"Uma experiência surpreendente e casual, que me fez desistir de sair durante o dia todo para relaxar no hostel e esperar o trem da noite. O lugar exala uma forte energia jovem, tanto os funcionários quanto os hóspedes são calorosos e generosos; não dava para saber quem era o chefe, mas o serviço atencioso e eficiente dos funcionários era super acolhedor, me senti em casa. A localização é ótima, facilitando o deslocamento; a roupa de cama é limpa e confortável, e eles prepararam vários pequenos itens para diferentes necessidades dos hóspedes; as áreas comuns são de livre acesso. Amor verdadeiro, recomendo! Na próxima vez que viajar sozinho, voltarei ao Mudong."

"No geral, é muito bom. A localização é excelente, a apenas seis ou sete minutos a pé da Rua Central. Gosto muito da Rua Central e já estive lá várias vezes. Logo abaixo fica a Hagia Sophia, que tem um visual completamente diferente durante o dia e à noite. É muito bonita. O quarto estava muito limpo e o atendimento foi rápido e prestativo. Há depósito de bagagem gratuito. O saguão do primeiro andar está em reforma, provavelmente temporária, mas deve ficar ainda melhor quando estiver pronto. No geral, uma avaliação positiva!"

"Me hospedei no Hotel Tianzhu, bem ao lado da Estação Ferroviária de Harbin, e, sinceramente, é uma experiência um tanto decepcionante.
A localização é o único ponto realmente positivo — estar ao lado do ônibus para o aeroporto e da estação de trem é uma mão na roda se você estiver carregando bagagem ou tiver um voo muito cedo. Essa parte foi super conveniente.
Mas o quarto em si? Bem decepcionante. Parecia muito velho e desgastado, como se não tivesse sido reformado há décadas. O ambiente era meio decadente. Para piorar a situação, o chuveiro era um pesadelo. A pressão da água era péssima e a temperatura variava muito — ora congelante, ora escaldante. Isso tornou a preparação bem frustrante.
Se você só precisa de um lugar barato para dormir por algumas horas antes de pegar um trem, ele serve, mas não espere muito. Provavelmente procurarei outro lugar da próxima vez se quiser uma estadia confortável."

"This is an excellent place to stay in because the place is just right beside the famous hagia sophia which will save your time if you stay in the city. It is also walking distance to many halal restaurants which I found very convenient as a muslim. The host is very good with hospitality. He informed me that there is snow on my second day there and because of that i experienced my first snowfall. He also let us store our luggages for free for 2 days when we went to yabuli & snow town. The host is good with hospitality. Overall, i recommend this place for your stay in Harbin and would definitely repeat."

"Lovely place, however there was too much of noise. Very difficult to sleep as people were up at all times making a huge noise. The bathroom smelled quite bad as well. Staff were helpful and friendly."

"Great little themed hotel, one of the most unique hotels I’ve ever stayed at. Sure, data can be spotty but the hotel provides in-room speedy wifi. One thing I may note is that during peak hours, the elevator can take quite a while to get up and down since the place is on the 30th floor. But plan accordingly and you won’t regret it. A prime, central location that’s not less than 20 minutes from major attractions. Very happy with my stay here.

"This hotel is amazing for kids. We had three different rooms, they were all fantastic. One room had a slide and ball pit, one had a tree with a tree house for kids to sleep in, the third room was like candy land. My child loved staying here. The location is great, it's a 5 min walk to Chinese Baroque Street, which is a pedestrian only street filled with Russian and Chinese souvenir shops, cafes and shops warm clothes. There were so many photo opportunities. There are taxis out front so it's easy to go to Harbin Snow and Ice World, Siberian Tiger Sanctuary or St Sophia Church. The service at the hotel was excellent. The receptionist, Wang Xinrui, was incredible. She helped us numerous times, including finding a pharmacy and navigating the TV to find English speaking movies when our child was unwell. She was always available and helpful. I highly recommend this hotel."

