We had a wonderful stay here. The owner is extremely kind and helpful. They helped us arrange transportation from Harbin to Snow Village & Snow Valley, and also back to Harbin, which made our trip very smooth and stress-free. They also arranged our snow activities at Bear Ridge, so everything was well taken care of. They were very accommodating and even taught us how to throw hot water in the cold weather — such a fun experience! The room was warm and comfortable, even when the temperature outside was very cold. The bathroom was equipped with a smart toilet, which made our stay even more comfortable. Breakfast was provided every morning and it was delicious. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay here and truly appreciate the owner’s hospitality. Highly recommended!

My trip to Snow Valley was amazing, made even better by a wonderful host. My friends and I stayed at Kuolanting Inn, and the service was excellent—even before the trip began. From the moment we arrived, the host’s hospitality made us feel truly at home. All the activities were well arranged by the host and were absolutely amazing. I would highly recommend staying here, as the host genuinely provides outstanding care and attention. Do stay here—you won’t regret it, and you’ll bring home unforgettable memories.

Highly recommend this B&B—it offers incredible value for money and an amazing experience. **Cleanliness and Environment**: A delightful surprise! I honestly expected the cleanliness to be subpar given the low price, but upon arrival, I found the B&B to be incredibly cozy, tidy, and clean. **Service**: The owner is fantastic. They offered activity suggestions, helped us book transportation, and even dropped us off at the starting point for our Yangcaoshan mountain trek early in the morning. They even checked in with us during our journey to see if we were on schedule to reach Snow Town. The owner also helped us get hot water for the 'ice-splashing' game. **Food**: The B&B offers a menu with local wild vegetables, and the dishes are prepared in a delicious, home-style manner. The restaurant is managed by the owner's parents, who are both very warm and friendly.

Every day since leaving Xinfu, I've been missing the sledding hill behind the lodge (it was free and unlimited!). The owner even helps guests take photoshoots like 'splashing water into ice' (he took three amazing shots for me 😎) and 'glowing with colors.' He's an incredibly skilled photographer, and those pictures instantly elevated my social media game. They also organized a session where we all made candied hawthorns together. As an extrovert, being able to chat with everyone like that was just so enjoyable! The owner also led the trip to Wusong Ridge, keeping us entertained, taking photos, and even teaching us how to ski along the way. As someone from the south, I truly got to experience the thrill of playing wildly in the snow! And of course, the accommodation itself was very unique, with a traditional heated *kang* bed, ensuring a deep sleep until morning. Waking up to hot porridge in the morning was just heavenly!

Big thanks to Sister Qiu for always responding to our inquiries and to the boss, Hongbo, for the warm hospitality and care. We had a very comfortable and fun four-day, three-night stay (Dec 27-30) in Snow Valley. The warm beds, hot meals, and enjoying all the entertainment activities in Snow Valley and Snow Village gave our group of four an extraordinary winter experience. At Xiongling in Snow Valley, we tried snowmobiling, snow tubing, skiing, and snow drifting (super thrilling!). **Friendly reminder**: Please wear sunglasses, a mask, and a snow hat. This will help prevent the cold snow from hitting your face when you're snow drifting. The snow hitting your face is incredibly, unbelievably cold! For the Yangcaoshan itinerary, I recommend buying tickets for the horse-drawn sled and taking the snowmobile all the way up the mountain. Hiking would be a very long and time-consuming distance. For the second half, we opted to hike down to Snow Village, and the snow scenery along the way was absolutely spectacular, perfect for photos. You can also buy a small sled to enjoy some exciting mini snow runs on the way down. **The only drawback**: The shower head in the bathroom had low water pressure, so it took a bit longer to shower.

Less crowd in Wuchang Snow Valley compare to Xuexiang Snow Town. Booked our chartered car through the innkeeper for RMB2400 for 3 days Harbin- Wuchang Snow Valley - Xuexiang Snow Town - Volga Manor. The inn did not provide bath towel so i suggest you bring your own bath towel. They can only provide small face towel. The place is run by the family.. they are so nice.. We took pictures near the inn at the evening or the father play the roundfire for us to take picture at night. In the morning the next day we book trip to Wu Song Ling for RMB400/pax guided by the innkeeper son which we call him titi (younger brother).. It was the most fun & memorable activities of our entire Harbin trip of 8 days.. Walking at the snow jungle was the most we loved. Titi also taught us to ski but I don't speak chinese so i can't understand the instruction given. I gave up learning to sli on my third fall hahaha... Overall, we highly recomended Snow Valley for you to visit for natural snow experiances.

The host was warm and helpful, always asking where I wanted to go and driving us there. Since i were alone, the host may not have realized that i needed breakfast, so i should have asked first. However, overall, the host was kind and provided me with the best advice. Thank you.

But from the moment I stepped into the hotel, the staff's warmth and welcome dispelled all my concerns. The room itself was immaculate, with comfortable, new bedsheets and a spotless washroom. The heating system was a blessing in the freezing temperatures, and we slept soundly each night. What sets this hotel apart, however, is its people. The staff's genuine warmth, kindness, and willingness to go the extra mile make it a true gem in this chilly city. The best host in my trip!! Very helpful with all our inquiries, would try to find the best solutions to our problems, and provided almost everything we need!! They can arrange all sorts of activities with transportation, so you can just come by trains to Yabuli and they will arrange for everything you want. The hotel also has a restaurant with excellent food, affordable price, and free hot drinks!! The rooms are comfortable, clean, with basic amenities including bath towel and toiletries. Hot water was available 24/7, in a volumetric heated tank. So even if someone used up a lot of hot water, you can just wait for 15-30 minutes until the tank refilled with hot water. If I have any recommendation, the only thing would be to have more cloth hangers available in the rooms, because our trip was in winter, and we have a lot of jackets and coats. Overall, would recommend this accommodation to my friends and families. Hope to visit you again!!

The room was very clean and odor-free, and the service was excellent. The courtyard environment was even better, very beautiful, and the kids loved it and were super excited. There's also a spacious living room and a terrace. Complimentary breakfast is provided, and the small cold dishes were delicious. It was easy to find with navigation, and parking was convenient. There's nothing negative to say about this place! I've already recommended it to my good friends, and I'd recommend it to everyone. It's definitely the top choice for budget-friendly accommodation when traveling to Yabuli.
