Há muitas avaliações negativas online, então fiquei um pouco preocupado antes de fazer o check-in. Deixe-me compartilhar minha experiência real. Reservamos um quarto duplo básico, que era muito aconchegante e confortável. Embora pequeno, tinha tudo o que você precisa, incluindo geladeira, máquina de lavar roupa, lava-louças, fogão de indução, coifa e até panelas e frigideiras, o que foi muito conveniente. O hotel tinha acabado de abrir em dezembro, então fiquei preocupado com os cheiros, mas eles gentilmente forneceram um purificador de ar, que era praticamente inodoro. O quarto tinha uma pequena varanda com vista para os teleféricos de esqui e, em um dia claro, era possível ver o Monte Yotei. O hotel também tem uma banheira de água termal pública no andar L, o que foi muito relaxante depois de um dia esquiando. Os produtos de higiene pessoal eram todos secadores de cabelo Aesop e Dyson. Há também um onsen privativo pago com vista para o Monte Yotei, mas não o usamos porque o tempo não estava bom por alguns dias durante a nossa estadia. As fotos online estavam deslumbrantes. Café da manhã: Semi-buffet, com opção de um prato principal e um bufê. O cardápio não é muito extenso e não muda diariamente, o que o torna um pouco fraco. Quanto ao serviço, o hotel oferece traslado de ida e volta gratuito de estações próximas no check-in e check-out. As reservas devem ser feitas com antecedência por e-mail para o hotel. O traslado de ida e volta gratuito também é oferecido na cidade de Hirafu durante a sua estadia. O Alpha Shuttle é geralmente utilizado, o que é uma grande vantagem. Esqui: Localizado bem ao lado das pistas de esqui, a entrada e saída de esqui é muito conveniente. Há um depósito de equipamentos de esqui no primeiro andar, com armários em cada quarto. Aluguel de esqui e uma escola de esqui também estão disponíveis.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is perfect — just a 2-minute walk to the Hirafu Welcome Centre, making it extremely convenient, especially for catching the direct bus from the airport. The surrounding scenery is beautiful, giving us a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere throughout our stay. The service was excellent. The staff were attentive, helpful, and made everything very smooth for us. The room was super clean, well-maintained, and came with a washing machine, which was incredibly convenient for our trip. What impressed us the most was their pick-up and drop-off service to the Hirafu Welcome Centre. It made our arrival and departure completely hassle-free. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Hirafu!

It’s a destination resort you should really plan for it however from the moment you have met the driver from Setsu at the Kutchan station and everything is beyond your expectations and impeccable service. Love the private Onsen experience yet the public Onsen is also not so busy at this time.  However I will definitely go visit and stay again during the winter time.  Two three four or more thumbs up 👍

This was my third stay at The Maples, and I couldn't have enjoyed it more. This time I came with just my boyfriend instead of with family, so handled most of the logistics myself. I really relied on help from the staff and The Maples, before, during and after my trip! Even a month before my trip, I got a lot of help with transportations, ski passes etc through emailing with the staff, who were always so prompt to reply and very friendly. During my stay, they also helped me a lot with dinner reservations etc. Every request or question I had was met with a friendly smile. Of course, I enjoyed the location again immensely. It was great to be able to walk to many of the stores and restaurants, and to also ski in and out. This time I also rented a car and parking at the Maples was always available and easy. The hotel was always bright and clean. My onlyyyy complaint if I had to mention was that my room did not have black out curtains... so I was woken up pretty early every morning by the natural sunlight!! But, this actually helped me to get up there on the slopes bright and early, so a perk after all!

O Windsor Hotel em Toya pode ter o seu estatuto de primeiro destino de luxo 5-star e o seu papel histórico como anfitrião da Cimeira de 2008 G8 Hokkaido Toyako, mas a nossa última estadia caiu muito menos do que esperado. Apesar da grandeza do local e de suas vistas atraentes, a qualidade do serviço era surpreendentemente pobre para um hotel deste calibre.A comunicação inglesa era inconsistente e inferior ao padrão esperado para uma propriedade internacional de luxo. A manutenção Da Casa FOI descuidada deixando UMA toalha de limpeza Na cama após o serviço de quarto diário, o que é simplesmente inaceitável. Quando EU estava a caminho Da entrada principal para recolher a minha família, EU Fui impedido de sair imediatamente, embora apenas alguns carros estavam presentes.Esta falta de hospitalidade era um acidente. Além disso, ser cobrado por água extra embaixo de 3-star, até mesmo 3-star, OS hotéis oferecem complimentary sentir-se pequeno e fora de contato com normas de luxo. A experiência mais perturbadora veio durante o checkout, dois dos nossos cartões de crédito internacionais falharam em processar, e embora pagássemos com sucesso com um terceiro, a atitude do pessoal era desprofissional. Encontramos-nos com uma expressão acentuada e a palavra “FINAL” uma vez que a transacção passou por um comentário inaceitável que deixou uma impressão negativa duradoura. Embora o ambiente do hotel seja inegavelmente bonito, o serviço e tratamento geral que recebemos não refleteram os padrões de uma verdadeira experiência 5-star. Espero que a gestão tome estas preocupações com a maior seriedade e trabalhe para melhorar a formação do pessoal e as relações entre os hóspedes.

The service here is truly next level—warm, attentive, and consistently thoughtful throughout our stay. One absolute highlight was the 8-course dinner set. I highly recommend it to anyone staying here; if you visit even once, the 8-course experience is a must. Since there isn’t much around the area, choosing the hotel dinner is definitely the best option—and it’s worth it. The hotel itself is incredibly chill and relaxing, perfect for unwinding. They also provide a shuttle bus to nearby attractions, which makes getting around easy despite the quiet location. The views are beautiful, especially overlooking the surrounding nature, and every detail reflects top-notch service and genuine hospitality. Overall, a peaceful retreat with outstanding food, stunning views, and exceptional service. Highly recommended for anyone looking to relax and be well taken care of.

Hospedei-me por 2 noites para uma viagem de snowboard. O serviço de transporte gratuito do hotel para 2 áreas de esqui foi essencial. O café da manhã em estilo buffet era excelente, assim como a vista para a floresta. O jantar em estilo buffet foi uma boa alternativa a ter que ir aos restaurantes no centro de Niseko. Os funcionários do hotel foram muito prestativos ao aconselhar sobre opções de transporte devido à nevasca e forneceram atualizações regulares sobre a situação. Recomendo!

I recently stayed at a hotel that I would highly recommend to anyone visiting the area. The location was incredibly convenient, situated right in the heart of the city, making it easy to explore nearby attractions. The facilities were exceptionally clean and well-maintained, which made for a comfortable and pleasant stay. One of the highlights of my experience was the breakfast. It was plentiful, with a wide variety of high-quality options to choose from each morning. I also thoroughly enjoyed the on-site hot springs. They were relaxing and provided the perfect way to unwind after a day of sightseeing. Additionally, my room offered a stunning view, which added to the overall enjoyment of my stay. Whether you're traveling for business or leisure, this hotel provides an excellent base with great amenities. I would definitely stay here again in the future.

The hotel is really really old. If you like nostalgia kinda vibe, this is it, it feels like it has not been renovated since opening 😅 room is spacious enough for 2 person. The only thing good about this hotel is the view. It's just too pretty sitting my the window looking at the beautiful lake toya especially during sunset time. Breakfast is just alright, nothing fancy but good enough for a simple breakfast.
