I have to make this review before the winter ends because this homestay deserves all the guests coming to snow town and snow valley. The hospitality of the owners is beyond imagination, i’m not kidding! They have been extremely helpful in guiding us throughout our travel to snow town and snow valley. We communicate using a translator but it still feels like speaking with a friend. Don’t hesitate to ask questions regarding your trip and the activities that you want to do. As for us, we booked a 3d/2n stay with them. They helped us maximize our itinerary as well. 2 nights before our tour, the owner gave us the number of bus driver. We paid the bus tickets in advance. Day 1 8am-2pm - Bus from Harbin to Snow Town (Xuexiang). We left our luggages in the bus. Tickets bought at the entrance. Dont worry about prebooking. Play in Snow Town until 8pm. 8pm - Bus ride from Snow Town to Snow Valley. The bus driver already knows where to drop us. At the bus stop, we were fetched by car and brought to the inn (~2 min ride). Day 2 9am-4pm Play at Guoxiongling Bear Ridge. For 400rmb/pax, we went up the mountain by snowmobile. We played banana boat drift, snowmobile, some went skiing and a super amazing view! There were also fun group activities! :) Note: The owner gave us drone videos of ourselves and took pictures of us. He also brought his insta360 and gave us copies of group activities videos. You can also use this during the banana boat drift which would look awesome with insta360. The owner is also a licensed ski instructed but my husband didn’t want to ski so there’s that. Haha. We went down around 3pm by snowmobile. At 5pm, we ordered dinner from their restaurant. The Northeastern Fish Stew is amazing!! Try it and thank me later. After dinner we did the hot water in ice trick for Free! We also had fun talking about traveling and sharing stories of our pets, while having tea, frozen persimmons, peach and sunflower seeds. 🥰 Day 3 Departure date. Bus leaves at 6am and 9am. They booked the bus for us back to harbin. I wish we could have stayed longer! Room we stayed had a heated Kang bed. The floor had heating too. Toiletries are complete with indoor slippers. Breakfast serving is large! The room is clean, with water heater. On top of that, it’s 1/10th of the price of snow town accommodations. Snow village offers a unique experience away from the glittery lights and sounds of snow town. It is both peaceful and charming. Thank you Liu Bo and your husband for the awesome stay we had. Tive uma excelente experiência no Harbin Central Street Habsburg Hotel. Todos os funcionários estão dispostos a nos ajudar e garantir que tenhamos a melhor experiência possível neste hotel e em Harbin. Nunca ficamos sem itens de higiene pessoal em nosso quarto, e eles são repostos sempre que possível. Comemorei o aniversário do meu parceiro durante a nossa estadia e um funcionário até preparou uma surpresa para nós! Este hotel tem uma localização conveniente. A maioria dos pontos turísticos fica a uma curta distância a pé, e a estação de metrô fica em frente ao hotel. Este é um hotel com vista para o Rio Songhua. Possui salas de reunião, lojas de presentes e academia. A única coisa que pode ser melhorada é a limpeza do carpete. O carpete tem manchas visíveis, o que é compreensível, já que é difícil de limpar. Definitivamente me hospedaria neste hotel novamente! Obrigado a todos os funcionários.

