"O hotel em que me hospedei com meu cachorro ficava em uma rua antiga e apresentava arquitetura típica de Xinjiang. O quarto tinha uma varanda espaçosa, com uma bela vista pela manhã. Havia também muitos restaurantes nas proximidades.
A recepcionista foi muito gentil. Embora eu tivesse um pouco de medo de cachorros, quis acariciar a cabeça do meu o máximo possível.
Recomendo este hotel para amigos que viajarem com animais de estimação em Turpan."

"We absolutely love our brief stay at this hotel. The check in service was speedy and pleasant. The receptionists were friendly and went up and above to serve us. This is by far the best hotel for our trip to Xinjiang. There are 2 sets of complimentary washers and dryers for guests for which is really helpful. The only downside is there is only 1 set of lift (for our wing) and the wait can be long during peak breakfast hours."

"Facilities: The hotel facilities are excellent, with a restaurant, gym, swimming pool, and sand therapy area. It was really refreshing to dip into the pool in thirty-degree weather.
Cleanliness: The cleanliness is well-maintained. The room was cleaned daily, and both the room and the hotel lobby were spotless.
Environment: The environment is fantastic, truly picturesque with beautiful decor. It's perfect for taking photos, and I absolutely loved the ethnic ambiance.
Service: The service was also excellent. The hotel staff greeted me warmly, and I even received a complimentary fruit platter during my stay. Highly recommend!"

"I chose another accommodation nearby the train station (and airport), but that was cancelled, so Trip.com bumped me up to this accommodation. It was conveniently close to the train station and they offer a free airport shuttle service. The room was what you would expect, although for this price I would expect there to be a fridge in the room - but it seems that in China this is a rare amenity. The check-in staff were very slow, and didn't ask any questions after I handed them my passport. My 64-page passport is almost completely full of stamps and visas (including many Chinese visas), but because they didn't (want to) ask, I just let them leave through it for almost 5 minutes until they found my most recent entry stamp into China."

Dorms were a little tired feeling but the beds had curtains and shelves etc which was great. Aircon in every room which was essential in the heat though staff would come in the room frequently to turn it off and open the window, therefore letting in the heat, which meant the aircon needed to be used even more!"

"Adorava o JJ Coffeetel em Turpan, e, EM primeiro lugar, um enorme kudos para os funcionários frontais, especialmente Mustafa!Ele não só respondeu às nossas perguntas incomums, MAS também nos mostrou gentilmente ao redor. Ao lado de outros empregados, ele também nos ajudou a obter alguns itens que procuramos de um comerciante local.Nossa sala tinha uma vista agradável e o pequeno-almoço era um impulsionador de energia crítica todas as manhãs. Acho que há um limite para este serviço dependendo da temporada, mas eles também nos ajudaram a coordenar a nossa viagem de um dia para Huoyanshan e as duas antigas citadas. Obrigado novamente por nos ter dado uma experiência tão inesquecível. Vamos voltar!"

"Big room, super clean, great views, very good location with many small restaurants and nightlife around. Very copious breakfast with enough seating. Efficient laundry room. One window in the guest room can be opened. The aircon was not noisy! Bed linens of the highest quality. Special thanks to the most helpful staff at the reception. Xiao Pan and Sha Sha earn special points for helping me with a Captcha with Chinese characters! Free transfer from the railway station and back to the airport. 100% recommended."

"This is a newly opened hotel, very clean and tidy. The appliances and bathroom fixtures are all from reputable brands, which is reassuring. The bedding is very comfortable; both the duvet and pillows are soft. There's plenty of hot water, making showers super enjoyable. The air conditioning works perfectly. It's also worth mentioning the excellent quality of the disposable items: the toothbrush is sturdy, and the toothpaste isn't hard to squeeze out like some brands. The disposable slippers even have thick soles – truly impressive! The owner and the front desk staff are all very kind and provide attentive service. The hotel is also quite close to Turpan North. Highly recommended!"

"Wonderful place to stay. We liked the court and garden. The staff was very nice and welcoming. They organise activities and tours, which is particularly helpful for foreign tourist like us. The room was beautiful and cozy. We loved to walk around the hotel, bought a ”nan” bread nearby and see other shops and restaurants. The area around is not touristic and that's what we loved the most.
If I ever come back to Turfan, I would definitely come back here for more days."

