua e você verá a famosa entrada da Rua Zhongyang.
3) Restaurante Halal: Vire à esquerda ao sair do hotel, siga em frente, passe o semáforo da Rua Zhongyang. Continue em frente até ver a entrada da Estação de Metrô Zhongyang Street à sua esquerda (após atravessar a rua). Caminhe um pouco mais e você verá uma entrada à esquerda que parece uma garagem aberta (o Restaurante Halal Asen fica lá dentro - veja a foto anexa para a placa e o anúncio do restaurante).
Serviço:
Os funcionários da recepção não falavam inglês, mas estavam sempre prontos para ajudar. Muito prestativos e simpáticos. Eles usaram um aplicativo de tradução para se comunicar conosco.
Por que 4 estrelas na limpeza:
Não me interpretem mal - estava limpo. Só achei um pouco empoeirado porque nosso quarto não tinha janelas. Mas o quarto em frente tinha janelas e o ar era muito mais fresco. Mesmo assim, adoramos o quarto. Sem problemas de limpeza. Foi ótimo ficar aqui.

AArkarriThe location of the hotel is not bad. Almost every night, you will get to buy bing tang hulu downstairs and this truck shop that sells 手抓饼，烤冷面 and 关东煮, is really damn good! Getting to railway station, city and anywhere is convenient with didi, we even took it to snow World. As for the place itself, honestly, the lobby and check in area will throw you off because is quite run down and simple looking. But the room is beautiful, comfortable, huge and clean too. The staff is very helpful through WeChat and the staff that cleans the room, very kind and helpful too. They help to keep your taobao stuff too. Bed is comfy and the projector, a lot of advertisements for free contents, but can watch. However there is a few issue, when you shower, the water pressure gets irritatingly soft to regular and even till no water comes out and the water temperature will turn from hot to warm to cold to south pole within seconds and minutes. The toilet gets colder as compared to the rest of the room. The fridge isnt working as well. They only provide one time disposable towel and if you want it to be daily, tell them daily through Wechat. Water kettle is clean but boil it once as a thorough clean first before using. Despite these issues, I would still say is a good place to stay and would recommend it as the place definitely protected us from the cold haha. KFC and convenience stores are nearby as well. If not, just use alipay to order food, they will send to your room. Safety wise, I would say it is safe to stay. Singaporeans and Malaysians, if you are not too particular and okay with what was described above, go for it but do remember to go to Block E and not F because the driver might drop you one block before haha. Have fun in Harbin!

Ambiente: Muito perto da Estação Ferroviária Oeste, muito conveniente para pegar um trem
Instalações: Há uma máquina de lavar roupa e uma pequena geladeira, o banheiro tem separação seca e úmida e a temperatura da água é alta. O banheiro fornece uma tampa descartável, que é bem recebida.

GGuest UserOne of the coziest hotels I’ve ever stayed in! From the first moments inside I was smitten by the fresh aroma in the hotel, which was lingering in the lift and in the rooms. It’s not an unbearable perfume, but a very subtle hint of floral freshness. The hotel is undoubtedly clean and comfortable; everything from the hairdryer and shampoo to the massage bed is wonderful and clearly maintained. They have a cute robot that delivers food straight to your room. The rooms are clean and the smart home function with its automatic curtains is very convenient on those lazy mornings before another eventful day. The breakfast is very cozy and tasty, I especially loved the steamed buns and the coconut coffee. The location is just right, the road allows for a comfortable taxi access, and within a 10-15 walk you can see the beautiful Central Street. And right outside the hotel there are many delicious food options (though, I recommend robot delivery for ultimate cozyness). The staff is polite and helpful, especially the ladies (I once again confirmed ladies are always much more professional and helpful in every nation, the young man at the counter was not helpful at all). All in all, this hotel made my stay very enjoyable. If I’ll have an opportunity to return to Harbin, I would love to choose this hotel again 💖

MMrWong888Recentemente, me hospedei no Vienna Hotel (Harbin Central Street Sofia) e tive uma experiência absolutamente maravilhosa. A localização do hotel é realmente imbatível — fica a poucos passos de uma estação de metrô, o que facilita muito explorar Harbin. Todas as principais atrações, incluindo a estação ferroviária, estão a apenas algumas estações de metrô, tornando este hotel uma excelente opção para turistas. Além disso, fica a uma curta caminhada da Rua Zhongyang, da deslumbrante Catedral de Sofia e do movimentado Mercado de Vegetais de Daoli, onde você pode tomar um café da manhã delicioso e acessível.
O quarto era espaçoso e confortável, com uma grande janela que oferecia uma bela vista da cidade. As camas eram muito aconchegantes, garantindo uma boa noite de sono após um longo dia de passeios. O banheiro também era amplo, especialmente o chuveiro, e tudo funcionava perfeitamente. Apesar das temperaturas congelantes do lado de fora (estava -25°C durante nossa estadia!), o quarto permaneceu quente e confortável graças ao excelente sistema de aquecimento. Mantivemos o aquecedor desligado durante os seis dias e a temperatura interna permaneceu ideal.
Outro ponto alto foi o lobby do hotel, que oferecia café, chá e até chá com leite gratuitos — um toque atencioso e conveniente. Os funcionários foram simpáticos e prestativos, contribuindo para uma experiência positiva em geral.
No geral, recomendo vivamente o Vienna Hotel (Harbin Central Street Sofia) a qualquer pessoa que visite Harbin. A sua localização conveniente, os quartos confortáveis e as comodidades atenciosas fazem dele uma excelente escolha tanto para viajantes em lazer como em negócios. Sem dúvida que me hospedaria aqui novamente na minha próxima viagem a Harbin!
