"The staff is wonderful and they took care of us. We checked in at 2 o’clock in the morning and there were still waiting eagerly waiting to take care of us and we got in the room we had to sleep. The breakfast was great. They were able to translate and the breakfast is laid out nicely. We were given different options for the breakfast as well so we chose the buffet breakfast and it’s wonderful. I would recommend anyone to come here and stay and it is a fantastic place to stay at staff is friendly kind and the place is comfortable."

"The hotel's location is excellent, very close to the subway station and airport shuttle. It's also easy to catch a taxi; just turn left onto the main road. Turning left also takes you directly to Central Avenue, and it's only a few minutes' walk to the Hongzhuan Street morning market. Getting around is very convenient, and there are plenty of places to eat and shop nearby downstairs. Our room had a balcony facing the street, but it was very quiet at night. The front desk service was great, and they even provided hot bottled water. The room had a separate wet and dry area, and while it was a bit small, the layout was relatively reasonable. If you have a large suitcase, you might not have much space to open it up, but if you're traveling light, it's highly recommended. It offers great value for money. I stayed for four days and overall, I was very satisfied."

"We stayed at the Shangri-La Harbin Horizon Club for three nights and were thoroughly satisfied. Great location with easy access everywhere, clean room, friendly staff overall. A lovely Reception staff named Gao, Zhongpeng was extremely warm and helpful. I contacted her online prior to arrival; she not only changed a more suitable room type tailored for our family ( 2 adults and one 10 yr) than the original one I booked , but also answered all my questions patiently, ensuring a comfortable and seamless experience for the whole family trip."

"Although Hotel is only 3 floors, but it's pretty well renovated, looks neat and tidy for a modern business hotel that's located next to airport. It has convenience store within the hotel, gym, and breakfast room. Shuttle service is provided to/fro airport. Room i chose was adequately sized though only 18sqm, had smart devices, including remote control curtains, air-conditioning, and robot will send you room service. For winter heating is super strong, thoygh bit too warm for me; fortunately we could open the window and tune the air-conditioning to cool the room. Overall, not bad for an airport Hotel."

SStacy SohAfter taking 5 hours Journey on a 40 seater public bus that cost me 100 yuan i arrived at a beautiful homestay run by family, the homestay is the 1st at the entrance of the village. Room is comfortable with huge bed and heated bed and floor, eventhou the bed is just a thin mattress (its call a Kang Bed) but i still can sleep soundly every night. Only things need to change is the toilet because our toilet bowl is right at the center so i cant shower or use the basin (no space to stand)😀 They provide toothbrush and disposable face towel only so you have to bring your own towel and toiletries. Restaurant, reception counter and living room are together, this is a place for the owner and all guests to have meal and gathering. You will see them all day at the living room. We also have some activities such as making tanghulu (fruits coated with syrup), making dumpling and just chit chat eating popcorn and frozen persimmon and pear. Food is so yummy, no need to eat outside because you can order from this homestay. Breakfast is free. Its a simple and healthy- plain porridge, bun and pickles. The northern people are not so much into sugary or fancy drinks, even like tea or coffees. plain hot water is what they had most of the time. Lunch and dinner you can choose from their menu. Few activities you can do in town such as walk around town and enjoy the beautiful scenery like what i did, i also took the sleight horse (200 yuan) to go to the national forest and also stroll along the river for sightseeing. If u want to have ski, snow mobile, tubing there are 2 private own mini park that you can go just by walking distance 5-15 minutes. There is a bigger park Rime Ridge, also known as Wu Song Ling, is a place in Harbin, China where you can see rime and snow scenery, and participate in winter activities this will cost 400 yuan. At night there will be campfire and singing at the village. You can join for free. Go for a walk at night to see lots of villagers selling foods by the road side. I also enjoyed experimenting the ‘boiling water thrown into the sky’ ..beautiful effect from the ice steam. Most important please bring extra cash incase the alipay not working you will still have money. There is no bank or atm machine in the village. Its all solely depending on online payment such as allipay/wechat. I have problem with my alipay payment and I didn’t bring much cash so i cant spend so much at the village. The homestay owner knew about my problem so she worry i dont have enough money to eat so she cook meals for me FREE.. such a nice person. God bless her 🙏🏼 I wish to come again with my family, and i will stay here

YYburnnavoyagesMy friend and I had the pleasure of staying at Grand Mercure hotel in Harbin, and I must say it was an exceptional experience. From the moment we entered, I was struck by the spotlessly clean surroundings and the comfortable feeling that enveloped us. The high ceiling added a touch of grandeur to the ambiance, making it feel a luxury 5-star accommodation, all at a budget-friendly price. The highlight of our stay was undoubtedly the comfortable bed and fresh linens. I had the best sleep and woke up feeling refreshed, as if I had slept like a baby. The attention to detail in ensuring a comfortable sleep experience was truly commendable. The hotel staff deserves special mention for their exceptional service. Despite some language barriers, they went above and beyond to assist me with anything I needed and provide accurate information. I vividly remember ALAN CHEN or Chan, although I'm unsure of the exact spelling of his name. He was always attentive to our concerns and questions, taking the time to communicate and ensure we received the correct directions. Their dedication and willingness to assist made a lasting impression on me. In terms of location, the hotel was conveniently located near a bus stop, making it easily accessible from the airport which is around 45mins or less. The ride took less than 10 minutes to reach the high-speed railway station from the hotel. However, I must mention that there weren't many convenient shops in the immediate vicinity, which might be a minor inconvenience for some travelers. Our only issue during our stay was the room temperature, which was quite warm. Despite adjusting the thermostat, we couldn't achieve a comfortable coolness. We resorted to opening the window slightly to let in some fresh air, but leaving it open throughout the night posed the risk of catching a cold. It would be highly beneficial if the hotel could consider providing a humidifier, as the air in the room felt excessively dry. Overall, my stay at this hotel was truly amazing. The cleanliness of the hotel, the exceptional staff, and the convenient location all contributed to a memorable experience. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Harbin and would absolutely choose to stay here again on my next visit. The management may want to look into improving the room temperature control and addressing the dryness in the air to ensure an even more pleasant stay for future guests.

