"I am writing to express my sincere appreciation for Ms 初见 exceptional professionalism. Her attentive service and skill in arranging accommodations were instrumental in ensuring a wonderful and seamless stay. Her dedication to excellence is truly commendable. I was offered a room at Level 12, outside the lift lobby and also beside a group stay rooms which was really noisy. I was immedidately change to Higher floor room at Level 16 which was quiet and i have a very good night sleep. The view of Stadium was also very nice"

"To be quite honest when we booked this hotel for one night only we didn’t have very high hopes for it. However, the contrary happened. Hilton Zhoushan turned out to be amazing; literally from the first minute that we stepped in we were greeted warmly by front desk staff. They speak very good English and the GM was very nice; once he realised that it’s our little daughter’s first birthday they offered cake and candles. They also brought a nice crib for the baby. Every single staff member’s behaviour was professional and friendly and respectful. On the 19th floor we had an amazing view of the lake and the surrounding landscape. We had a great time and will definitely come back."

"Compared to the guesthouses in Zhujiajian that easily cost at least a thousand yuan per night, I highly recommend this place. The hotel is new and clean. I was traveling with my whole family, and the loft layout was perfect for a family trip. The hotel is close to Wugong Temple Wharf, which is very convenient for our trip to Putuo Mountain. It's easy to get to the wharf by taxi or car. The hotel offers free parking, but charging stations for electric vehicles are a bit limited. There's a watermelon stand right next to the parking lot, which was really convenient for buying watermelons on the way back. It's a bit far to Nansha Island; even driving without traffic takes about half an hour. However, it's close to restaurants in the city center, so I'm satisfied."

"I was really impressed on my first visit. I stayed here for three days, and the room was huge with two levels—upstairs was a living area, and downstairs was the bedroom. There was a balcony with a really beautiful view. Even though our room didn’t have a washing machine, the hotel actually provided one for us to use for free. And it was super convenient to order food here. The staff were really excellent—they gave great recommendations and helped with everything. I really loved it and would definitely recommend that if you come to Zhoushan, you should stay here."

"A nice new hotel with big comfortable rooms. Very good breakfast. Hardly anybody speaks English which is not a very big deal these days. Shopping mall with varIous restaurants next door. In the hotel they advertise, you have a free sauna pass, but the sauna is not operational :-) Nevertheless, I enjoyed my stay here for one whole week."

"The best hotel we have stayed in China! We got upgraded to an executive room which was really spacious. Even though the convenient store is not nearby, we managed to order a delivery from Watsons. The Reception desk is really helpful, knowing that a foreigner doesn’t have a local number to finalise the delivery order, the receptionist kindly lend me her number and received the delivery. She even sent my item up to my room! Dinner was great too! We had crab, hotpot, sushi and more at the buffet place. Eating great food while listening to the live jazz band, totally the right feel for Christmas! Will stay in a Sheraton again!"

"Highly recommend this hotel's smart sea view room! As soon as I entered the door, I was amazed by the smart facilities. The voice can control the whole house equipment and liberate my hands. The view of the room is absolutely amazing, facing the first-line sea view, the floor-to-ceiling windows are full of sea atmosphere, and the photos are beyond the film. Health is particularly in place, the corners are clean, and the quality of toiletries is online. The front desk service is warm, check-in and check-out are efficient, and the play guide is intimately informed. Living in peace of mind and comfort, is a great holiday experience, has been Amway to friends!"

"Excellent Ocean views from our Room. Very clean.and mini bar was inclusive, and replenished daily, coffee only 2 capsules could do with more. Breakfast was good (very busy but mid-autumn Festival period so.expected), wide variety of both Chinese & European food. Negative points for a supposedly 5 star hotel, there is no food ordering room services, for breakfast, lunch, dinner, & late night snacks. You can order local takeaways and delivery to hotel lobby. No hotel car services available, even when requested 1-2 days in advance, had to use local Didi services."

"I had a wonderful stay at Banxia Banyin Hotel near Wugongshi Wharf and Guanyin Fajie. The location is excellent -- just a short walk from the pier and within easy reach of the main attractions on Putuo Mountain, such as Puji Temple and the scenic Guanyin statue. It's very convenient for both sightseeing and dining, with plenty of local vegetarian restaurants nearby. The hotel itself is peaceful and beautifully designed, blending modern comfort with a calm, Zen-like atmosphere. The rooms are clean, cozy, and thoughtfully decorated, offering a relaxing space after a long day exploring. The staff were polite and attentive, always ready to assist with directions or local recommendations. Check in and check out were smooth and efficient. Overall, it is great value for its location and comfort."

UUsuário convidadoThe hotel does offer a sea view as advertised, but it is more of a port view rather than a scenic ocean view. The rooms are not clean enough, we noticed that the air vents were extremely dusty. When we turned on the air conditioning, there was a noticeable dusty odor, making it difficult to breathe, which forced us to turn it off despite the cold weather. Additionally, the towels provided were not up to standard—some were visibly aged, worn out, and even torn. This significantly impacted the overall comfort of our stay. Improving towel quality and ensuring better air vent maintenance would greatly enhance the guest experience.
