"I need to take the high speed train early morning hence chosen Xueli Hotel as it is near to harbin west train station and it’s above a shopping mall and opposite is the Wanda mall. Family room is big and some free snacks are provided for. Only downside is the room assigned with slight sewage smell."

With our heavy luggage, staff readily offered to help carry it. After check-out, we could store our bags for free, which was perfect for continuing our exploration. There was no aggressive upselling at any point; the service was discreet yet attentive, never intrusive, but always there when needed. From the front desk and housekeeping to the support staff, everyone demonstrated high professionalism, handling tasks expertly and interacting genuinely, always prioritizing guests' needs. The rooms were clean and tidy, the environment quiet and comfortable, and combined with the perfect warm service, the value for money far exceeded expectations. For anyone visiting Harbin, choosing Qiuguo on Central Street is an excellent decision.
