Qiuguo Hotel (Harbin Central Street Sophia Songhuajiangpan Road) is close to Central Street, Sophia Church, Songhua River, and close to shopping centers, railway stations, hospitals and other convenient business districts.
"The hotel's location is excellent, very close to the subway station and airport shuttle. It's also easy to catch a taxi; just turn left onto the main road. Turning left also takes you directly to Central Avenue, and it's only a few minutes' walk to the Hongzhuan Street morning market. Getting around is very convenient, and there are plenty of places to eat and shop nearby downstairs. Our room had a balcony facing the street, but it was very quiet at night. The front desk service was great, and they even provided hot bottled water. The room had a separate wet and dry area, and while it was a bit small, the layout was relatively reasonable. If you have a large suitcase, you might not have much space to open it up, but if you're traveling light, it's highly recommended. It offers great value for money. I stayed for four days and overall, I was very satisfied."

"The staff is wonderful and they took care of us. We checked in at 2 o’clock in the morning and there were still waiting eagerly waiting to take care of us and we got in the room we had to sleep. The breakfast was great. They were able to translate and the breakfast is laid out nicely. We were given different options for the breakfast as well so we chose the buffet breakfast and it’s wonderful. I would recommend anyone to come here and stay and it is a fantastic place to stay at staff is friendly kind and the place is comfortable."

YYburnnavoyagesMy friend and I had the pleasure of staying at Grand Mercure hotel in Harbin, and I must say it was an exceptional experience. From the moment we entered, I was struck by the spotlessly clean surroundings and the comfortable feeling that enveloped us. The high ceiling added a touch of grandeur to the ambiance, making it feel a luxury 5-star accommodation, all at a budget-friendly price.
The highlight of our stay was undoubtedly the comfortable bed and fresh linens. I had the best sleep and woke up feeling refreshed, as if I had slept like a baby. The attention to detail in ensuring a comfortable sleep experience was truly commendable.
The hotel staff deserves special mention for their exceptional service. Despite some language barriers, they went above and beyond to assist me with anything I needed and provide accurate information. I vividly remember ALAN CHEN or Chan, although I'm unsure of the exact spelling of his name. He was always attentive to our concerns and questions, taking the time to communicate and ensure we received the correct directions. Their dedication and willingness to assist made a lasting impression on me.
In terms of location, the hotel was conveniently located near a bus stop, making it easily accessible from the airport which is around 45mins or less.
The ride took less than 10 minutes to reach the high-speed railway station from the hotel. However, I must mention that there weren't many convenient shops in the immediate vicinity, which might be a minor inconvenience for some travelers.
Our only issue during our stay was the room temperature, which was quite warm. Despite adjusting the thermostat, we couldn't achieve a comfortable coolness. We resorted to opening the window slightly to let in some fresh air, but leaving it open throughout the night posed the risk of catching a cold. It would be highly beneficial if the hotel could consider providing a humidifier, as the air in the room felt excessively dry.
Overall, my stay at this hotel was truly amazing. The cleanliness of the hotel, the exceptional staff, and the convenient location all contributed to a memorable experience. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Harbin and would absolutely choose to stay here again on my next visit. The management may want to look into improving the room temperature control and addressing the dryness in the air to ensure an even more pleasant stay for future guests.

This hotel welcomed me very well, provided tea, the staff were smiling, even the housekeeper was lovely. The hotel is clean, beautiful, near the main road and many important places, easy to travel. If I have a chance to go to China again, I will definitely stay here again.

GGuest UserThis hotel was incredibly comfortable. I woke up naturally refreshed every day. The location is also convenient; while it's a bit far from the 731 Unit Museum, it's quick to get to Daoli District. The hotel is cleaned thoroughly and promptly every day. The front desk staff were very professional and attentive, providing us with 6 bottles of water daily and even complimentary fruit. They were always ready to help. The hotel staff who assisted with luggage were also very thoughtful. The shuttle service was excellent too; you just need to book 2 hours in advance, and it can take you to Harbin Ice and Snow World and Sunac Snow Park at the adjacent Sunac Mall. There's also MixC nearby, offering a full range of dining, entertainment, and shopping options.

