Our second day stay here. Again service is excellent. Front office staff Ponny even came in at 6:30am to drive us to the train station as she was afraid that there may not be taxis available that earlier since it was the start of Golden Week. Guess overall Niseko is still a winter place! Nothing happens after the winter season.

Location: remote (literally nothing around that you can walk to); recommend rental car Parking: limited covered parking, cannot reserve in advance Service: enthusiastic staff, some are too new Rooms: spacious, modern and well-designed Food: excellent

Very convenient if you are planning to do some skiing in Niseko, great dinner menu and amazing lounge with a fireplace and complementary wine. Breakfast is Japanese style with no alternatives, the staff is nice but calling a taxi is mission impossible and everyone is quite dismissive with the guests, like there is no taxi and that’s not our problem, in a hotel this expensive it should be your problem whether you like it or not.

It’s a destination resort you should really plan for it however from the moment you have met the driver from Setsu at the Kutchan station and everything is beyond your expectations and impeccable service. Love the private Onsen experience yet the public Onsen is also not so busy at this time.  However I will definitely go visit and stay again during the winter time.  Two three four or more thumbs up 👍

O Windsor Hotel em Toya pode ter o seu estatuto de primeiro destino de luxo 5-star e o seu papel histórico como anfitrião da Cimeira de 2008 G8 Hokkaido Toyako, mas a nossa última estadia caiu muito menos do que esperado. Apesar da grandeza do local e de suas vistas atraentes, a qualidade do serviço era surpreendentemente pobre para um hotel deste calibre.A comunicação inglesa era inconsistente e inferior ao padrão esperado para uma propriedade internacional de luxo. A manutenção Da Casa FOI descuidada deixando UMA toalha de limpeza Na cama após o serviço de quarto diário, o que é simplesmente inaceitável. Quando EU estava a caminho Da entrada principal para recolher a minha família, EU Fui impedido de sair imediatamente, embora apenas alguns carros estavam presentes.Esta falta de hospitalidade era um acidente. Espero que a gestão tome estas preocupações com a maior seriedade e trabalhe para melhorar a formação do pessoal e as relações entre os hóspedes.

Tivemos uma estadia maravilhosa no Niseko Grand Hotel! Meu amigo e eu realmente adoramos nossa estadia lá. Um dos destaques foi, sem dúvida, as fontes termais do hotel — absolutamente incríveis. Há áreas exclusivas para mulheres e mistas, o que foi uma ótima opção. A equipe foi incrivelmente simpática e sempre disposta a ajudar com tudo o que precisávamos. A hospitalidade deles realmente nos fez sentir bem-vindos. Na verdade, ficar aqui foi mais como estar em uma residência no campo do que em um hotel — acolhedor, tranquilo e aconchegante, como em casa. Com certeza, nos hospedaríamos aqui novamente se voltarmos a Niseko — e esperamos que sim! Ficamos em um quarto tradicional em estilo japonês, o que tornou a experiência ainda mais especial. Yukata e yuami (roupa de banho) também foram fornecidos. O hotel também oferece ônibus gratuitos para as pistas de esqui regularmente, o que tornou muito conveniente para nós aproveitarmos as montanhas. No dia da nossa partida, o motorista do hotel gentilmente nos levou à estação de trem mais próxima. Outro destaque foi o restaurante do hotel. O café da manhã estava incluído na nossa estadia e também optamos por jantar lá algumas vezes. Todos os pratos que experimentamos estavam deliciosos e lindamente preparados. O bufê oferecia uma grande variedade de pratos asiáticos e ocidentais, e a seleção era impressionante tanto no café da manhã quanto no jantar. Também experimentamos comer fora em alguns outros restaurantes em Niseko, mas ambos concordamos que o restaurante do hotel foi de longe o melhor para nós. Recomendo muito este lugar!

My brief, one-night stay at Kohan Tei left me with mixed feelings. Stepping into the hotel, it was immediately clear that the property is quite dated; honestly, everything just looks worn out. This dated feel detracted from the experience, leaving the stunning lake view as the only true highlight—and even that is conditional on good weather, making it a bit hit-or-miss. The onsen was, unfortunately, a disappointment. The facility itself is small, and I found it inconvenient that they don't provide towels, requiring a trip back to the room. The biggest issue, however, was the outdoor bath: the water simply wasn't hot enough to truly relax in the cold winter air. On the positive side, I could see why the buffet dining is a big draw. Both breakfast and dinner seem popular, especially since they offer the fun option to do your own mini grill or hotpot. My only critique here is that the breakfast time felt relatively short—it was a definite rush to finish before the cutoff. Finally, the location is excellent for exploring. We enjoyed a lovely post-meal walk that stretches all the way to the ferry dock (about 3-4 km). It's a peaceful stroll with sculptures along the way, perfect for a photo or two. Overall, while the setting is beautiful, the hotel is truly due for a major renovation.

Review: 5-Night Stay at One Niseko Hotel, Japan We recently stayed five nights at One Niseko and overall enjoyed our stay, but there are some important things future guests — especially skiers — should know. The rooms were spacious, generally clean, and had very comfortable beds and linens. A few small maintenance issues could use attention, but nothing that seriously affected our stay. Breakfast was decent but fairly repetitive, with mostly the same offerings each day aside from a few rotating dishes. Transportation logistics are probably the biggest consideration. The hotel only offers one daily pickup from the Grand Hirafu bus terminal, and it requires advance reservation. The hotel shuttle itself runs only to Annupuri and Moiwa and does so infrequently, often not aligning well with lift closing times. If the upper mountain lifts close early 3:30pm if they open at all  and may unexpectedly close due to wind or snow.Yyou can easily end up far from the hotel in this situation. Without the shuttle, taxis are limited and cost around $30 USD, or you may face a crowded 1.5-hour bus ride — skis included. The hotel is also quite far from Grand Hirafu, and there aren’t many restaurants within walking distance. We even walked back from Moiwa one day in the rain because the shuttle wouldn’t return for another hour — not ideal after skiing. On the positive side, ski rental prices at the hotel were actually better than many shops in the surrounding area. The hotel restaurant is flexible too — if it’s not full, you can usually walk in without a reservation. The onsen itself is nice, but etiquette enforcement could improve. Some guests were not following standard onsen rules and wearing underwear in the baths, which created an awkward atmosphere (I felt like an exhibitionist!). Management may want to either enforce rules more clearly or consider alternative policies to maintain guest comfort (allow swimsuits). Overall, we did enjoy our stay, but unless you have a rental car, I would strongly recommend considering accommodation in Niseko Village or closer to the lifts for convenience. One Niseko is comfortable but somewhat isolated, and transportation can become challenging quickly depending on weather and lift operations.

Goshiki is a skiers dream come true!!! Ideally located outside of niseko’s high traffic and a step off the stairs away from skinning up a the mountain from Giving it moderate ratings is only because it’s an older structure with minimal maintenance,…. Rooms were very nice and clean and the waters are rich in minerals. Staying here allows for exclusive 24hr onsen access. Pools get busy after 3-7pm when skiers are finishing up their day,… Go enjoy its traditional rustic building while they’re standing. Seems like within 5-10 years it will be developed and owned by a foreign tycoon! Bring your own food,,.. vending machines have beer only,…
