"Reservei uma estadia de uma noite para o nosso motorista. Era um quarto no subsolo sem janelas, enquanto que a reserva feita através da minha agência de viagens era para um quarto maior. A experiência foi boa, a recepção foi muito acolhedora e prestativa. Sempre sorrindo. O local estava limpo, as duas senhoras da limpeza eram muito detalhistas na arrumação. A localização é ótima, muito perto do Mercado Daoli, do Mercado Central e da Catedral de Santa Sofia, a uma curta distância a pé. Com certeza me hospedarei lá novamente e recomendarei aos meus amigos. * Este hotel oferece sistema de inundação completa e, o MELHOR de tudo, tem ar-condicionado!"

O quarto que escolhi tinha janela e, mesmo com a janela aberta para ventilação durante o dia, o quarto não estava muito quente. A roupa de cama era muito confortável e a equipe da recepção do hotel foi atenciosa e prestativa, deixando uma ótima impressão!"

"O serviço foi excelente e fomos recebidos com chá quente quando chegamos ao hotel. O check-in foi super fácil e recebemos um upgrade gratuito. A localização do hotel é excelente, a uma curta distância a pé da Catedral de Santa Sofia e da Rua Central. Deixamos nossa bagagem na recepção no momento do check-out, pois tínhamos bastante tempo antes da partida do voo. Eles também têm um bar no lobby. No geral, com certeza me hospedarei novamente aqui quando voltar a Harbin. Uma experiência muito boa e agradável."

"Location is excellent for this hotel. Staff are prompt and helpful with all requests. Very friendly and hospitable too. Love the breakfast! The complimentary photo taking service in the hotel is awesome. They do not force you to pay for additional photos although we did pay for more in the end as we like the photos."

Muito acessível e fácil para quem visita a cidade pela primeira vez, gosta de estar no centro das atrações turísticas e tem flexibilidade para ir e vir do hotel. O quarto é como na foto, pequeno, mas aconchegante. O aquecedor funciona bem. É proibido fumar no quarto. A única desvantagem é o tempo de espera do elevador, que leva de 1 a 3 minutos a mais, pois o hotel tem apenas um elevador."

O quarto em si é agradável e limpo, exatamente como na foto, mas o elevador está muito sujo e as áreas externas do quarto parecem malcuidadas. É ótimo que esteja localizado bem no centro, perto da Catedral de Santa Sofia, de várias lojas e da rua de pedestres.
