The hotel is quite nice. Very clean, quite modern and new. Breakfast was nice, the personell could not speak English but was helping wherever and whenever they could. Unfortunately it is a bit far from downtown but definitely easily reachable with a DİDİ. I really recommend the hotel

This hotel is highly recommended. It is located right next to Harbin’s iconic landmark, Saint Sophia Cathedral, and only a few minutes’ walk from Central Street. The rooms are spacious, well-equipped, clean, and comfortably warm, which is especially important in Harbin’s cold climate. Being situated in the city center, the hotel provides easy access to the railway station, airport shuttle stops, and popular attractions such as the Songhua River, Flood Control Memorial Tower, and Zhaolin Park. During peak travel seasons, the hotel is generally more competitively priced than international chain hotels in the same area, making it a great value choice that truly “wins on location.” The front desk staff and service team (including the personal butler service) are friendly, attentive, and genuinely helpful, contributing to a very pleasant stay. The breakfast is also relatively healthy and well-suited for guests who prefer balanced, nutritious meals. This is my first time traveling to China and the first time I was very impressed, both the accommodation and the people. This hotel welcomed me very well, provided tea, the staff were smiling, even the housekeeper was lovely. The hotel is clean, beautiful, near the main road and many important places, easy to travel. If I have a chance to go to China again, I will definitely stay here again.

As tomadas elétricas no quarto eram geralmente soltas; era possível carregar os aparelhos, mas era preciso ajustar o ângulo corretamente — você sabe do que estou falando. O mais insatisfatório foi fazer o check-in depois de aterrissar no meio da noite. Estava completamente escuro lá fora, e quando acordei de manhã, a vista era bem ao lado do telhado do hotel vizinho — um verdadeiro canteiro de obras. Muito bem, essa foi a minha primeira impressão de Harbin.

This was my first time staying here, and overall I was very satisfied. When I first arrived, I didn’t have high expectations since the lobby is not located on the ground floor. However, once I went up to the 4th floor, the lobby felt spacious and luxurious. The check-in process was fairly standard, taking around 10 minutes. The staff had limited English skills, and there was no warm welcome as you might expect from a four-star hotel. However, since this is in China, this may simply be the local standard. I stayed in a room for three people. The room was not very spacious, but still acceptable for three large suitcases. One strange thing was that only two towels were provided, and even until check-out, they were never replenished to three, despite the room being booked for three guests. The room heater worked well. There was no bidet in the toilet, and the shower’s hot water was sometimes inconsistent, occasionally turning cold unexpectedly. The TV channels were limited to local Chinese channels only, and the TV was not a smart TV. Breakfast was quite varied and tasted good. The location is excellent — about a 7-minute walk to Zhongyang Street, a 2-minute walk to Sophia Cathedral, around an 8-minute walk to the nearest metro station, and the hotel is directly connected to a mall next door, making it very convenient for shopping and visiting the supermarket for daily needs. Overall, it’s a fairly good option. If I visit Harbin again, I would consider staying at this hotel again, especially considering the reasonable price for such a strategic location.

One of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had — the service here is truly exceptional. We arranged for car pickup from Yabulixi Train Station, and the hotel team was already waiting when we arrived (in -10°C weather!). 小王 and the driver (I suddenly forgot his name) helped us with our luggage and made sure we were warm and comfortable right from the start. Special praise goes to 小王 and the driver, who went above and beyond in every possible way. She recommended activities for us (ATV rides, camel rides, photo taking with the white fox, etc.), and both she and the driver personally drove us to the locations, waited for us, and sent us back to the hotel. They even drove us to Sun Mountain for skiing (even stayed to help us find an instructor first before leaving) the next day. 小王 also offered a complimentary half-day extension of the room just so we could store our luggage while skiing, and she pre-booked all our activities and ski tickets during the drive. Everything was so fuss-free — she took care of every detail for us. The hotel room was clean, comfortable, and decent in size. When we mentioned feeling a bit chilly, the front desk immediately sent a heater to our room and even set it up for us. 小王 surprised us again with some complimentary breakfast dishes too. Though the breakfast buffet didn’t include coffee, when I asked the staff, they kindly provided instant coffee — another small gesture that showed their attentiveness. There’s a convenience store (closes at 10pm) connected to the hotel, and another shop next door where you can rent ski suits and helmets — very convenient. At the end of our trip, 小王 and the driver personally sent us back to the train station. The level of hospitality is truly amazing — some of the best service I’ve ever experienced anywhere. I would definitely stay here again the next time I’m in Yabuli. Highly, highly recommended.

Foi a primeira vez que viajei para Harbin e ficar no Sun Castle Hotel foi uma decisão muito acertada. O excelente atendimento de todos os caras bonitos e beldades e os benefícios da estadia no hotel trouxeram comodidade à nossa viagem, tornando-a fácil e confortável. O quarto do hotel é espaçoso e decorado em estilo europeu, as condições sanitárias são boas e as instalações são bastante completas, temos no quarto que costumamos usar. A sala tem ar condicionado central e ainda não pode produzir ar quente, mas o cara bonito na recepção trouxe um aquecedor elétrico para nós. Limitados à forma arquitetónica do castelo, os quartos não são muito quadrados. Embora o teleférico esteja no terceiro andar do hotel, você precisa passar o cartão da porta para entrar na área de habitação e no quarto, para que a segurança esteja bem. Queria tirar a pequena bolsa de água quente do quarto, haha. A sujeira de várias chaleiras de água quente de hotéis foi repetidamente exposta no passado, mas esta chaleira basicamente elimina a possibilidade de os hóspedes jogarem coisas nela e ferve a água muito rapidamente. O café da manhã estava incluído em nossa reserva, que era na forma de uma refeição fixa. Apenas saladas de vegetais, frutas e bebidas eram self-service. Havia muitos tipos de refeições fixas. hotel de estilo grandioso e maduro com um lobby enorme e muitos serviços de hotel, a uma curta distância do metrô e da estação principal de Harbin, café da manhã excelente e o restaurante de café da manhã do tamanho de um palácio. sem barulho no 18º andar e muito quente por dentro no inverno. não fica longe da praça do povo, do parque Stalin, da ponte e do teleférico do outro lado do rio, com muitos shopping centers.