"The Hotel has just been refurbished and the rooms are clean, spacious and comfortable. A little off the Main Street but it’s only a short walk (or taxi if you hit). Staff is very friendly and kind. Breakfast was simple but good."

The desert is lonely, but at this luxury hotel on the edge of the Kumtag Desert in Shanshan, that solitude becomes a poetic experience. Golden sand dunes undulate silently, like the breath of the earth. Here, time slows to a crawl, and the world becomes nothing but the desert, the starry sky, and the throbbing of the soul.
The tents, nestled in the desert, look like an ancient caravan camp from afar, but upon closer inspection, the interior reveals a warm and luxurious atmosphere. Soft carpets and understated yet sophisticated lighting create a perfect blend of desolation and comfort. In the evening, we soaked in the hot water in the open-air bath, watching the sunset paint the dunes a rouge hue. In that moment, it felt as if the entire desert whispered to us.
Dinner that evening was a feast we could never have imagined. The lamb short ribs, simmered for 36 hours, are tender yet not mushy. The tendon is crisp, and the aroma of ginger and chili dances on the tongue. The ox knee is soft and flavorful, and the rich tomato sauce is like a love poem from the Western Regions. The spiced aroma of the flatbreads and roast chicken carries the flavors of merchants and travelers from thousands of years ago. I can't help but wonder if in ancient tents, kings, princes, and generals sat together, drinking tea, eating meat, and discussing the country.
After dinner, we drank tea under the stars. The cool desert breeze blew against our faces, but we didn't feel cold. The stars in the sky, distant yet close, seemed like the most gentle gaze on travelers. That night, the desert was no longer empty, but filled with our dreams and romance.

UUsuário convidadoShanshan é uma cidade pequena e, se você vier aqui, seria para visitar o deserto de Kumtaq. O deserto fica a 15-20 minutos do hotel, assim como a estação ferroviária de Shanshanbei. Recomendo este hotel pelo serviço da equipe da recepção, a Sra. Xiaoba, que se esforça ao máximo para ajudar. Ela foi atenciosa no WeChat e providenciou um carro para nos buscar. Ela reservou um táxi de bom grado, pois não conseguíamos encontrar o endereço do mercado noturno em nosso aplicativo DIDI. Ela forneceu água extra e respondeu a todas as perguntas com um sorriso. Este é um hotel novo, então parece limpo e fresco, com um banheiro elegante. Eles até têm barracas/tipis, então, se você tiver uma criança, isso é bem-vindo. Vi um quarto com tema de Homem-Aranha e princesa Barbie também. O café da manhã tem muitas opções chinesas, bem preparadas e deliciosas. Eles têm uma cafeteira. Eu me hospedaria aqui novamente se voltasse. Vale a pena visitar o Deserto de Kumtaq, e o segundo carrinho de golfe/micro-ônibus turístico leva você até o final e o leva de volta à segunda estação. Os outros desertos que visitamos não tinham isso. Cidade pequena, grande coração, ótimo serviço, pessoas incríveis! VA

UUsuário convidadoThe locations is nice, close to or in the grape valley, service is friendly, we stayed at the family room which is a duplex and had a good sleep. For the high price of 1.200 Yuan would have expected lights at entrance area of complex, more luxurious reception area (currently more Chinese boarding house style), bedside tables with lights, more than a basic breakfast.
It’s a nice place for 300-500 max, for 1200 you usually get a luxury resort and service in China.

GGuest UserThe hotel is in a generally good location Turpan, a 5 minute walk from bezeklik street, which made it a convenient base for exploring. The staff were very kind and welcoming, and we really appreciated how accommodating they were, they even let us change rooms when something wasn’t quite right, which we thought was great service.
Overall, the service was excellent and staff genuinely tried to help whenever possible. Breakfast was good and offered a nice start to the day.
One thing worth noting is that although the hotel advertises a gym and a laundry room, the gym was not available during our stay as the hotel is still new and parts of it were under construction. There was also no on-site laundry room, but the hotel did offer to take our laundry and have it done at another hotel, which was actually a very helpful and well-handled solution.
Despite these points, the hotel offers very good value for money, and the positive service really made a difference to our stay.