After taking 5 hours Journey on a 40 seater public bus that cost me 100 yuan i arrived at a beautiful homestay run by family, the homestay is the 1st at the entrance of the village. Room is comfortable with huge bed and heated bed and floor, eventhou the bed is just a thin mattress (its call a Kang Bed) but i still can sleep soundly every night. Only things need to change is the toilet because our toilet bowl is right at the center so i cant shower or use the basin (no space to stand)😀 They provide toothbrush and disposable face towel only so you have to bring your own towel and toiletries. Restaurant, reception counter and living room are together, this is a place for the owner and all guests to have meal and gathering. You will see them all day at the living room. We also have some activities such as making tanghulu (fruits coated with syrup), making dumpling and just chit chat eating popcorn and frozen persimmon and pear. Food is so yummy, no need to eat outside because you can order from this homestay. Breakfast is free. Its a simple and healthy- plain porridge, bun and pickles. The northern people are not so much into sugary or fancy drinks, even like tea or coffees. plain hot water is what they had most of the time. Lunch and dinner you can choose from their menu. Few activities you can do in town such as walk around town and enjoy the beautiful scenery like what i did, i also took the sleight horse (200 yuan) to go to the national forest and also stroll along the river for sightseeing. If u want to have ski, snow mobile, tubing there are 2 private own mini park that you can go just by walking distance 5-15 minutes. There is a bigger park Rime Ridge, also known as Wu Song Ling, is a place in Harbin, China where you can see rime and snow scenery, and participate in winter activities this will cost 400 yuan. At night there will be campfire and singing at the village. You can join for free. Go for a walk at night to see lots of villagers selling foods by the road side. I also enjoyed experimenting the ‘boiling water thrown into the sky’ ..beautiful effect from the ice steam. Most important please bring extra cash incase the alipay not working you will still have money. There is no bank or atm machine in the village. Its all solely depending on online payment such as allipay/wechat. I have problem with my alipay payment and I didn’t bring much cash so i cant spend so much at the village. The homestay owner knew about my problem so she worry i dont have enough money to eat so she cook meals for me FREE.. such a nice person. God bless her 🙏🏼 I wish to come again with my family, and i will stay here

Every day since leaving Xinfu, I've been missing the sledding hill behind the lodge (it was free and unlimited!). The owner even helps guests take photoshoots like 'splashing water into ice' (he took three amazing shots for me 😎) and 'glowing with colors.' He's an incredibly skilled photographer, and those pictures instantly elevated my social media game. They also organized a session where we all made candied hawthorns together. As an extrovert, being able to chat with everyone like that was just so enjoyable! The owner also led the trip to Wusong Ridge, keeping us entertained, taking photos, and even teaching us how to ski along the way. As someone from the south, I truly got to experience the thrill of playing wildly in the snow! And of course, the accommodation itself was very unique, with a traditional heated *kang* bed, ensuring a deep sleep until morning. Waking up to hot porridge in the morning was just heavenly!

My friend and I had the pleasure of staying at Grand Mercure hotel in Harbin, and I must say it was an exceptional experience. From the moment we entered, I was struck by the spotlessly clean surroundings and the comfortable feeling that enveloped us. The high ceiling added a touch of grandeur to the ambiance, making it feel a luxury 5-star accommodation, all at a budget-friendly price. The highlight of our stay was undoubtedly the comfortable bed and fresh linens. I had the best sleep and woke up feeling refreshed, as if I had slept like a baby. The attention to detail in ensuring a comfortable sleep experience was truly commendable. The hotel staff deserves special mention for their exceptional service. Despite some language barriers, they went above and beyond to assist me with anything I needed and provide accurate information. I vividly remember ALAN CHEN or Chan, although I'm unsure of the exact spelling of his name. He was always attentive to our concerns and questions, taking the time to communicate and ensure we received the correct directions. Their dedication and willingness to assist made a lasting impression on me. In terms of location, the hotel was conveniently located near a bus stop, making it easily accessible from the airport which is around 45mins or less. The ride took less than 10 minutes to reach the high-speed railway station from the hotel. However, I must mention that there weren't many convenient shops in the immediate vicinity, which might be a minor inconvenience for some travelers. Our only issue during our stay was the room temperature, which was quite warm. Despite adjusting the thermostat, we couldn't achieve a comfortable coolness. We resorted to opening the window slightly to let in some fresh air, but leaving it open throughout the night posed the risk of catching a cold. It would be highly beneficial if the hotel could consider providing a humidifier, as the air in the room felt excessively dry. Overall, my stay at this hotel was truly amazing. The cleanliness of the hotel, the exceptional staff, and the convenient location all contributed to a memorable experience. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Harbin and would absolutely choose to stay here again on my next visit. The management may want to look into improving the room temperature control and addressing the dryness in the air to ensure an even more pleasant stay for future guests.