SStacy SohAfter taking 5 hours Journey on a 40 seater public bus that cost me 100 yuan i arrived at a beautiful homestay run by family, the homestay is the 1st at the entrance of the village.
Room is comfortable with huge bed and heated bed and floor, eventhou the bed is just a thin mattress (its call a Kang Bed) but i still can sleep soundly every night. Only things need to change is the toilet because our toilet bowl is right at the center so i cant shower or use the basin (no space to stand)😀
They provide toothbrush and disposable face towel only so you have to bring your own towel and toiletries.
Restaurant, reception counter and living room are together, this is a place for the owner and all guests to have meal and gathering. You will see them all day at the living room. We also have some activities such as making tanghulu (fruits coated with syrup), making dumpling and just chit chat eating popcorn and frozen persimmon and pear.
Food is so yummy, no need to eat outside because you can order from this homestay. Breakfast is free. Its a simple and healthy- plain porridge, bun and pickles. The northern people are not so much into sugary or fancy drinks, even like tea or coffees. plain hot water is what they had most of the time.
Lunch and dinner you can choose from their menu.
Few activities you can do in town such as walk around town and enjoy the beautiful scenery like what i did, i also took the sleight horse (200 yuan) to go to the national forest and also stroll along the river for sightseeing. If u want to have ski, snow mobile, tubing there are 2 private own mini park that you can go just by walking distance 5-15 minutes. There is a bigger park Rime Ridge, also known as Wu Song Ling, is a place in Harbin, China where you can see rime and snow scenery, and participate in winter activities this will cost 400 yuan. At night there will be campfire and singing at the village. You can join for free. Go for a walk at night to see lots of villagers selling foods by the road side. I also enjoyed experimenting the ‘boiling water thrown into the sky’ ..beautiful effect from the ice steam.
Most important please bring extra cash incase the alipay not working you will still have money. There is no bank or atm machine in the village. Its all solely depending on online payment such as allipay/wechat. I have problem with my alipay payment and I didn’t bring much cash so i cant spend so much at the village. The homestay owner knew about my problem so she worry i dont have enough money to eat so she cook meals for me FREE.. such a nice person. God bless her 🙏🏼

ZZheng2571Big thanks to Sister Qiu for always responding to our inquiries and to the boss, Hongbo, for the warm hospitality and care. We had a very comfortable and fun four-day, three-night stay (Dec 27-30) in Snow Valley. The warm beds, hot meals, and enjoying all the entertainment activities in Snow Valley and Snow Village gave our group of four an extraordinary winter experience.
At Xiongling in Snow Valley, we tried snowmobiling, snow tubing, skiing, and snow drifting (super thrilling!).
**Friendly reminder**: Please wear sunglasses, a mask, and a snow hat. This will help prevent the cold snow from hitting your face when you're snow drifting. The snow hitting your face is incredibly, unbelievably cold!
For the Yangcaoshan itinerary, I recommend buying tickets for the horse-drawn sled and taking the snowmobile all the way up the mountain. Hiking would be a very long and time-consuming distance. For the second half, we opted to hike down to Snow Village, and the snow scenery along the way was absolutely spectacular, perfect for photos. You can also buy a small sled to enjoy some exciting mini snow runs on the way down.
**The only drawback**: The shower head in the bathroom had low water pressure, so it took a bit longer to shower.

