No dia Da minha reserva, EU entro para ver quando posso entrar e entregar minha bagagem. Eu lhes dei uma mensagem no MEU telefone que disse: "Reservei um quarto para esta noite, apenas curioso quando posso entrar", eles pareciam absolutamente confusos e, ao contrário de perguntar qualquer esclarecimento, eles decidiram apenas reservar-me para um quarto completamente novo e Fiz-me pagar por isso, que me confundi, MAS pensei que talvez ainda não tivesse pago completamente. Mesmo que lhes entreguei o MEU passaporte, eles não verificaram se EU tinha reserva.Eu Mesmo não percebi o que aconteceu até às 11h00 quando EU tinha um telefonema (em minha sala) se EU ia aparecer para minha reserva.😅 O pessoal do dia me tratava Como um estranho estranho que acabou de se afundar. Felizmente, o pessoal da noite ajudou-me a compreender o que aconteceu e a devolver-me o dinheiro, o que me alegra porque não conseguia apanhar o que aconteceu até que eu estivesse longe demais para me esvaziar o cartão de crédito para o reembolso! A outra parte surpreendente era o ruído extremo no meu quarto.Ouvi ouvi-lo a abrir e fechar todas as portas não só no meu próprio corredor, mas também todas as corredores acima de mim, e também ouvi-o a andar acima de mim. Na minha reserva original, a única coisa que pedi era um quarto tranquilo e talvez me tivesse dito que se eles tivessem sequer incomodado com a minha reserva, mas, infelizmente, eu apenas dormi que afectou o meu último dia em Putuashan. Não vou ficar aqui novamente, embora diga que o lobby é bonito, a localização é excepcional e aprecio que tenham máquinas de lavar roupa."

This time, I even received a complimentary room upgrade upon check-in, which was a wonderful surprise! The shuttle service from the ferry terminal to the hotel is also very frequent; every time I walked towards the shuttle stop, there was always a vehicle waiting. Overall, I'm very satisfied with my stay."

There's a restaurant downstairs, and even though our room faced the street, it was surprisingly quiet and very clean. "I arrived quite late, and the hotel kindly upgraded me to a suite. The room was huge, with two bathrooms, so two people could use it without disturbing each other – it was so comfortable! The water pressure was excellent, and the temperature was constant. Plus, the bubble bath before showering was incredibly relaxing. What I loved most were the pillows; they even had latex pillows, which were exactly what I like, and I slept wonderfully. The hotel is newly opened, so the service was naturally exceptional. After breakfast, I enjoyed tea and sunshine in the courtyard outside – such a pleasant day!"

We didn't expect the room to be so spacious; it was more than enough for our family of four. It even had a mahjong table and a tatami area. Ordering takeout for meals was also very convenient. The room had a fresh air system, so there were no strange odors and it was very clean. They even provided disposable towels, which was fantastic! We'll definitely stay here again next time."
