The hotel is very easy to get to and located right where the Chinese Baroque street is. The staff are friendly and helpful, rooms are clean and does not smell. The amenities are well equipped. The beddings are clean and comfortable. The O.A Smith water dispenser was very convenient and easy to use. The lighting control was easy to use and scene settings were thoughtful. The room was equipped with Xiao Du AI voice control which was nice to have. Overall the experience was very pleasant. Would recommend.

Nobody told me about the complimentary late-night congee or the Song Dynasty aesthetic dress-up experience. I don't know if they're actually offered, but I certainly didn't get to try them, so I can't comment. The double afternoon tea buffet is served in the lobby from 2 PM to 4 PM, for anyone wondering. Cleanliness: This was really poor. There were eggshells, and hair under the pillow. The duvet upstairs also had eyelashes on it. Although they politely cleaned it up, it was still a bit off-putting. Location-wise, it's really not far from Central Street, which is great! Facilities: The bathroom door is really awkward. My child pushed it open once and someone inside got hit in the head, which hurt a lot. But the biggest issue has to be the laundry room! Can't there be a set time for using it? People shouldn't be doing laundry at 11 or 12 at night. We ran into some inconsiderate guests who were really loud, shouting even after the front desk repeatedly reminded them. Finally, thanks for the room upgrade, though it ended up being right opposite the laundry room. I didn't sleep well at all. They did send earplugs later, but they rang the doorbell, which was a bit inconvenient. They could have just messaged me through the app, as no reply would mean I was asleep. Thanks anyway, and I hope your hotel gets better and better!

This is my first time traveling to China and the first time I was very impressed, both the accommodation and the people. This hotel welcomed me very well, provided tea, the staff were smiling, even the housekeeper was lovely. The hotel is clean, beautiful, near the main road and many important places, easy to travel. If I have a chance to go to China again, I will definitely stay here again.

The hotel is quite nice. Very clean, quite modern and new. Breakfast was nice, the personell could not speak English but was helping wherever and whenever they could. Unfortunately it is a bit far from downtown but definitely easily reachable with a DİDİ. I really recommend the hotel

During peak travel seasons, the hotel is generally more competitively priced than international chain hotels in the same area, making it a great value choice that truly “wins on location.” The front desk staff and service team (including the personal butler service) are friendly, attentive, and genuinely helpful, contributing to a very pleasant stay. The breakfast is also relatively healthy and well-suited for guests who prefer balanced, nutritious meals. Overall, it is an excellent option for travelers seeking comfort, convenience, and good value in Harbin.

I don't know how much I can thank the staff of this hotel for giving me the best treat for my birthday, especially by upgrading my room with a window-view and a bath-tub, thank you so much, because you put me gave me a window-view, I saw snow falling, on the day of my birthday! Everything about the hotel is very commendable for me: location (near Central Street), cleanliness, service, and facilities! Estava completamente escuro lá fora, e quando acordei de manhã, a vista era bem ao lado do telhado do hotel vizinho — um verdadeiro canteiro de obras. Muito bem, essa foi a minha primeira impressão de Harbin.

One of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had — the service here is truly exceptional. We arranged for car pickup from Yabulixi Train Station, and the hotel team was already waiting when we arrived (in -10°C weather!). 小王 and the driver (I suddenly forgot his name) helped us with our luggage and made sure we were warm and comfortable right from the start. Special praise goes to 小王 and the driver, who went above and beyond in every possible way. She recommended activities for us (ATV rides, camel rides, photo taking with the white fox, etc.), and both she and the driver personally drove us to the locations, waited for us, and sent us back to the hotel. They even drove us to Sun Mountain for skiing (even stayed to help us find an instructor first before leaving) the next day. 小王 also offered a complimentary half-day extension of the room just so we could store our luggage while skiing, and she pre-booked all our activities and ski tickets during the drive. Everything was so fuss-free — she took care of every detail for us. The hotel room was clean, comfortable, and decent in size. When we mentioned feeling a bit chilly, the front desk immediately sent a heater to our room and even set it up for us. 小王 surprised us again with some complimentary breakfast dishes too. Though the breakfast buffet didn’t include coffee, when I asked the staff, they kindly provided instant coffee — another small gesture that showed their attentiveness. There’s a convenience store (closes at 10pm) connected to the hotel, and another shop next door where you can rent ski suits and helmets — very convenient. At the end of our trip, 小王 and the driver personally sent us back to the train station. The level of hospitality is truly amazing — some of the best service I’ve ever experienced anywhere. I would definitely stay here again the next time I’m in Yabuli. Highly, highly recommended.

Foi a primeira vez que viajei para Harbin e ficar no Sun Castle Hotel foi uma decisão muito acertada. O excelente atendimento de todos os caras bonitos e beldades e os benefícios da estadia no hotel trouxeram comodidade à nossa viagem, tornando-a fácil e confortável. O quarto do hotel é espaçoso e decorado em estilo europeu, as condições sanitárias são boas e as instalações são bastante completas, temos no quarto que costumamos usar. A sala tem ar condicionado central e ainda não pode produzir ar quente, mas o cara bonito na recepção trouxe um aquecedor elétrico para nós. Limitados à forma arquitetónica do castelo, os quartos não são muito quadrados. Embora o teleférico esteja no terceiro andar do hotel, você precisa passar o cartão da porta para entrar na área de habitação e no quarto, para que a segurança esteja bem. Queria tirar a pequena bolsa de água quente do quarto, haha. A sujeira de várias chaleiras de água quente de hotéis foi repetidamente exposta no passado, mas esta chaleira basicamente elimina a possibilidade de os hóspedes jogarem coisas nela e ferve a água muito rapidamente.
