He understands the needs of our tourists and provides suggestions and assistance. Let us visit Turpan's attractions in a safe and comfortable environment. The room is clean, tidy and comfortable. The staff are also considerate. 👍👏👏

Great stay here! The staff were friendly, especially 小妹 who was kind, helpful and always cheerful. I don't speak Mandarin and the staff here have been so kind. The room was clean and up to date, and very comfortable. I will stay here next time I am in Turpan. Diagonally across the street is an amazing restaurant that was recommended by 小妹! Which serves Uyghur food.

I think this is one of the best hotels I’ve stayed in China and I’ve stayed at more than 30 already. Excellent value for money. Breakfast was nice too. Location is perfect. Can’t ask anything anymore. Perfect perfecy!

This hotel is excellent! The front desk staff was so patient and kind, even upgrading our room. The environment is superb, and the room was spotlessly clean. The smart facilities are great, and the breakfast was delicious and fresh, with a special dessert bar featuring local ethnic specialties – they really put a lot of thought into it. I absolutely love Turpan, and I'll definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit.

2月6號開始新疆自駕，出來了快20天，一路上住了很多酒店，這家最好。房間乾淨温馨，服務人員熱情洋溢，洗衣房各種洗滌劑應有盡有，4洗4烘，不用排隊，我把一家三口衣服都洗了。早餐到14點結束，吃的東西很豐富，我們三口人口味不同，都吃到了滿意的餐食。一樓大堂有讀書區域，洗衣服的時候看了一會兒，沒看完借走了。以後可以去其他城市的亞朵還書。我訂的房間是雙床含2份早餐，酒店前台看帶孩子多給贈送了一份，非常貼心。

Location very good in the city centre. You can walk to the museum and lake in a few minutes. Lots of restaurants and a good supermarket minutes away. Staff at check in very friendly and helpful. Breakfast good, if you like Chinese style. Room was spacious and modern. One of the most comfortable beds I've slept in for a long time! Aircon was reasonable - temperatures outside were still quite mild for Turpan. However, if I was booking in the summer months I would check reviews on Trip beforehand to make sure it was coping with the high temperatures. No fridge in the room, which was a surprising for a modern 4 star hotel and would be another disadvantage in the summer months there. Breakfast only starts at 0800. On the day I left, I had to get a taxi at 0750. The lovely ayis in the kitchen gave me a box of food to go and slept encouraging me to take even more food! However, no one was on at reception at that time! Overall, good in many areas but needs to improve in others.

Adorava o JJ Coffeetel em Turpan, e, EM primeiro lugar, um enorme kudos para os funcionários frontais, especialmente Mustafa!Ele não só respondeu às nossas perguntas incomums, MAS também nos mostrou gentilmente ao redor. Ao lado de outros empregados, ele também nos ajudou a obter alguns itens que procuramos de um comerciante local.Nossa sala tinha uma vista agradável e o pequeno-almoço era um impulsionador de energia crítica todas as manhãs. Acho que há um limite para este serviço dependendo da temporada, mas eles também nos ajudaram a coordenar a nossa viagem de um dia para Huoyanshan e as duas antigas citadas. Obrigado novamente por nos ter dado uma experiência tão inesquecível. Vamos voltar!

We stayed during low season, only 5 guests stayed that night. The laundry can not make it, very old washing machine without a dryer. Due to low seasons, the hotel conserves electricity, the whole hotel is dark at night along the corridor. They prepare limited breakfast for the 5 guests. Front desk provided good service. We enjoyed the winery tour.

Toilet very close to bed, glass door which you can see through. The sink was also separate from the bathroom. The aircondition barely worked making the room very hot and hard to sleep in. Breakfast not very impressive in terms of the selection.  However, the service was very good and the hotel is good in terms of the price overall.

This stay exceeded my expectations. The room was very spacious, and all the home appliances were readily available and easy to operate. The hotel's location is excellent, not far from the desert, just a few minutes by taxi. The biggest plus was the complimentary hotel shuttle service, a thoughtful detail that made a real difference. If you're visiting Shanshan, this is definitely the place to choose!