UUsuário convidadoHarbin Anshu Family Hotel has only 7 rooms and a family who look after the rooms and guests. Their services are just outstanding. I had a serious problem when i arrived as i had not had time in Beijing, where i was in transit from UK to Harbin, to get a phone SIM Card. Anshu Family Hotel took me to the China Mobile shop in Harbin and stayed with me until i got my card. They flatly refused payment for helping me even though it cost them a lot of time so i got them some grapes as a very small gift to say thankyou for helping me so kindly.
The process took nearly two hours due to a complication on my UK phone number settings. However the staff at China Mobile were really good, the Anshu Family were just incredibly patient. They simply would not leave until i was fixed up and able to use my phone. I stayed for just under a week to go to see the major attractions in Harbin, a City with a totally unique identity in China due to its Russian and European Architecture. It is one of the most fascinating cities i have ever visited, Harbin Museum being quite astonishing in its variety and quality of Artifacts. It was the 16th Museum or Museum type building i have visited in China and one of the most enjoyable. This year was Harbins 26th Ice Show, with the Winter Games coming up soon.
The Anshu Family Hotel is spot on location for both events, just a $3 taxi ride or Metro for just cents. The hotel has lots of shops, supermarkets, several food roads bristling with many many choices of meal. The Anshu Family make a very low charge for their rooms, in my opinion it could be far higher but they stick at their price.
I had not asked for breakfast as i go out early to get to see as much as possible during my day sightseeing.
The night before i left i asked them if they would get me a taxi for the morning to get my train. I was to get the taxi at 6.45am. At 5.50 a knock on the door and they came to give me three boiled eggs and a meat stew with noodles. Honestly no Hotel has treated me so kindly. I really recommend grabbing a room with Anshu most especially if you are going to the Ice Show or Winter games.
It is a budget Hotel, so be aware of that, but I got a spotless sheet, cover duvet and i was as warm as toast room at night. The water shower is piping hot. Opposite the Hotel road is a huge Govt building as a landmark, i never had any problem finding it. There is a Bank of China two hundred metres from Anshu Family Hotel.
Anshu, in my opinion must be one of the top deals on offer from Trip.com.

Upon arrival to the homestay, lady boss free upgrade to a beautiful bigger room for us!
I have been communicating with lady boss via WeChat xyxms999 before arrival and she helped us planned the full 5 days 4 nights itinerary including to horse ride, snow play, ski and xuexiang!
They literally drive us around to and fro around by their chauffeur.
We ordered TB and they help us pick up our stuff too
They serve daily breakfast too
The room is very new and is exactly as per the photos and housekeeping is awesome
The bosses own a restaurant next door and serve super yummy authentic dong bei food that we had our dinner there every night! And they are so nice to give us a discount of the food…
Even though this is a homestay but we feel that the service they offer was far so much better than a hotel.
They have their big snow area with their own snow play with snow bike and snow car and snow slide and swing too
Also they help us buy discounts tickets to all places of interest as well as loan ski gear at a discounted price too…
My girls loved it so much that they wanted to go back again!

The owners are so kind to let us leave our baggages with them while waiting for your ride to the airport. The people are so welcoming and the process of check in and check out went smoothly. Also the place is perfect! Very near to the famous halal restaurant and near to the famous street. Will definitely come again if I ever repeat Harbin. 10/10 ❤️

Quando Entrar no poço, o Sabor é Muito grande, todos são puros e o poço Pode abrir o ar condicionado para o sabor, O estilo Da Imagem é semelhante Ao Da Imagem, MAS é realmente bonito. A Mais importante é que este Tipo de SOM é Muito não-isolado, não Quero viver no Hotel, MAS Quero viver no Povo, finalmente não dormir bem, e Mais de CEM Ambientes Como este são realmente inadequados, Mais dinheiro Pode viver um BOM dia. Naquela época, EU tinha MEUS amigos esperando comer Mais de Cinco horas.

OOlesia eye surgeonWe are family of 2 adults and two kids 10 and 15 years old stayed for two nights. Actually we have arrived at late night at 00:30 and just called to the reception by number which was provided by trip com. The front desk guy went downstairs and gave us the access to our room. The front desk is located at 4 floor 412 room block E . The room was convenient, very clean, the two double beds are big and comfortable. The window view to the west railway station. We went by walk about 16 minutes from the hotel to railway. The wanda plaza needs to take a taxi to get in and it’s about 10 minutes by car. The room is warm, the windows are good closed, has refrigerator but doesn’t have any dishwear. If you want to eat and cook some simple meal at the room then will need to bring your own tableware. Also we stored our luggage for free at the front desk for few hours. My family have enjoyed the stay. Appreciate for the good accommodation!