O quarto parece bem menor do que nas fotos do site, mas é adequado para quem viaja sozinho. Embora as garrafas de água fossem trocadas diariamente, as xícaras de chá sujas nunca foram recolhidas ou lavadas durante minha estadia de 4 dias, e eu tive que enxaguá-las no banheiro. A lixeira era esvaziada todos os dias, mas eles não arrumam a cama. O chuveiro estava quebrado e era difícil de usar, e o protetor de colchão era grande demais para a cama e ficava escorregando. Os funcionários foram muito simpáticos e prestativos. A localização era complicada, pois o hotel fica em uma avenida principal muito movimentada, de mão única e com poucas vias de acesso, o que significa que os táxis precisam passar bem longe do hotel antes de fazer o retorno para deixar os hóspedes. A desvantagem de usar o Didi ou táxis comuns são os motoristas mal-educados e impacientes. Eles cobraram tarifas muito altas durante o Natal. Frequentemente ficávamos presos no trânsito, tendo que caminhar de 2 a 4 km de volta para o hotel. No geral, fiquei decepcionado com a cidade. Muitos prédios estavam deteriorados e abandonados, com janelas quebradas e tinta descascando, o que me lembrou de *********************. As ruas estavam muito sujas e a proximidade de uma escola só piorou o congestionamento no trajeto de ida e volta do hotel. Os rumores de que o Natal é uma época menos movimentada e melhor para visitar Harbin não são verdadeiros. A multidão estragou a experiência na Igreja de Santa Sofia, principalmente os influenciadores digitais vestidos com roupas ridículas, posando em temperaturas congelantes nas escadarias e cantos da igreja, arruinando qualquer oportunidade para fotos. As barracas e lojas ao redor da igreja eram muito caras. Visitei algumas outras igrejas, como a de Santo Aleksiev e o Templo de Jile, que valeram muito a pena. O ponto alto da minha viagem foi a Mansão Volga, a Rua Barroca e a Ponte Ferroviária de Songhua. As esculturas de neve da Ilha do Sol eram muito agradáveis, fáceis de percorrer e sem aglomeração. Havia bastante espaço para caminhar pelo parque, brincar na neve e pegar o teleférico sobre o rio. As filas não eram longas do lado da Ilha do Sol, mas do lado de Harbin, as filas para o teleférico eram enormes. O Danny's Beer, na área da Rua Barroca, é uma visita obrigatória e oferece comida e hospitalidade acolhedoras, deliciosas e calorosas. Fica a 4,7 km da ponte sobre o Rio Songhua e oferece boa comida a preços muito razoáveis. Não visitei o parque de esculturas de gelo nem os espetáculos de luzes devido às filas de espera de três horas, à grande quantidade de pessoas e às condições escorregadias. O Parque dos Tigres foi uma experiência mediana e, principalmente, irritante devido às pessoas que provocavam os tigres com pedaços de carne que eles não conseguiam alcançar; tudo em nome de uma oportunidade para tirar uma foto. Se você é um amante dos animais, é melhor evitar o Parque dos Tigres. Por fim, um grande ponto positivo foram os banheiros públicos perto do Rio Songhua, que estavam impressionantemente limpos.

Está numa boa localização, a cerca de 7 minutos a pé da Estação de Harbin. A TV é difícil de usar, o que é um pequeno problema. A pressão e a temperatura da água do chuveiro são boas. É bom que haja uma máquina de lavar roupa. Havia um cheiro de esgoto vindo do ralo. Acho que é um hotel decente pelo preço. Pessoas que valorizam a localização vão gostar deste hotel. Acho que os funcionários são atenciosos.

A localização era muito conveniente e os funcionários muito simpáticos, porém encontramos alguns insetos no nosso quarto.

We chose this hotel for our trip to Yabuli, and its location is fantastic. There are plenty of recreational activities right within the resort. Our stay was excellent; the room was clean and tidy, well-equipped, and the bedding was super comfortable. The front desk staff were warm and attentive, and check-in was very efficient. The environment is quiet, and overall, it offers good value for money. Plus, the sightseeing cable car offers beautiful views, and the Rainbow Flying Carpet is exciting and fun! Highly recommend!

The location of the hotel is so convinient, it's close to grocery stores, restaurants, mosques and morning markets and many more. The staff is very helpfull, the environment in here is so warm. I like my stay in here.
