"O hotel em que me hospedei com meu cachorro ficava em uma rua antiga e apresentava arquitetura típica de Xinjiang. O quarto tinha uma varanda espaçosa, com uma bela vista pela manhã. Havia também muitos restaurantes nas proximidades.
A recepcionista foi muito gentil. Embora eu tivesse um pouco de medo de cachorros, quis acariciar a cabeça do meu o máximo possível.
Recomendo este hotel para amigos que viajarem com animais de estimação em Turpan."

"We absolutely love our brief stay at this hotel. The check in service was speedy and pleasant. The receptionists were friendly and went up and above to serve us. This is by far the best hotel for our trip to Xinjiang. There are 2 sets of complimentary washers and dryers for guests for which is really helpful. The only downside is there is only 1 set of lift (for our wing) and the wait can be long during peak breakfast hours."

"I chose another accommodation nearby the train station (and airport), but that was cancelled, so Trip.com bumped me up to this accommodation. It was conveniently close to the train station and they offer a free airport shuttle service. The room was what you would expect, although for this price I would expect there to be a fridge in the room - but it seems that in China this is a rare amenity. The check-in staff were very slow, and didn't ask any questions after I handed them my passport. My 64-page passport is almost completely full of stamps and visas (including many Chinese visas), but because they didn't (want to) ask, I just let them leave through it for almost 5 minutes until they found my most recent entry stamp into China."

"This hotel is truly stunning; from the moment I stepped in, I couldn't resist taking photos!
The decor is full of exotic charm: the hotel's overall design is exquisitely Uygur-inspired, with a colorful and grand exterior and lobby. Every corner of the public areas is a picturesque spot, and the rooms are also uniquely furnished. The high-ceilinged lobby is especially beautiful, perfect for quick, Instagrammable shots.
The service experience was fantastic: Xiao Mu at the front desk was very attentive, and her service attitude was warm and thoughtful. Her Mandarin was also standard, so communication was effortless. Both check-in and check-out were quick, and the staff were always friendly and greeted us warmly.
Facilities are comprehensive: The hotel has a swimming pool and a sand therapy area, and soaking in the pool was incredibly refreshing in Turpan's 30-degree-plus weather. The room's mattress was very comfortable, and the decor was lovely. The breakfast selection was good, with plenty of fresh fruit.
The location is convenient: It's right next to the night market, about a 5-minute walk, and also close to attractions like Grape Valley. It was a very satisfying stay, highly recommended!"

Dorms were a little tired feeling but the beds had curtains and shelves etc which was great. Aircon in every room which was essential in the heat though staff would come in the room frequently to turn it off and open the window, therefore letting in the heat, which meant the aircon needed to be used even more!"

"At the entrance of the Youth Hostel is a row of mulberry trees, successfully realizing the freedom of mulberry, and eating cool! The proprietress was very enthusiastic and told us where there were small white apricots to pick. It was near the Youth Hostel. There were indeed many. There was still a little sour and the big one was very sweet! The bosses organized barbecues and invited us to eat together, a super good experience! Also lent us an electric car to facilitate our travel. Stay here next time you come to Turpan!"

"We stayed in a suite which was very spacious. The housekeeping lady was so friendly, helpful and hardworking! We like her so much. Overall, it was pleasant stay. The only downside is people smoked in non-smoking rooms, corridor and restaurant. Staff didn’t tell them not to and just let the smokers smoked."

The hotel is only 15km from Tulufanbei Railway Station and 16km from Turpan Jiaohe Airport, giving guests a number of convenient transportation options. Seeing Turpan's sights from this hotel is easy with Mansion of Turpan's Prefect, Sugong Tower and Desert Ecological Tourist Zone of Turpan all close by. When guests have some time on their hands they can make use of the onsite facilities. This Turpan hotel offers parking on site. If you demand a high level of service, our guests have indicated that this hotel has excellent standards. For guests traveling with families, this hotel is consistently one of the most popular choices.
"Wonderful place to stay. We liked the court and garden. The staff was very nice and welcoming. They organise activities and tours, which is particularly helpful for foreign tourist like us. The room was beautiful and cozy. We loved to walk around the hotel, bought a ”nan” bread nearby and see other shops and restaurants. The area around is not touristic and that's what we loved the most.
If I ever come back to Turfan, I would definitely come back here for more days."