The room was very clean and spacious, and they even offered afternoon snacks. The front desk and housekeeping staff were all excellent. The front desk even helped me with my luggage. My first stop in Harbin was a great experience, and I'll definitely be back or recommend it to friends!

A lixeira era esvaziada todos os dias, mas eles não arrumam a cama. O chuveiro estava quebrado e era difícil de usar, e o protetor de colchão era grande demais para a cama e ficava escorregando. Os funcionários foram muito simpáticos e prestativos. A localização era complicada, pois o hotel fica em uma avenida principal muito movimentada, de mão única e com poucas vias de acesso, o que significa que os táxis precisam passar bem longe do hotel antes de fazer o retorno para deixar os hóspedes. A desvantagem de usar o Didi ou táxis comuns são os motoristas mal-educados e impacientes. Eles cobraram tarifas muito altas durante o Natal. Frequentemente ficávamos presos no trânsito, tendo que caminhar de 2 a 4 km de volta para o hotel. No geral, fiquei decepcionado com a cidade. Muitos prédios estavam deteriorados e abandonados, com janelas quebradas e tinta descascando, o que me lembrou de *********************. As ruas estavam muito sujas e a proximidade de uma escola só piorou o congestionamento no trajeto de ida e volta do hotel. Os rumores de que o Natal é uma época menos movimentada e melhor para visitar Harbin não são verdadeiros. A multidão estragou a experiência na Igreja de Santa Sofia, principalmente os influenciadores digitais vestidos com roupas ridículas, posando em temperaturas congelantes nas escadarias e cantos da igreja, arruinando qualquer oportunidade para fotos. As barracas e lojas ao redor da igreja eram muito caras. Visitei algumas outras igrejas, como a de Santo Aleksiev e o Templo de Jile, que valeram muito a pena. O ponto alto da minha viagem foi a Mansão Volga, a Rua Barroca e a Ponte Ferroviária de Songhua. As esculturas de neve da Ilha do Sol eram muito agradáveis, fáceis de percorrer e sem aglomeração. Havia bastante espaço para caminhar pelo parque, brincar na neve e pegar o teleférico sobre o rio. As filas não eram longas do lado da Ilha do Sol, mas do lado de Harbin, as filas para o teleférico eram enormes. O Danny's Beer, na área da Rua Barroca, é uma visita obrigatória e oferece comida e hospitalidade acolhedoras, deliciosas e calorosas. Fica a 4,7 km da ponte sobre o Rio Songhua e oferece boa comida a preços muito razoáveis. Não visitei o parque de esculturas de gelo nem os espetáculos de luzes devido às filas de espera de três horas, à grande quantidade de pessoas e às condições escorregadias. O Parque dos Tigres foi uma experiência mediana e, principalmente, irritante devido às pessoas que provocavam os tigres com pedaços de carne que eles não conseguiam alcançar; tudo em nome de uma oportunidade para tirar uma foto. Se você é um amante dos animais, é melhor evitar o Parque dos Tigres. Por fim, um grande ponto positivo foram os banheiros públicos perto do Rio Songhua, que estavam impressionantemente limpos.

GGuest UserOne of the coziest hotels I’ve ever stayed in! From the first moments inside I was smitten by the fresh aroma in the hotel, which was lingering in the lift and in the rooms. It’s not an unbearable perfume, but a very subtle hint of floral freshness. The hotel is undoubtedly clean and comfortable; everything from the hairdryer and shampoo to the massage bed is wonderful and clearly maintained. They have a cute robot that delivers food straight to your room. The rooms are clean and the smart home function with its automatic curtains is very convenient on those lazy mornings before another eventful day. The breakfast is very cozy and tasty, I especially loved the steamed buns and the coconut coffee. The location is just right, the road allows for a comfortable taxi access, and within a 10-15 walk you can see the beautiful Central Street. And right outside the hotel there are many delicious food options (though, I recommend robot delivery for ultimate cozyness). The staff is polite and helpful, especially the ladies (I once again confirmed ladies are always much more professional and helpful in every nation, the young man at the counter was not helpful at all). All in all, this hotel made my stay very enjoyable. If I’ll have an opportunity to return to Harbin, I would love to choose this hotel again 💖

UUsuário convidadoLocated conveniently and walking distance to the famous Zhong Yang Da Jie. Check in is easy and thus hardly interacted with the staff whom seems to be unfriendly. Room wise is spacious and quite comfy. But some lights are not working. Im concern about cleanliness as the teaspoon wasn’t washed the next day though cup was washed. Coffee was not replaced. Bedsheet still feels untidy. Location is good and room spacious so it’s ok. Room it’s hot and thus we need to keep windows open to cool it down.
