I tried to check in after 4 PM, but there was no room available. The deposit was MOP 2,000, and I was told it would be refunded within 14 days upon checkout. Although it was refunded the following evening, it's the first time in Macau I've encountered a hotel that doesn't refund the deposit on the same day. The hotel's decor is luxurious, but the smell of new renovations hasn't dissipated. The design is quite winding and has too many mirrors, making it easy to get lost. The room was spacious and clean enough, but lacked attention to detail. Going to the restroom or living room required constantly going up and down stairs, which would be difficult for elderly guests. There's only a panda pavilion nearby, but the coffee shop downstairs has good food and drinks. The hotel doesn't offer a free shuttle service, so you have to take the light rail or public bus. Overall, there's room for improvement."

É um pouco complicado chegar lá, mas ao reconhecer a área, você percebe que ela está localizada perto de todos os hotéis e áreas mais visitadas. "Desta vez, quando atravesso Macau pela ponte Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macau, há apenas dois ônibus gratuitos após a fusão (diz-se que é uma restrição política). Pegue o ônibus Jinsha Hotel no cais do porto e o Artyzen Hotel está isolado em Jinsha, basta virar depois de descer do ônibus. Esta é a primeira vez que me hospedo no Artyzen Hotel.
