My stay at Huajianling Guanzizai Hotel on Mount Putuo was quite good overall. The hotel service was excellent, with friendly and attentive staff who made check-in and daily services very smooth. The overall environment was also very comfortable, and I was quite satisfied with my stay. However, there are a few areas I think could be improved. Firstly, the breakfast selection was a bit limited; I hope it can be expanded in the future. The hotel is conveniently located right next to Dacheng Temple, which is nice. But if you need to take a car, sometimes you have to wait quite a while, so it's good to factor in extra travel time. Another thing I'd really like to see adjusted is the daily beverage replenishment policy. Currently, new guests receive replenishment, but those staying for two or three consecutive nights do not. This rule feels a bit unreasonable. For guests staying multiple nights, having beverages replenished daily would significantly enhance the experience. Overall, the hotel's service and environment are very good. If details like breakfast, transportation waiting times, and beverage replenishment could be further optimized, the overall experience would be even more perfect.

I am writing to express my sincere appreciation for Ms 初见 exceptional professionalism. Her attentive service and skill in arranging accommodations were instrumental in ensuring a wonderful and seamless stay. Her dedication to excellence is truly commendable. I was offered a room at Level 12, outside the lift lobby and also beside a group stay rooms which was really noisy. I was immedidately change to Higher floor room at Level 16 which was quiet and i have a very good night sleep. The view of Stadium was also very nice

來普陀山的第四個年頭，這次選擇的希爾頓，酒店地理位置很方便距離法雨寺停車場比較近，也比較安靜，也是有免費碼頭接送的就很方便，下車後會有小姐姐幫忙拿行李，入住的時候遇到了前台小宋，辦理入住手續超級快，業務很熟練，之前都是住在普濟寺那邊，這次選擇了這裏，還沒等我問出口，小宋就特別熱情的跟我們介紹起了周邊坐車該怎麼坐，還跟我們説了好多詳細的攻略，感覺之前來都是在盲目的遊玩，還問了我們返程的行程，又推薦了島外住宿方便的酒店和餐廳，特別貼心。真的要給小宋一個大大的好評，同時表示感謝🙏下次來還會繼續選擇入住希爾頓花園酒店。

A very nice hotel with friendly and accommodating staff. The facilities are great and provide entertainment during one’s stay there. We had the swimming pool to ourselves which was amazing. I’d definitely recommend this place!

The Westin in Zhoushan is a very large resort style property. We had a warm welcome from the front desk staff named Franky. He explained to us details about the hotel and how to visit the beach. The room was large and clean. Housekeeping staff did a good job cleaning it and bringing extra water and towels for our children. The only thing I didn’t like was the breakfast food. Most of the food was bland and lacked a true western style breakfast. The coffee tasted bad and some of the food items were empty. The service in the café was fine, no complaints about the service. I recommend this hotel to someone wanting a weekend getaway. There are many local seafood restaurants next to the hotel.

Embora tenhamos alguns problemas com o ar condicionado no inverno, as quartos estavam quentes e não tivemos que desligar o aquecedor.O hotel organiza classes de chá e sutra escritas, que foram terapêuticas. Só o problema é que o hotel é para o público doméstico, o que é tão pouco inglês. Você Precisa ser capaz de falar chinês. Em geral, você Pode recomendar qualquer retrato espiritual... sem comprometer o luxo de um hotel primário.

衞生特別乾淨，床品潔白如新，馬桶消毒到位，浴室地漏無毛髮殘留，空調出風口無積灰，整體衞生細節把控嚴格，讓人安心入住。 環境：窗簾打開後大海映入眼簾特別好看，早上起床喊 天貓精靈 打開窗簾後海景特別好看。

The hotel staff was good, but ı got a problem for payment with Visa credit card. As a global brand hotel 'Shangri-La” expected to accept internationla credit card payments but unfortunately not succesfull. Also Trip.com do not have agreement with hotel for ”online payment” which I can easly submit payment, but again unsuccesfull. Hope you can improve your service and agreement to give better support foreigner guest in China mainland.