With a construction area of 800 square meters, it is divided into two east and west buildings, named Xuanzang and Junji respectively. With Turpan cultural elements combined with folk customs, it has designed six room types: twin bed room, double bed room, parent-child room, family room, video room and tatami room. It has a variety of experience rooms, such as travel film culture room, folk bar, cinema, cafe, restaurant, gym, private wine cellar and barbecue bar. Turpan to become the most complete function, experience the most rich, supporting characteristics of the homestay.Homesay is taken from Wubancheng, the ancient place name of Turpan, located at the junction of today's Gaochang District and Tokxun County, the southeast side of Jiaohe Old City. In the spring of 628 AD, Xuanzang, a prominent monk and cultural ambassador of the Silk Road of the Tang Dynasty, passed through Gaochang and became brothers with King Quwentai of Gaochang. King Gaochang invited four monks to accompany him to learn Scriptures, and funded him to travel to and from India and Tang for twenty years, thus opening the prelude to Xuanzang's journey to the West. Gaochang king all the way to no half the city, two people hugged and cried, tears don't go, from where they left the "no half of the world, life sentient" the story of the ages...

服務：阿迪拉小姐姐美麗又可愛，為我們提前找了包車司機，在吐魯番玩了整整一天，超級開心。每天一回到民宿都已經準備好了冰鎮西瓜，入住第一天進到房間小姐姐已經提前給開好了空調，一下子就從吐魯番大火爐中進到了涼爽世界
環境：民宿分AB座，自成一個獨立的小院落，還有兩方葡萄藤，養着野雞和孔雀，每一個角落都能感受到民宿的誠意和浪漫
雖然在吐魯番衹有短短兩日，但新疆人民的熱情與善良讓我們一定會再來！"

KKatKKGAfter we encountered a bad experience with a desert glamping resort in Dunhuang, we were a bit cautious with Dune when we booked it. However, after I communicated with the manager in Dune via WeChat, I was more confident as he was very polite and helpful. He helped us to booked a transfer from Turpan Airport to Dune resort. As our flight arrived Turpan in the evening, it was late when we arrived at Dune. The manager and another staff came to the entrance of the driveway to welcome us and helped us with our luggage. They took us straight to our tent, and they upgraded us to a bigger tent, too.
We woke up to this beautiful Kumtag Desert Sand dunes, right in front of our tent! It was so beautiful. As the off peak season started, we were the only guests there but the staff were serving us with delicious breakfast and dinner. The food was delicious and plentiful! The manager and staff were very attentive to our requests. One of the staff has helped us to arrange a local guide/driver to take us to the Kumtag desert for an exciting ATV ride and sand sliding. We had a great time. We ended up hiring the same guide, a pleasant and calm Uygur young guy to take us for some sightseeing and dropped us back to Turpan.
I would say to anyone who is looking for a real desert glamping, please come to Dune in Shahshan near Turpan instead of Dunhuang.

UUsuário convidadoShanshan é uma cidade pequena e, se você vier aqui, seria para visitar o deserto de Kumtaq. O deserto fica a 15-20 minutos do hotel, assim como a estação ferroviária de Shanshanbei. Recomendo este hotel pelo serviço da equipe da recepção, a Sra. Xiaoba, que se esforça ao máximo para ajudar. Ela foi atenciosa no WeChat e providenciou um carro para nos buscar. Ela reservou um táxi de bom grado, pois não conseguíamos encontrar o endereço do mercado noturno em nosso aplicativo DIDI. Ela forneceu água extra e respondeu a todas as perguntas com um sorriso. Este é um hotel novo, então parece limpo e fresco, com um banheiro elegante. Eles até têm barracas/tipis, então, se você tiver uma criança, isso é bem-vindo. Vi um quarto com tema de Homem-Aranha e princesa Barbie também. O café da manhã tem muitas opções chinesas, bem preparadas e deliciosas. Eles têm uma cafeteira. Eu me hospedaria aqui novamente se voltasse. Vale a pena visitar o Deserto de Kumtaq, e o segundo carrinho de golfe/micro-ônibus turístico leva você até o final e o leva de volta à segunda estação. Os outros desertos que visitamos não tinham isso. Cidade pequena, grande coração, ótimo serviço, pessoas incríveis! VA

UUsuário convidadoThe locations is nice, close to or in the grape valley, service is friendly, we stayed at the family room which is a duplex and had a good sleep. For the high price of 1.200 Yuan would have expected lights at entrance area of complex, more luxurious reception area (currently more Chinese boarding house style), bedside tables with lights, more than a basic breakfast.
It’s a nice place for 300-500 max, for 1200 you usually get a luxury resort and service in China.

