Every station is well-managed, constantly replenished, and presented beautifully. It’s clear that both quality and diversity are taken seriously here. Equally impressive is the room service and housekeeping. The rooms are maintained to a very high standard—spotlessly clean, well-organized, and refreshed with great attention to detail. The staff are discreet yet attentive, ensuring everything feels seamless without being intrusive. The resort itself is a destination on its own. The scale is enormous, yet aesthetically cohesive. The beautifully landscaped gardens, elegant pools, and European-inspired architecture create a unique atmosphere. "Excellent hotel, directly connected to Galaxy Macau, so no need to walk outside in the sun. 😀 The room was quite spacious and clean, with a view of the University of Macau across the way. To get to Rua do Cunha, you can just cut through from the Galaxy's Lukfook Jewellery. For The Venetian Macao, simply cross the road from the Crystal Lobby. To get from Rua do Cunha to The Venetian, just go up directly opposite Mok Yi Kei, there are parallel escalators so you don't have to walk as much. 😀 Everything at Galaxy is delicious and convenient, with options for all budgets. I even bought a Pop Mart limited edition fridge magnet that's not available on the mainland. Next time I'm in Macau, I'll definitely stay at Broadway again, it's so convenient!"

"Good location if you like to be around the Venetian series of properties. The hotel is in between Parisian and Venetian. Some of the rooms can enjoy the Eiffel Tower view. There is a casino right below the hotel, but it is small with very few variety of games. I originally thought the casino below the Four Seasons would have more games, such as blackjack, texas poker and card games, but the tables there were mainly baccarat tables, making it a bit boring. Service is very good. Staff is mostly attentive. Facilities ok, but would be better if there can be a very cool plunge pool next to or inside the sauna room as that would make the sauna experience better."

"The taxi pulled directly into the luxurious lobby of '13 Palace' on level B1. As soon as I got out, a staff member helped with my luggage. All the staff at '13 Palace' were incredibly warm and provided attentive service. The butler's check-in introduction was clear and polite, making me feel right at home. The room was beautiful, comfortable, and well-equipped with all the necessary facilities and functions. Of course, as a five-star hotel, what impressed me most was their thoughtful service. Given the hot weather, they even brought complimentary sugarcane juice, which was a lovely touch. The stay included two buffet breakfasts, offering a wide and varied selection. That evening, we dined at the Crystal Hall, where the dishes were excellent, delicious, and offered great value for money – highly recommended. Here are some suggestions for improvement: In the shower, it would be helpful to have clearer instructions for the hot water tap. Turning right immediately activates the overhead shower, while turning left is for the handheld shower. On the day, the handheld shower was faulty (it turned out to be an aged rubber head). After notifying the butler, a staff member fixed it within 10 minutes – very efficient! Also, the red decorative pillows on the bed in the master suite had some worn red velvet covers. I hope these can be replaced. Overall, I was still very satisfied and look forward to staying again."