UUsuário convidadoWe stayed for two nights in August at this hotel and were impressed with the overall experience. The location is excellent for its proximity to the airport, and we were grateful for the late-night airport pickup.
The front desk staff were exceptionally helpful, patiently using translation apps to communicate with us. Our room was clean, fresh-smelling, beds were comfy and we loved the thoughtful touch of complimentary fruits.
The true highlight of our stay, however, was the restaurant staff. We arrived for dinner around 9 pm (the restaurant is in a separate building, also used for breakfast), and although the place was empty and they appeared to be closing, they warmly welcomed us in. They were incredibly caring and accommodating. The food was delicious, portions were very generous, and the prices were very reasonable. The kindness and smiles of these ladies made a lasting impression. We are actually returning to the hotel tomorrow and are genuinely excited to see them again!

GGuest UserOne of the coziest hotels I’ve ever stayed in! From the first moments inside I was smitten by the fresh aroma in the hotel, which was lingering in the lift and in the rooms. It’s not an unbearable perfume, but a very subtle hint of floral freshness. The hotel is undoubtedly clean and comfortable; everything from the hairdryer and shampoo to the massage bed is wonderful and clearly maintained. They have a cute robot that delivers food straight to your room. The rooms are clean and the smart home function with its automatic curtains is very convenient on those lazy mornings before another eventful day. The breakfast is very cozy and tasty, I especially loved the steamed buns and the coconut coffee. The location is just right, the road allows for a comfortable taxi access, and within a 10-15 walk you can see the beautiful Central Street. And right outside the hotel there are many delicious food options (though, I recommend robot delivery for ultimate cozyness). The staff is polite and helpful, especially the ladies (I once again confirmed ladies are always much more professional and helpful in every nation, the young man at the counter was not helpful at all). All in all, this hotel made my stay very enjoyable. If I’ll have an opportunity to return to Harbin, I would love to choose this hotel again 💖

O quarto do hotel é espaçoso e decorado em estilo europeu, as condições sanitárias são boas e as instalações são bastante completas, temos no quarto que costumamos usar. A sala tem ar condicionado central e ainda não pode produzir ar quente, mas o cara bonito na recepção trouxe um aquecedor elétrico para nós. Limitados à forma arquitetónica do castelo, os quartos não são muito quadrados. Embora o teleférico esteja no terceiro andar do hotel, você precisa passar o cartão da porta para entrar na área de habitação e no quarto, para que a segurança esteja bem.
Queria tirar a pequena bolsa de água quente do quarto, haha. A sujeira de várias chaleiras de água quente de hotéis foi repetidamente exposta no passado, mas esta chaleira basicamente elimina a possibilidade de os hóspedes jogarem coisas nela e ferve a água muito rapidamente.
O café da manhã estava incluído em nossa reserva, que era na forma de uma refeição fixa. Apenas saladas de vegetais, frutas e bebidas eram self-service. Havia muitos tipos de refeições fixas. Embora cada porção parecesse pequena, eu estava bastante satisfeito depois de comer. Em particular, o mingau é delicioso e o arroz tem um sabor muito perfumado. É digno de Beidacang!
Ao fazer o check-in, você recebe um bilhete de ida e volta para o teleférico do rio Songhua e também pode pegar a via expressa.Diz-se que basicamente não há necessidade de fila. São onze pessoas, e podemos fazer fila do terceiro andar até a porta do primeiro andar e depois na esquina. O tempo de jogo já é muito apertado, então é muito para economizar na fila.
O hotel está localizado na Ilha do Sol, que também é uma atração conhecida em Harbin. Fica lotado durante o dia, mas nós que moramos na ilha podemos desfrutar plenamente da tranquilidade de manhã cedo e à noite. podemos sair para caminhar ou correr, e visitamos a Ilha do Sol a propósito, como os moradores locais, eles a consideram um parque da cidade e não uma atração de check-in.
