We received excellent service at this hotel during our check in provided by Aaryan. Aaryan helped guide us into the parking garage, was super friendly and got us a room in the main tower where there was an elevator to use (despite our booking in the less expensive annex room). He even offered to provide us suggestions for the sunny weather during our stay in Munich and made sure to say hello and check in on us each time we saw it. It was natural and friendly customer service. The hotel is a little older and has some interesting decor. The room had a futon couch, a good bed, desk area, coffee/tea station, closet, mini fridge (with some pop and water you could pay for), an iPod dock, a good sized TV, and plenty of counter space to put our things. They provided gummy bears and a couple of cookies in our room too which was nice. The bed was comfy for me and the hotel can provide more bedding or pillows on request. We felt the cleanliness could have been better as our tea cups were a bit dirty. The bathroom was interesting with two stools but really a place to put them. The shower was not our favourite with no door or shower curtain and the glass was not enough to keep the water in. There is an all in one shampoo/body wash that was ok. The towels were a little thin and could use replacement. The cost of the hotel was good and we felt it was a decent location. It is a bit far from the main attractions of Munich but it has good public transport access including the nearby central station which is less than 10 minutes away from the hotel. There are a few restaurants and convenience stores by the hotel that are open quite late and there are some Bavarian/Oktoberfest souvenir stores nearby. I felt safe walking around alone at night to get a late night doner. The breakfast at the hotel is pretty good with a good variety of food including deli meats, cheeses, bread, yogurt, fruit, juice, coffee and tea. There was lots of seating available including some artsy chairs. There is limited parking at this hotel and it is very tight so we are glad we rented a compact. If you choose to park here you have to go in to see reception so they can open the door and guide you to your spot. It may also be recommended to contact the hotel in advance to reserve a spot. The front desk initially said it was 20 euros for parking but charged us 22. There are other parkades nearby but due to the construction in the area we felt there was convenient having the car parked at the hotel.

The hotel is right next to the Munich Central station. There is a supermarket store nearby within 1 min walking. The Neni Chicken restaurant provides delicious food at night, and the vibe is excellent. Overall, we are satisfied with the stay!

The hotel is very clean and confartable the location is in a residential area but far from city center not very well connected by public transportation. The room is well equipped with amenities coffee machine and kettle .fridge. the shower is awesome. Didn't try the breakfast.

Hotel agradável, extremamente perto da estação Harras (há um elevador para a plataforma U do lado de fora), o que tornou bastante conveniente ir a qualquer estação da cidade. Poucas lojas abrem à noite depois das 23h, mas felizmente havia um McDonald's, então eu ainda poderia comer alguma coisa. O quarto não era barulhento, apesar de estar na beira da estrada. Os funcionários foram extremamente simpáticos e prestativos, atendendo às minhas necessidades, mesmo quando pedi para trocar de quarto. O quarto também era limpo e espaçoso o suficiente. Recomendaria!

Perto das saídas D ou E do metrô, ótima localização. Cafés, restaurantes turcos e asiáticos bem embaixo e ao redor do hotel. Não há escova de dentes, pente ou chinelos. Os géis de banho vêm todos em um único frasco. Portanto, não é para quem é exigente. Mas o banheiro é espaçoso e o vaso sanitário é separado.

Hotel teams are very kind and ready to respond to your requests. Food is perfect and delicious. Hotel is quite new and clean. Location is a bit far from Munich center but it is very convenient for traveling. Also, very clean and safe area. Hotel is far from train station just 1-2 min walk.

Given the comments I read from other travellers, the hotel actually has far exceeded my expectation. First of all, there is a U-bahn station right next to the hotel, which takes you only 2 minutes to the central station. The room is spacious, clean and air-conditioned, which is rather rare among other hotels in Germany. It also comes with a large window, which makes the entire room bright and cosy. The front-desk service is 24 hours. The staff are all friendly and helpful.

**Pontos negativos:** 1. O hotel não dispõe de receção com funcionários, sendo necessário fazer o check-in online com antecedência. O e-mail para o check-in foi parar à caixa de spam e não fui avisado(a) previamente. Ao chegar ao hotel, deparei-me com dois pequenos problemas ao tentar efetuar o processo de check-in, tendo de contactar o serviço de apoio ao cliente online da Ctrip, o que me fez perder meia hora e foi bastante inconveniente. 2. Os quartos virados para a rua são muito barulhentos. Constantemente passam carros potentes a alta velocidade na estrada, fazendo bastante ruído. **Pontos positivos:** 1. O hotel é relativamente novo e dispõe de todas as comodidades básicas, com a ressalva de não ter ar condicionado. 2. A estação de metro fica a 7/8 minutos a pé e o centro da cidade está a 15 minutos de metro. 3. O melhor é que há um centro comercial enorme na estação de metro, e nas proximidades há todo o tipo de lojas.

由於啤酒節期間，周邊酒店價格都翻了好幾倍，考慮再三選了這家酒店。這是一家連鎖酒店式公寓，離地鐵很近，五分鐘步行即可到達。酒店周邊非常安靜，周邊是一兩個公司，和一個小區公寓，因此也很安全。 酒店的前台都很熱情，都會多國語言，溝通無障礙。 酒店提供簡單早餐，對於居住十來天的人來説，選擇少了點。酒店餐廳提供客人免費咖啡。 免費WiFi必不可少。電視節目基本德語，所以十來天的入住沒有使用過電視。 房間乾淨整潔，冰箱，爐子，咖啡機，以及各類餐具齊全。也適合全家旅遊度假。 總的來説還是不錯，值得推薦。