SStuart McD.Lee was a great host, speaks excellent English, and was very helpful with suggestions on both things to do around Turpan and also border crossing how to info. The dorm was clean, and supplied with clean linen (make your own bed), and with an attached hot water bathroom. The lodgings are simple, but there’s plenty of space, and upon arrival I was invited to eat dinner (pictured) with Lee and some other guests—delicious! After dinner they screened a movie on an exterior wall.
The location is midway between the station and Turpan proper, neither of which are comfortable walking distance, but taxis are cheap and easy to get. The hostel is within easy walking distance of one of the very interesting water irrigation museums, and there’s a good Uighur restaurant about ten minutes away on foot.
If you’re on a budget, looking for a “traveller vibe” style place, and don’t mind the slightly out of the way location, this is a great option. Would stay here again.

AAndrew BeagrieLocation very good in the city centre. You can walk to the museum and lake in a few minutes. Lots of restaurants and a good supermarket minutes away. Staff at check in very friendly and helpful. Breakfast good, if you like Chinese style. Room was spacious and modern. One of the most comfortable beds I've slept in for a long time! Aircon was reasonable - temperatures outside were still quite mild for Turpan. However, if I was booking in the summer months I would check reviews on Trip beforehand to make sure it was coping with the high temperatures. No fridge in the room, which was a surprising for a modern 4 star hotel and would be another disadvantage in the summer months there. Breakfast only starts at 0800. On the day I left, I had to get a taxi at 0750. The lovely ayis in the kitchen gave me a box of food to go and slept encouraging me to take even more food! However, no one was on at reception at that time! Overall, good in many areas but needs to improve in others.

UUsuário convidadoWhat a wonderful place to stay! Even though we arrived very late in the evening, they still cooked dinner for us. The room was spotlessly clean, with lovely decor and had everything we needed. For a peaceful getaway, this is the place. The manager and his family were delightful - so kind, friendly and helpful. After a day out sight-seeing, we loved relaxing on the hotel balcony and looking up at the amazing rock formations only a stone's throw away. We stayed three nights and hope to come back some day. Thank you for a fabulous stay.

UUsuário convidadoO hotel tem uma boa localização e é muito conveniente nos arredores. O quarto é limpo e a roupa de cama é confortável. Principalmente a moça da recepção, Xiatiguli, que é muito simpática. Ela viu meu cachorro e correu para acariciá-lo. O restaurante lá embaixo, o Sr. Bayi, também é muito gostoso. Eu não concordei em deixar o cachorro entrar antes, mas Xiatiguli ajudou e concordou. Há também uma pequena floresta atrás do hotel. É muito conveniente passear com o cachorro. Preciso voltar aqui na próxima vez.

EemdethuongFirst and foremost, this hotel accepts foreigners. The hotel is quite ok but not great. I booked a no-window non-smoking room (don’t do it, go for room with window) because I thought there is more chance people still smoke in non-smoking rooms with windows.
The first room they gave me, put the key card on and electricity didn’t work. Waited for them to check with no result so I was relocated to another room. It’s non-smoking but I can clearly smell the smoke. Took 2 days for the smoke smell to go away which is a pity.
The room is small but enough for a solo like me. Each floor they built 4 lines of rooms, the 2 middle lines stay wall-to-wall to each other and are the ‘no-window’ rooms. I would definitely recommend you to choose the room with window, because it means you don’t share a lot of ‘walls’ to other room and have a window to open at least for circulation if room is smelly or if room is too hot. In my case, my room smells smoke, and the room heater system only allows 34-37 degree celsius which is crazy! Very hot if turned on so I had to turn it off the whole time I stay at the hotel. Even though it is winter time, the whole hotel is already on heater. Unable to adjust room temperature is annoying because it means no air circulation. There is a blowing machine (similar to a fan) in the room but it is not efficient quickly enough. The room feels extremely suffocating. I did really wish for a window. Also because the no-window rooms share 3 walls with other rooms (not counting the upper floor), it’s more bad-luck chances for weird noise. In my case, I had to endure one whole freaking night with 2 loud Uyghur couples who cannot hold themselves back from banging the freak out and making all kinds of terrible terrible noise. Seems like no soundproof for these walls.
