"Just got back from an amazing stay at the Pullman Dali ! First off, the views of Erhai Lake are incredible. Waking up to that every morning was worth the trip alone. The hotel is super modern and everything was spotlessly clean—our room felt like a perfect, comfortable retreat. But the real highlight was the service. A huge shoutout to our room assistant, Tracy! She was so attentive and helpful. For two days, she was basically my personal ”Ask Me Anything” guide for the hotel and Dali. Need a restaurant tip? Ask Tracy. How to work the lights? Tracy knows. Extra pillows? Tracy's on it. She answered every single question and made everything so easy and smooth. If you're looking for a beautiful, comfortable hotel with stunning views and staff who genuinely make your stay better, this is it. Thanks especially to Tracy for making our trip so special! "Great location within walking distance to Dali Old Town. The hotel owner also provides a pick-up service, he picked us up from Dali train station, which was very convenient. The owner was super helpful, assisting us with picking up parcels and helping us book bus tickets to Lijiang. Really appreciated the warm hospitality!"

Viemos no fim-de-semana do Festival de Primavera e Dali estava bastante ocupado, mas este hotel está perfeitamente localizado e muito tranquilo. "Este hotel é super super maravilhoso, localização perfeita, localizado fora da antiga cidade, por isso é super tranquilo, mas ainda conveniente o lugar é incrível, foi recentemente renovado e muito bem feito ( eles até usavam Hansgrohe nas casas de banho!). minha parte favorita foi o jardim com a antiga árvore de osmanthus e uma estalactite fresca. Mas a verdadeira razão para ficar é a gente.Os proprietários e o pessoal são a tripulação mais útil e amigável.A senhora dono é impossível olhar jovem, a minha esposa Disse que a senhora dono é tão jovem e bonita Como se tivesse 21 anos. O Marido dela também é um homem maravilhoso, ele até nos convidou para sair com eles para comer e beber. "I found my ideal quiet stay with a sea view in Dali Cuncun, and I really made the right choice this time! 💕 It's very close to the ancient city but much quieter. The soundproofing in the room is so good it feels like being cut off from the world, and I could see the shimmering Erhai Lake right from my bed. ✨ Connecting to the Marshall speaker and listening to my favorite music instantly made me feel so relaxed and healed. The butler service was truly thoughtful—from trip reminders before check-in, to warm greetings every day, to arranging a tea break under the canopy on the rooftop. It was all so detailed yet natural, making my stay incredibly worry-free. In the evening, I went to the rooftop for some fresh air; the sky during the blue hour was as beautiful as a painting. 🌅 The hotel conveniently brought up the complimentary aged Pu-erh tea and fruit platter at just the right time. What surprised me the most was breakfast: the local specialty rice noodles were absolutely delicious. It’s been a long time since I’ve had such tasty rice noodles, and paired with eggs and sweet potatoes, it was simple yet heartwarming. The coffee served with afternoon tea was also exceptionally good. As a moderate coffee lover, I even bought two bags of beans to take home and brew myself before leaving—to have such a treat was truly worth it. If you're also looking for a quiet, warm place where the service shines in the details, this hotel perfectly fits the bill! 🥰🥰"

"Had a wonderful stay at Mengling Yayuan Hotel in Dali from 19 to 21 December 2025. The staff were exceptionally attentive and went out of their way to make my visit memorable—from a smooth check-in to thoughtful local recommendations, their hospitality truly stood out. The room was spacious, elegantly decorated, and equipped with modern amenities that made the stay both comfortable and convenient. I especially enjoyed the daily local breakfast options of noodles or congee, the relaxing afternoon tea, and the delicious desserts served in the evening. As we had an early checkout, the staff thoughtfully prepared a takeaway breakfast for our onward journey, which was greatly appreciated. Perfectly located just a few metres from the entrance to Dali Old Town, the hotel offers an ideal base for exploring the area. Mengling Yayuan Hotel beautifully blends traditional charm with modern comfort, and I wholeheartedly recommend it for its warm service and excellent facilities."

"A Two-Night Stay with My Parents -＞ Whole Family Was Delighted I stayed at Indigo for two nights with my parents, and it was a truly satisfying experience for the whole family. The location is convenient, making it easy to get around. Our room had a beautiful lake view with a wide, open sightline. We absolutley loved it as soon as we walked in. The room itself was very comfortable, giving us a sense of ease and relaxation. Indigo has always been known for its distinctive design style, and this property truly weaves an artistic touch into every corner. Whether in the guest room, the hallways, or the public spaces, everything felt pleasant and comfortable. I especially want to mention the second-floor lobby — it's spacious, bright, and full of design flair, making a striking impression the moment you see it. The gym and swimming pool on the 11th floor are also well maintained, with complete and tidy equipment — a clear reflection of the hotel's attention to detail. Breakfast was hearty, and my parents enjoyed it. By the way, if you're a coffee lover, be sure to stop by the hotel's coffee bar for a cup — there's a little surprise waiting for you. All in all, it was a wonderfully relaxing stay. I'll definitely choose this place again next time I'm in town."
