"Excellent stay. Very good and helpful staff who gave us an upgrade and provide great assistance during an unexpected situation. Location is very close to the train station and business district. Ancient Town and the Pagodas are a bit of a hike but we found connectivity via Didi to be easy at 35 minutes and around 40 yuans. Breakfast is amazing, we really appreciated the western options and the coffee. Special call out to the front desk team working this morning for their assistance with coordinating the delivery of our lost items from another Hilton to our next Hotel, also a Hilton. Highly recommend."

"Just got back from an amazing stay at the Pullman Dali ! First off, the views of Erhai Lake are incredible. Waking up to that every morning was worth the trip alone. The hotel is super modern and everything was spotlessly clean—our room felt like a perfect, comfortable retreat. But the real highlight was the service. A huge shoutout to our room assistant, Tracy! She was so attentive and helpful. For two days, she was basically my personal ”Ask Me Anything” guide for the hotel and Dali. Need a restaurant tip? Ask Tracy. How to work the lights? Tracy knows. Extra pillows? Tracy's on it. She answered every single question and made everything so easy and smooth. If you're looking for a beautiful, comfortable hotel with stunning views and staff who genuinely make your stay better, this is it. Thanks especially to Tracy for making our trip so special! "I would like to thank the hotel staff Wendy（赵颖）, during our recent stay at the hotel. Her thoughtfulness and professionalism truly made our holiday in China memorable and pleasant. "If you need to be in Xiaguan district of Dali, then this is a good option. It is convenient to get to both the airport and train station. Many restaurants and a decent shopping center. Wifi is good. water pressure is good"

"Hotel is conveniently located within Dali Ancient, but away from where the crowds are so its still quiet. Accessibility is great as well since its near one of the the entrances of the ancient city, making it really convenient to book a didi for travel. Check in was a breeze, and hotel staff had already brought our luggages to our room for us when we went back to the hotel at night. Service was amazing and any requests with the hotel can be done easily through WeChat. Great hospitality as hotel staff would offer hot drinks and fresh fruits. Breakfast is provided and freshly made by hotel staff. They are also able to bring your breakfast up to your rooms if requested!"

"From picking up from the train station, to daily amenities and services, it’s all exceptional. Breakfast spread was so wide it’s unlikely you’ll be able to try them all. Afternoon tea sets with fruits, cookies, tarts and cake was delicious. Attention to details like kid dental sets and in room baby shoe for my son was also so thoughtful. The view is nice, I wished I had booked longer to stay here. Will definitely come back this hotel again next time I come to Dali. The lady 程七七 from the hotel was also very helpful the entire time since before arrival with arrangements till check out. There’s also a small little playground area at lvl 2 of building 2 for small kids to play."

"This was my first time staying at a hotel under the HUAZHU brand, and I was really impressed by the comfort and the thoughtful, high-quality facilities! All the staff were incredibly friendly and enthusiastic, always doing their best to meet our needs. The hotel's location on Cang'er Avenue offers the best photo opportunities, and there are tons of great restaurants nearby. It's also super close to Dali Ancient City, making getting around a breeze! And seriously, don't miss out on the hotel breakfast – that bowl of minced pork noodles was to die for!"
