"My brief, one-night stay at Kohan Tei left me with mixed feelings. Stepping into the hotel, it was immediately clear that the property is quite dated; honestly, everything just looks worn out. This dated feel detracted from the experience, leaving the stunning lake view as the only true highlight—and even that is conditional on good weather, making it a bit hit-or-miss. The onsen was, unfortunately, a disappointment. The facility itself is small, and I found it inconvenient that they don't provide towels, requiring a trip back to the room. The biggest issue, however, was the outdoor bath: the water simply wasn't hot enough to truly relax in the cold winter air. On the positive side, I could see why the buffet dining is a big draw. Both breakfast and dinner seem popular, especially since they offer the fun option to do your own mini grill or hotpot. My only critique here is that the breakfast time felt relatively short—it was a definite rush to finish before the cutoff. Finally, the location is excellent for exploring. We enjoyed a lovely post-meal walk that stretches all the way to the ferry dock (about 3-4 km). It's a peaceful stroll with sculptures along the way, perfect for a photo or two. Overall, while the setting is beautiful, the hotel is truly due for a major renovation."

"We went during summer, so there wasn’t much to do around (not saying that it’s a bad thing). Hotel was clean, but you have to drive to get to this hotel. Toilet was big and spacious. Air conditioning had some issues on the first day but it somehow was fixed by the second night. It shouldn’t be an issue for most people since people only come here during winter."

O traslado de ida e volta gratuito também é oferecido na cidade de Hirafu durante a sua estadia. O Alpha Shuttle é geralmente utilizado, o que é uma grande vantagem. Esqui: Localizado bem ao lado das pistas de esqui, a entrada e saída de esqui é muito conveniente. Há um depósito de equipamentos de esqui no primeiro andar, com armários em cada quarto. Aluguel de esqui e uma escola de esqui também estão disponíveis."

"We had a wonderful stay at your property in Niseko. Everything exceeded our expectations. The accommodation was very clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. "It’s a beautiful hotel, room is excellent. The grounds around the hotel is very pleasant, making strolling around the area refreshing. It’s was during the off peak period, so it’s not crowded, though several businesses were not opened. It’s a good time to enjoy some less energetic exercises like walking around and enjoying the scenery and fresh air."

"Review: 5-Night Stay at One Niseko Hotel, Japan We recently stayed five nights at One Niseko and overall enjoyed our stay, but there are some important things future guests — especially skiers — should know. The rooms were spacious, generally clean, and had very comfortable beds and linens. A few small maintenance issues could use attention, but nothing that seriously affected our stay. Breakfast was decent but fairly repetitive, with mostly the same offerings each day aside from a few rotating dishes. Transportation logistics are probably the biggest consideration. The hotel only offers one daily pickup from the Grand Hirafu bus terminal, and it requires advance reservation. The hotel shuttle itself runs only to Annupuri and Moiwa and does so infrequently, often not aligning well with lift closing times. If the upper mountain lifts close early 3:30pm if they open at all  and may unexpectedly close due to wind or snow.Yyou can easily end up far from the hotel in this situation. Without the shuttle, taxis are limited and cost around $30 USD, or you may face a crowded 1.5-hour bus ride — skis included. The hotel is also quite far from Grand Hirafu, and there aren’t many restaurants within walking distance. We even walked back from Moiwa one day in the rain because the shuttle wouldn’t return for another hour — not ideal after skiing. On the positive side, ski rental prices at the hotel were actually better than many shops in the surrounding area. The hotel restaurant is flexible too — if it’s not full, you can usually walk in without a reservation. The onsen itself is nice, but etiquette enforcement could improve. Some guests were not following standard onsen rules and wearing underwear in the baths, which created an awkward atmosphere (I felt like an exhibitionist!). Management may want to either enforce rules more clearly or consider alternative policies to maintain guest comfort (allow swimsuits). Overall, we did enjoy our stay, but unless you have a rental car, I would strongly recommend considering accommodation in Niseko Village or closer to the lifts for convenience. One Niseko is comfortable but somewhat isolated, and transportation can become challenging quickly depending on weather and lift operations."

"It’s a destination resort you should really plan for it however from the moment you have met the driver from Setsu at the Kutchan station and everything is beyond your expectations and impeccable service. Love the private Onsen experience yet the public Onsen is also not so busy at this time.  However I will definitely go visit and stay again during the winter time.  Two three four or more thumbs up 👍"

"首次在二世谷的旅行超棒，在The Vale酒店的三天頗為難忘。辦理入住非常順利，完全沒有糟心的等待，套房的房間佈局、設施設備與預期相符，適合家庭長住。性價比在同區域酒店裡相當能打。不過酒店房間窗簾的遮光效果不太好，早上容易被光線叫醒，希望酒店可以改進一下。 酒店位置絕佳，滑完雪能直接從雪道回到酒店。出行方面，酒店shuttle隨叫隨到，超貼心。前台的Jessica Tan是中國人，不僅温柔漂亮，服務還特別熱情。幫我順利退房，住店的時候也積極幫我爭取各種權益，回程的車也是她幫忙訂的，每個環節都考慮的細緻入微，讓人倍感安心。 總體來説，瑕不掩瑜，下次來二世谷滑雪，大概率還是會選這裏 。"