GGuest UserThe hotel is in a generally good location Turpan, a 5 minute walk from bezeklik street, which made it a convenient base for exploring. The staff were very kind and welcoming, and we really appreciated how accommodating they were, they even let us change rooms when something wasn’t quite right, which we thought was great service.
Overall, the service was excellent and staff genuinely tried to help whenever possible. Breakfast was good and offered a nice start to the day.
One thing worth noting is that although the hotel advertises a gym and a laundry room, the gym was not available during our stay as the hotel is still new and parts of it were under construction. There was also no on-site laundry room, but the hotel did offer to take our laundry and have it done at another hotel, which was actually a very helpful and well-handled solution.
Despite these points, the hotel offers very good value for money, and the positive service really made a difference to our stay.

One window in the guest room can be opened. The aircon was not noisy! Bed linens of the highest quality. Special thanks to the most helpful staff at the reception. Xiao Pan and Sha Sha earn special points for helping me with a Captcha with Chinese characters! Free transfer from the railway station and back to the airport. 100% recommended.

AAndrew BeagrieLocation very good in the city centre. You can walk to the museum and lake in a few minutes. Lots of restaurants and a good supermarket minutes away. Staff at check in very friendly and helpful. Breakfast good, if you like Chinese style. Room was spacious and modern. One of the most comfortable beds I've slept in for a long time! Aircon was reasonable - temperatures outside were still quite mild for Turpan. However, if I was booking in the summer months I would check reviews on Trip beforehand to make sure it was coping with the high temperatures. No fridge in the room, which was a surprising for a modern 4 star hotel and would be another disadvantage in the summer months there. Breakfast only starts at 0800. On the day I left, I had to get a taxi at 0750. The lovely ayis in the kitchen gave me a box of food to go and slept encouraging me to take even more food! However, no one was on at reception at that time! Overall, good in many areas but needs to improve in others.

SStuart McD.Lee was a great host, speaks excellent English, and was very helpful with suggestions on both things to do around Turpan and also border crossing how to info. The dorm was clean, and supplied with clean linen (make your own bed), and with an attached hot water bathroom. The lodgings are simple, but there’s plenty of space, and upon arrival I was invited to eat dinner (pictured) with Lee and some other guests—delicious! After dinner they screened a movie on an exterior wall.
The location is midway between the station and Turpan proper, neither of which are comfortable walking distance, but taxis are cheap and easy to get. The hostel is within easy walking distance of one of the very interesting water irrigation museums, and there’s a good Uighur restaurant about ten minutes away on foot.
If you’re on a budget, looking for a “traveller vibe” style place, and don’t mind the slightly out of the way location, this is a great option. Would stay here again.

UUsuário convidadoO hotel tem uma boa localização e é muito conveniente nos arredores. O quarto é limpo e a roupa de cama é confortável. Principalmente a moça da recepção, Xiatiguli, que é muito simpática. Ela viu meu cachorro e correu para acariciá-lo. O restaurante lá embaixo, o Sr. Bayi, também é muito gostoso. Eu não concordei em deixar o cachorro entrar antes, mas Xiatiguli ajudou e concordou. Há também uma pequena floresta atrás do hotel. É muito conveniente passear com o cachorro. Preciso voltar aqui na próxima vez.

EemdethuongFirst and foremost, this hotel accepts foreigners. The hotel is quite ok but not great. I booked a no-window non-smoking room (don’t do it, go for room with window) because I thought there is more chance people still smoke in non-smoking rooms with windows.
The first room they gave me, put the key card on and electricity didn’t work. Waited for them to check with no result so I was relocated to another room. It’s non-smoking but I can clearly smell the smoke. Took 2 days for the smoke smell to go away which is a pity.
The room is small but enough for a solo like me. Each floor they built 4 lines of rooms, the 2 middle lines stay wall-to-wall to each other and are the ‘no-window’ rooms. I would definitely recommend you to choose the room with window, because it means you don’t share a lot of ‘walls’ to other room and have a window to open at least for circulation if room is smelly or if room is too hot. In my case, my room smells smoke, and the room heater system only allows 34-37 degree celsius which is crazy! Very hot if turned on so I had to turn it off the whole time I stay at the hotel. Even though it is winter time, the whole hotel is already on heater. Unable to adjust room temperature is annoying because it means no air circulation. There is a blowing machine (similar to a fan) in the room but it is not efficient quickly enough. The room feels extremely suffocating. I did really wish for a window. Also because the no-window rooms share 3 walls with other rooms (not counting the upper floor), it’s more bad-luck chances for weird noise. In my case, I had to endure one whole freaking night with 2 loud Uyghur couples who cannot hold themselves back from banging the freak out and making all kinds of terrible terrible noise. Seems like no soundproof for these walls.
