"O hotel é limpo e a localização é excelente. Há muitas atrações, lojas e paradas de ônibus a uma curta distância. É muito fácil se locomover. A recepção e a equipe de serviço são muito calorosas. Os quartos são espaçosos, bem projetados e sem barulho. O mini-bar é bem abastecido e gratuito durante a estadia. Há também um mirante na cobertura, que é muito agradável quando está menos movimentado. Nós tivemos uma estadia muito feliz e confortável. Voltarei a este hotel na próxima vez que vier a Macau e também o recomendarei à minha família e amigos! "Overall we had an excellent stay at The Londoner and would gladly come back. The shuttle transfer from the Hengqin border was a bit confusing at first. The signage was not very clear and seemed to point in the wrong direction, and the employee at the pickup point unfortunately spoke neither Mandarin nor English. After some searching we managed to find the correct shuttle and arrived at the hotel without further problems. Once at the property we were immediately assisted by one of the staff members. Check-in can take some time since many guests arrive at the same time. If you travel as a group and request rooms on the same floor, the process may take even longer. It almost felt like receptionists had to compete with each other to secure rooms before they were assigned elsewhere. The organization seemed a little unusual, but eventually everything worked out. We were offered rooms on the same floor, which happened to be a smoking floor. The staff explained that smoke smell should not be noticeable. This turned out to be accurate. The rooms themselves had no smoke smell at all, and only a very faint smell was noticeable in the hallway. For non-smokers it is therefore perfectly manageable to stay on such a floor. The rooms themselves were excellent. They were spotless, spacious and very well equipped. Amenities included a coffee machine with capsules and creamer, more than enough drinking water, a large comfortable bed and easy-to-use electronic controls. The blackout curtains work perfectly for anyone who prefers complete darkness while sleeping. The bathroom area was also very spacious and featured a large mirror, a very nice shower, a bathtub and a Japanese-style toilet. One of our rooms was designed for disabled guests and therefore did not include a bathtub, which was perfectly fine. What stood out positively was how well the accessibility features were integrated. The bathroom was beautifully designed and did not feel like a simple retrofit, which is a very thoughtful touch for guests who need these facilities. The Londoner complex itself is huge and beautifully designed. Staff are present everywhere and are generally friendly and helpful. The complex focuses heavily on shopping and entertainment. Western food and bar options are somewhat limited, but this likely reflects the fact that Macau today caters largely to mainland Chinese visitors. We still easily found options such as the Cheesecake Factory and the Gordon Ramsay Pub & Grill, which served our needs well. One major advantage of the location is connectivity. From The Londoner you can walk via enclosed skybridges to the Four Seasons, The Venetian and The Parisian, and other casino resorts can be reached either on foot or with a short and inexpensive taxi ride. If you want to explore the historic Macau Peninsula, reaching the metro system from the casino complex is not entirely straightforward. However taxis are plentiful and affordable, making the trip very easy. There also appear to be public buses available, although we did not try them ourselves. Overall the hotel complex works very well as a base for visiting the other side of Macau. One small logistical note for travelers heading to Hong Kong Airport: the reception staff could only point us to bus services going to the Hong Kong–Zhuhai–Macau Bridge terminal. Direct transfers from the hotel to Hong Kong Airport were not really available through the hotel, so we ended up arranging a private car ourselves. In practice the hotel can easily get you to the bridge terminal, but from there you will need to organize the onward journey yourself unless you book a private transfer in advance. Overall it was an incredible stay and a hotel we would happily choose again. Just keep in mind that Macau is not Las Vegas and caters much more to mainland Chinese visitors, so expectations should be adjusted accordingly."

O tema geral é criar uma atmosfera cinematográfica nostálgica, citando o design de interiores retrô da moda e móveis semelhantes aos de filmes, proporcionando uma experiência de acomodação elegante e luxuosa no estilo de Hollywood. Alojamento: Impressionante vidro panorâmico grande, a localização é muito próxima do autódromo, você pode tirar fotos de todo o autódromo durante o dia, a configuração geral do quarto também é muito boa, cortinas elétricas de banheiro inteligentes 🛁banheira. Comer: Há o Restaurante Le Yixuan no primeiro andar do hotel, que oferece pratos chineses e ocidentais. Além de ser a primeira filial da Península de Macau, também tem uma paisagem ao ar livre. POP MART Esta é a maior loja de Macau, certo? Tem todas as séries MEGA mais recentes e populares. Está localizada junto ao Lago Nanwan, na Península de Macau. Você pode desfrutar da excelente vista do lago enquanto faz compras. Se estiver faltando alguma necessidade diária, você pode comprá-la no supermercado T-mart, com uma linha completa de itens. Tem uma coleção de todos os tipos de vinhos de classe mundial, então desta vez compramos um vinho especialmente e voltamos para o quarto para beber à noite🍷 No geral, toda a experiência de estadia é muito agradável e a relação preço/desempenho é muito elevada."

"Desta vez, quando atravesso Macau pela ponte Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macau, há apenas dois ônibus gratuitos após a fusão (diz-se que é uma restrição política). Pegue o ônibus Jinsha Hotel no cais do porto e o Artyzen Hotel está isolado em Jinsha, basta virar depois de descer do ônibus. Esta é a primeira vez que me hospedo no Artyzen Hotel. Após a reforma, o hotel está elegante, limpo e confortável. Tem um estilo resort. É adequado para famílias e viajantes que gostam de tranquilidade. Não há um ambiente misto nas proximidades, que é uma das razões para os pontos extras deste hotel. Existem muitas opções de restaurantes perto do hotel, incluindo Coffee Cafe e ice room, que podem resolver o problema do café da manhã. Não é muito longe do hotel para as atrações do centro. Leva cerca de 10 minutos a pé até o Star World. Você pode pegar o ônibus para a Taipa, e leva cerca de 15 a 20 minutos para ir às atrações perto das Ruínas de St. Paul's. Nothing feels chaotic; instead, there’s a calm, refined efficiency throughout. One of the standout highlights is the buffet. Overall, Grand Lisboa Palace is not just about luxury—it’s about execution. The combination of outstanding dining, meticulous service, and thoughtfully designed spaces makes it one of the most complete and satisfying resort experiences in Macau."

"Foi realmente uma ótima experiência. O quarto é espaçoso e limpo. Todos os funcionários foram simpáticos, especialmente a recepcionista Sra. Malou San Juan (não tenho certeza se mencionei aqui corretamente) e Mark Manansala. Como sou filipino, e eles também, a comunicação foi mais fácil. Eles foram muito prestativos e profissionais. Além disso, os funcionários locais (chineses) eram os mesmos. O hotel cheira caro e oferece mais do que os hóspedes precisam.
