We received excellent service at this hotel during our check in provided by Aaryan. Aaryan helped guide us into the parking garage, was super friendly and got us a room in the main tower where there was an elevator to use (despite our booking in the less expensive annex room). He even offered to provide us suggestions for the sunny weather during our stay in Munich and made sure to say hello and check in on us each time we saw it. It was natural and friendly customer service. The hotel is a little older and has some interesting decor. The room had a futon couch, a good bed, desk area, coffee/tea station, closet, mini fridge (with some pop and water you could pay for), an iPod dock, a good sized TV, and plenty of counter space to put our things. They provided gummy bears and a couple of cookies in our room too which was nice. The bed was comfy for me and the hotel can provide more bedding or pillows on request. We felt the cleanliness could have been better as our tea cups were a bit dirty. The bathroom was interesting with two stools but really a place to put them. The shower was not our favourite with no door or shower curtain and the glass was not enough to keep the water in. There is an all in one shampoo/body wash that was ok. The towels were a little thin and could use replacement. The cost of the hotel was good and we felt it was a decent location. It is a bit far from the main attractions of Munich but it has good public transport access including the nearby central station which is less than 10 minutes away from the hotel. There are a few restaurants and convenience stores by the hotel that are open quite late and there are some Bavarian/Oktoberfest souvenir stores nearby. I felt safe walking around alone at night to get a late night doner. The breakfast at the hotel is pretty good with a good variety of food including deli meats, cheeses, bread, yogurt, fruit, juice, coffee and tea. There was lots of seating available including some artsy chairs. There is limited parking at this hotel and it is very tight so we are glad we rented a compact. If you choose to park here you have to go in to see reception so they can open the door and guide you to your spot. It may also be recommended to contact the hotel in advance to reserve a spot. The front desk initially said it was 20 euros for parking but charged us 22. There are other parkades nearby but due to the construction in the area we felt there was convenient having the car parked at the hotel.

The location is very convenient, with the metro just outside and the train station within walking distance. The staff at the front desk were very welcoming and friendly. I was lucky enough to be put in a corner room, so I thought it was fairly quiet as a hotel by the street. The facilities may not be really new but I had no problems using them.

Hampton by Hilton é um hotel expresso na Alemanha, assim como o Holiday Inn Express. O quarto é muito novo e fica a cerca de 10 quilômetros das principais atrações da cidade. É adequado para dirigir sozinho. Há estacionamento gratuito. Se o estacionamento gratuito estiver lotado, você também pode ir ao estacionamento do supermercado 100 metros de distância, o que é muito grande. O pequeno-almoço é muito médio, apenas pão simples, produtos lácteos e ovos. Ao lado há um grande parque de escritórios, que é um hotel de negócios.

Hotel teams are very kind and ready to respond to your requests. Food is perfect and delicious. Hotel is quite new and clean. Location is a bit far from Munich center but it is very convenient for traveling. Also, very clean and safe area. Hotel is far from train station just 1-2 min walk.

Given the comments I read from other travellers, the hotel actually has far exceeded my expectation. First of all, there is a U-bahn station right next to the hotel, which takes you only 2 minutes to the central station. The room is spacious, clean and air-conditioned, which is rather rare among other hotels in Germany. It also comes with a large window, which makes the entire room bright and cosy. The front-desk service is 24 hours. The staff are all friendly and helpful.

Bom hotel sem frescuras. Quarto limpo com chuveiro decente. A escolha do café da manhã era limitada, mas adequada. Excelente localização em frente à estação ferroviária central. O traslado do aeroporto sai e pega fora do hotel, o que foi um bônus adicional. Recomendo comer e beber no bar Pasto, a algumas portas do hotel. Excelente valor, boas porções e funcionários simpáticos.

A localização é muito próxima, bem em frente à estação de trem. Na Europa, não há ar-condicionado, geralmente há ventiladores. Infelizmente, os ventiladores são por ordem de chegada. Não consegui dormir nada depois de passar metade da noite assando. No dia seguinte, desci várias vezes cedo para pegar um ventilador emprestado. Depois do almoço, encontrei o funcionário da limpeza. Ele foi muito gentil e me emprestou um ventilador naquela noite, o que tornou tudo muito mais confortável. É um hotel econômico para uma noite de passagem. Não me hospedaria lá novamente no verão, a menos que você tenha medo do calor intenso.

酒店就在電車站隔壁，房間雖然小但是看得出是有歷史有經驗的酒店，前台、打掃服務都很到位。房間裏面有保險箱，單人房也有窗户，總體來説性價比高。走路去中央火車站也衹需要大約十五分鐘。附近有機場大巴點和DM超市。

The staff members are really, really nice, genuinely welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. From check-in to check-out, they made me feel incredibly comfortable. They are happy to give you local tips, recommend nearby bakeries for breakfast, and help you navigate the local transport. It truly feels like a warm, family-run business. 🅿️ Amazing Free Parking! One of the absolute highlights of this hotel is the free parking. Anyone who has traveled to Munich knows that finding parking can be a total nightmare and incredibly expensive. Having free, secure parking right at the hotel is an absolute game-changer and saved me so much money and stress!

The location is close to the center. The room I stayed in was quite small but it was enough for me. I stayed for 1 day. It might be a problem for those who stay longer.
