"Overall facilities were great! Super clean, super well put together and well stocked. Good value for money. Loved the common areas/reception - so spacious and well thought out with great cooking supplies. Only note would be the music in this area was quite loud so harder to have a conversation over. Breakfast is just toast with spread but appreciated none the less."

"Public area is very comfortable ,has lights and good ventilation. The self-checkin machine is convenient, key your first name or middle name ,your phone number. then scan your passport. The shower has good pressure and the temperature of warm water is optimum, not too hot to harm the old people's skin as many other hotels do. staffs have good services though they don't have smiles on their face. The hostel has breakfasts and snacks too. Nice and quiet place , Good sleep."

愛愛旅遊的灣灣挪威森林文創館是在攜程上訂的，價格真的很香，香到我差點忘了看一個重點： 👉 入住時間是晚上 8 點。沒錯，是晚上。 我下午四點多抵達，還一度以為是自己太早到，後來只好乖乖詢問櫃檯能不能加價提早入住，幸好是可以的，不然可能要在夜市「先住四個小時」。 說到夜市，飯店地點真的無話可說，就在夜市旁邊，便利到不行。唯一的困擾是—— 每一攤看起來都很好吃，幾乎不踩雷，選擇多到反而不知道該吃哪一個，這大概是最幸福的煩惱了。 房間非常大，也有浴缸，空間給得很大方，只是比較可惜的是熱水不太熱，泡澡時會開始懷疑自己是不是在進行「溫水養生行程」。 不過說實話，以這個價格＋地點來看，整體 CP 值還是很高的，該有的都有，也住得算舒服。 最後還是要再提醒一次： ⚠️ 訂房時請務必看清楚入住時間是晚上 8 點，不然會像我一樣，提早到卻只能先思考人生或先把夜市吃一輪。

GGeraldLim1Had a great stay at Hotel Si! The showers had constant hot water with strong pressure, and they even provided travel adapters. The water dispensers on every floor were clean and convenient. The lobby was spacious, open, and beautifully decorated with plenty of plants. However, an important thing to note—our room had a balcony, and the toilet was located outside on it. This can be inconvenient, especially at night or in winter when you have to take a few chilly steps back to the bedroom after a shower. The Sealy bed was super comfortable, but the blanket wasn’t the best. The duvet cover kept shifting due to loose ties, which left empty spaces inside. The TV was large and had YouTube and Netflix, but it was quite laggy—maybe Haier isn’t the best brand for TVs. On the plus side, the location is fantastic! There’s a great massage parlour and a live band bar nearby. That said, the strict 4 PM check-in policy can lead to long queues, and parking is limited to just five spots outside, though alternatives are available. One small suggestion—the hotel might want to consider rebranding as ”Hotel Xi” instead of ”Hotel Si,” as ”Si” means ”die” in Mandarin, which is a cultural taboo for Chinese guests. Overall, it’s a decent option if the price is right. The separate toilet setup was a huge downside for me, but the convenience of the location makes up for it. Would consider staying again!

EEd TanMore for budget travellers, it's a decent stay for that price however cleanliness of the room was undesirable with dormant dust lingering since the moment we stepped in and persisted after a request to make up the rooms. Overall location was great but the room, bed and environment makes one very very itchy. Room is quite small but at least there is a communal area for eating takeout.

UUsuário anônimoStayed here from 10 Apr to 14 Apr. It is about 10-15mins walk Taichung Railway station. The hotel is within the central district of Taichung (buildings are older here), but the hotel itself looks and feel relatively new and modern. It is conveniently located near lots of food options, and the Taichung Second Market and Miyahara is only about 5-10mins walk away. The room is clean and spacious. It has a nice modern design too. The basic amenities such as shampoo, shower gel, lotion and hairdryer are provided. Can’t seem to find local channels on the TV but you can use apps like netflix and youtube. The hotel also provides complimentary breakfast, tea time (if i recall correctly) and supper. The variety is acceptable given that this is not a big hotel. food is decent too. For breakfast there was a mini salad bar, porridge station, various steamed buns, toasts. For supper, there were braised minced meat rice and side dishes, soup, DIY noodle station, steamed buns, toasts, DIY beancurd station, some snacks/tidbits. There is also dessert with red/green bean soup, drinks and ice cream. Just one minor hiccup - a false fire alarm was trigger at 4am on one of the nights which only affected the higher floors from 9th storey and above. The guests on our storey werent aware if the lift is working or if it is safe to use and we ended up climbing the stairs down, only to find out later that there was no real fire. The affected guests waited at the lounge for about 30mins as the alarm was still ringing. The firemen eventually came and turned off the alarm. The hotel did apologise for the inconvenience by pasting a notice in the lift and informed guests to reach out to them if there are any queries. It would be nice if the hotel can engage the affected guests more directly and possible provide some form of compensation as service recovery. Nonetheless, still a pleasant stay overall!

CchrslChance Hotel in Taichung is exactly what you’d expect for the price of a 3-star hotel, and there’s nothing to complain about at this price range. The hotel is clean and provides all the necessary amenities. The most important highlight is the location—it’s right next to Taichung Train Station. There are also many restaurants and convenience stores nearby, which makes everything very convenient. Overall, a good value stay.

JJRTHotel is located near the train station with about 10minutes walk and it’s very convenient. Staffs are very friendly and always assisting in every way possible from check-in to requests to check-out too. The rooms are very clean and comfortable, though room size is small but it sleep comfortably maximum of 2 person in a room. Overall had a great experience too and will definitely stay again.

VVT-Stayed in the hotel for 3 nights, location is within 5mins walking distance to Family Mart, different eateries and bus-stops. It is also within 15mins walking distance to Yizhong Street. The only possible negative I can think about is that you will have to shower in the bath tub (there's no separate showering area outside of the tub), which may not be suitable for elderlies. Other than that, we really loved the relaxing ambience of the hotel. Would recommend.

MMae SummersHotel was nicely designed. Location wasn't too bad too, near the bus station we wanted to take to Sun Moon Lake. The footprint of the room is quite small, and had a bit of smell which we think came from the shower curtain. Service was good - staff at the front counter were really helpful and accommodating.

KKim Long TanRight outside a bus stop which we took number 19 to visit Western Palace. Plus we transferred to 9018 all the way to Lukang old town from the Museum of Dinosaurs and Botanical garden. All a walking distance to 7-11 and nearby has restaurants. Room is alright for us. Bathroom is clean. There is a laundry room at 5th floor, both wash and dry are 50 dollars each. We are very pleased with this location and hotel quietness. Nice n comfy.
