O Windsor Hotel em Toya pode ter o seu estatuto de primeiro destino de luxo 5-star e o seu papel histórico como anfitrião da Cimeira de 2008 G8 Hokkaido Toyako, mas a nossa última estadia caiu muito menos do que esperado. Apesar da grandeza do local e de suas vistas atraentes, a qualidade do serviço era surpreendentemente pobre para um hotel deste calibre.A comunicação inglesa era inconsistente e inferior ao padrão esperado para uma propriedade internacional de luxo. A manutenção Da Casa FOI descuidada deixando UMA toalha de limpeza Na cama após o serviço de quarto diário, o que é simplesmente inaceitável. Quando EU estava a caminho Da entrada principal para recolher a minha família, EU Fui impedido de sair imediatamente, embora apenas alguns carros estavam presentes.Esta falta de hospitalidade era um acidente. No geral, ficamos muito satisfeitos com nossa estadia no Hilton Hotel Village durante esta viagem de esqui. A localização é extremamente conveniente, especialmente para iniciantes. Poder sair do hotel e começar a esquiar foi simplesmente imbatível. O aluguel de equipamentos, o guarda-esquis, os ônibus de transporte e todas as instalações relacionadas estavam muito bem organizados, e a equipe foi sempre simpática e prestativa. À noite, havia música ao vivo, o que contribuiu para um ambiente agradável durante a estadia. Um dos pontos altos que realmente sinto falta é o onsen ao ar livre. A paisagem que ele oferece é absolutamente deslumbrante e incrivelmente relaxante — perfeita para aliviar toda a fadiga após um dia inteiro de esqui. O único ponto negativo foi que um quarto para quatro pessoas com quatro camas de solteiro pareceu um pouco apertado. Dito isso, ainda conseguimos organizar nossas malas. Como passamos a maior parte do tempo esquiando ao ar livre e usamos o quarto principalmente para dormir à noite, foi aceitável, desde que você esteja preparado para o espaço limitado. No geral, foi uma estadia muito agradável e uma ótima escolha para férias de esqui.

We had an exceptional family stay at the Toyako Manseikaku Hotel Lakeside Terrace! The views of Lake Toya from our room were breathtaking.The buffet dinner and breakfast were fantastic, offering a huge variety of delicious food for everyone. A major highlight for us was relaxing in the onsen with its stunning lake view. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay, making us feel very welcome. The rooms were clean and comfortable, perfect after a day of exploring the area. We highly recommend this hotel for any family visiting Lake Toya!”

The location is the best which just one minute walking distance to the bus terminal to/from Toya Station and in front of the ferry pier. Please see my photo. Perfect location. The front desk receptionist lady was friendly. I was placed to a lake view Japanese style room. It doesn't include shower but toilet in the room and it looks like old but I love the room. The view from the room's window to Lake Toya was excellent. I love my room's window can be opened, I could see more clear to the lake view and to have fresh air from outside by opening the window. Even it was a raining day, cloudy and frosty. The view is still spotless good. The service was good. The room was clean, tidy and come with all necessity, but bath/shower excluded. However, based on the price, I was happy with it because I don't mind to use the bathroom in the onsen area on floor one. There was only two down side that I found: First, the male onsen area floor was sticky and slippery with moss (My left hand accidentally touched it and my hand was sticked with moss in outdoor onsen area) that includes indoor and outdoor area. I wish they would take more effort to the cleanliness of onsen area. Second, the suana was not available for customer to use. However, I had a fantastic sauna and onsen in 万世閣 (a hotel where is just a few minutes walk away from Toya Grand Hotel) by a paying walk in onsen fee(1300 yen) for non-resident. So, it didn't affect me much. Overall, my experience was good. I would give Toya Grand Hotel 8 out of 10. I love Toya Grand Hotel. I would recommend it.

My brief, one-night stay at Kohan Tei left me with mixed feelings. Stepping into the hotel, it was immediately clear that the property is quite dated; honestly, everything just looks worn out. This dated feel detracted from the experience, leaving the stunning lake view as the only true highlight—and even that is conditional on good weather, making it a bit hit-or-miss. The onsen was, unfortunately, a disappointment. The facility itself is small, and I found it inconvenient that they don't provide towels, requiring a trip back to the room. The biggest issue, however, was the outdoor bath: the water simply wasn't hot enough to truly relax in the cold winter air. On the positive side, I could see why the buffet dining is a big draw. Both breakfast and dinner seem popular, especially since they offer the fun option to do your own mini grill or hotpot. My only critique here is that the breakfast time felt relatively short—it was a definite rush to finish before the cutoff. Finally, the location is excellent for exploring. We enjoyed a lovely post-meal walk that stretches all the way to the ferry dock (about 3-4 km). It's a peaceful stroll with sculptures along the way, perfect for a photo or two. Overall, while the setting is beautiful, the hotel is truly due for a major renovation.

Review: 5-Night Stay at One Niseko Hotel, Japan We recently stayed five nights at One Niseko and overall enjoyed our stay, but there are some important things future guests — especially skiers — should know. The rooms were spacious, generally clean, and had very comfortable beds and linens. A few small maintenance issues could use attention, but nothing that seriously affected our stay. Breakfast was decent but fairly repetitive, with mostly the same offerings each day aside from a few rotating dishes. Transportation logistics are probably the biggest consideration. The hotel only offers one daily pickup from the Grand Hirafu bus terminal, and it requires advance reservation. The hotel shuttle itself runs only to Annupuri and Moiwa and does so infrequently, often not aligning well with lift closing times. If the upper mountain lifts close early 3:30pm if they open at all  and may unexpectedly close due to wind or snow.Yyou can easily end up far from the hotel in this situation. Without the shuttle, taxis are limited and cost around $30 USD, or you may face a crowded 1.5-hour bus ride — skis included. The hotel is also quite far from Grand Hirafu, and there aren’t many restaurants within walking distance. We even walked back from Moiwa one day in the rain because the shuttle wouldn’t return for another hour — not ideal after skiing. On the positive side, ski rental prices at the hotel were actually better than many shops in the surrounding area. The hotel restaurant is flexible too — if it’s not full, you can usually walk in without a reservation. The onsen itself is nice, but etiquette enforcement could improve. Some guests were not following standard onsen rules and wearing underwear in the baths, which created an awkward atmosphere (I felt like an exhibitionist!). Management may want to either enforce rules more clearly or consider alternative policies to maintain guest comfort (allow swimsuits). Overall, we did enjoy our stay, but unless you have a rental car, I would strongly recommend considering accommodation in Niseko Village or closer to the lifts for convenience. One Niseko is comfortable but somewhat isolated, and transportation can become challenging quickly depending on weather and lift operations.

Goshiki is a skiers dream come true!!! Ideally located outside of niseko’s high traffic and a step off the stairs away from skinning up a the mountain from Giving it moderate ratings is only because it’s an older structure with minimal maintenance,…. Rooms were very nice and clean and the waters are rich in minerals. Staying here allows for exclusive 24hr onsen access. Pools get busy after 3-7pm when skiers are finishing up their day,… Go enjoy its traditional rustic building while they’re standing. Seems like within 5-10 years it will be developed and owned by a foreign tycoon! Bring your own food,,.. vending machines have beer only,…
