"I chose another accommodation nearby the train station (and airport), but that was cancelled, so Trip.com bumped me up to this accommodation. It was conveniently close to the train station and they offer a free airport shuttle service. The room was what you would expect, although for this price I would expect there to be a fridge in the room - but it seems that in China this is a rare amenity. The check-in staff were very slow, and didn't ask any questions after I handed them my passport. My 64-page passport is almost completely full of stamps and visas (including many Chinese visas), but because they didn't (want to) ask, I just let them leave through it for almost 5 minutes until they found my most recent entry stamp into China."

"The hotel accepts foreigners (as of June 2025). The location is fairly convenient, though not very central. There are shops and restaurants nearby, and even a night market. The room was large and with all the necessary amenities in good condition. The only issue was that the toilet wasn't cleaned well on the first day. The staff was kind. It is possible to store your bag for free. Overall, a good option for foreigners, especially as the hotels available for them in Turpan are limited."

"We absolutely love our brief stay at this hotel. The check in service was speedy and pleasant. The receptionists were friendly and went up and above to serve us. This is by far the best hotel for our trip to Xinjiang. There are 2 sets of complimentary washers and dryers for guests for which is really helpful. The only downside is there is only 1 set of lift (for our wing) and the wait can be long during peak breakfast hours."

"We stayed in a suite which was very spacious. The housekeeping lady was so friendly, helpful and hardworking! We like her so much. Overall, it was pleasant stay. The only downside is people smoked in non-smoking rooms, corridor and restaurant. Staff didn’t tell them not to and just let the smokers smoked."

"This hotel is truly stunning; from the moment I stepped in, I couldn't resist taking photos! The decor is full of exotic charm: the hotel's overall design is exquisitely Uygur-inspired, with a colorful and grand exterior and lobby. Every corner of the public areas is a picturesque spot, and the rooms are also uniquely furnished. The high-ceilinged lobby is especially beautiful, perfect for quick, Instagrammable shots. The service experience was fantastic: Xiao Mu at the front desk was very attentive, and her service attitude was warm and thoughtful. Her Mandarin was also standard, so communication was effortless. Both check-in and check-out were quick, and the staff were always friendly and greeted us warmly. Facilities are comprehensive: The hotel has a swimming pool and a sand therapy area, and soaking in the pool was incredibly refreshing in Turpan's 30-degree-plus weather. The room's mattress was very comfortable, and the decor was lovely. The breakfast selection was good, with plenty of fresh fruit. The location is convenient: It's right next to the night market, about a 5-minute walk, and also close to attractions like Grape Valley. It was a very satisfying stay, highly recommended!"

"The hotel is in a generally good location Turpan, a 5 minute walk from bezeklik street, which made it a convenient base for exploring. The staff were very kind and welcoming, and we really appreciated how accommodating they were, they even let us change rooms when something wasn’t quite right, which we thought was great service. Overall, the service was excellent and staff genuinely tried to help whenever possible. Breakfast was good and offered a nice start to the day. One thing worth noting is that although the hotel advertises a gym and a laundry room, the gym was not available during our stay as the hotel is still new and parts of it were under construction. There was also no on-site laundry room, but the hotel did offer to take our laundry and have it done at another hotel, which was actually a very helpful and well-handled solution. Despite these points, the hotel offers very good value for money, and the positive service really made a difference to our stay."

"Big room, super clean, great views, very good location with many small restaurants and nightlife around. Very copious breakfast with enough seating. Efficient laundry room. One window in the guest room can be opened. The aircon was not noisy! Bed linens of the highest quality. Special thanks to the most helpful staff at the reception. Xiao Pan and Sha Sha earn special points for helping me with a Captcha with Chinese characters! Free transfer from the railway station and back to the airport. 100% recommended."

"Wonderful place to stay. We liked the court and garden. The staff was very nice and welcoming. They organise activities and tours, which is particularly helpful for foreign tourist like us. The room was beautiful and cozy. We loved to walk around the hotel, bought a ”nan” bread nearby and see other shops and restaurants. The area around is not touristic and that's what we loved the most. If I ever come back to Turfan, I would definitely come back here for more days."
