好美啊！早上拉開窗簾看到這一幕幕被温暖到了！！這次住宿有被驚艷到，拉開窗簾像棉花糖一樣的雲朵，陽台上隱約看得到洱海搭配着樹林和太陽，那種冉冉升起的感覺充滿生命力！看得我文采大發想做首詩了哈哈，離海邊超級近，早知道早點起海邊看日出去了啊啊啊啊啊啊，出來玩一個星期了難得有想點評的沖動，房間很温馨很乾凈整潔，生活用品配套齊全裝修風格色調也很符合我的審美。總結一下就是nice nice！

If I could, I’ll give a score of 100/10! This is such a fantastic experience staying here. What is so impressive is the SERVICE and the actual room facilities. The staff is soooooooo friendly and helpful - he basically helped me plan my itinerary every day because I came with zero plans and only wanted to relax. He helped me to plan my route and book a car for day use. And the driver is amazing too - he brought me to try 扎染 tie dye even when I didn’t know anything about it. He made sure I went to a local experience instead of expensive tourist trap. And he’s great at taking photos too! Back to the staff. He would understand what I’m interested in and then give suggestions that I’ll like. Amazing. And there is even a whole list of things to watch out for when visiting all the tourists attractions. When you arrive, they’ll also message you all the places to eat. There is also a convenience store right downstairs if you want to buy anything. They also gives you instructions if you want food delivery. So detailed!! And they are so proud of the fact that their rooms are exactly what it looked like on the app. So clean so new so amazing. Look at that view! You wake up to the view of the vast sea. And there is a giant bath tub for you to experience soaking in bubble bath (also given) at the same time. The toilets are always the make or break when travelling. And the toilets are amazing again. AUTOMATIC flush and the seat cover automatically opens and close. My goodness. And the shower has different outlets if you want some form of water acupuncture 🤣 very modern. And they even have a towel dryer/heater!!! You can dry anything small and it’ll be dry and crisp. Normally hotel pillows give me headaches. But not here! They have the latex foam pillow and also the normal fluffy pillows. It is so suitable and comfortable for me who is accustomed to memory foam pillows. How can accommodation get so detailed and excellent? Breakfast is another wonderful experience. You go the dining area and an aunty cooks porridge or noodles or meat buns or corn or sweet potatoes and serve them to you. There is even soya bean drink and fritters and lots of sauces and seasonings and small bites. And there is unlimited bottled beverages like honey jasmine tea or oolong tea and fruits and coffee. How do they even make a profit? And there is even a place to rest and relax and drink tea if you come with friends. I can’t wait to come back here with more friends and family and let me experience what I enjoyed so much here. Thank you to the staff and to the boss! 😁😍

Higiene: O ambiente de dormir é o primeiro fator na hora de sair, e essa casa é muito limpa! Instalações: Completo, o banheiro é um banheiro inteligente, a temperatura da água é ajustada automaticamente quando chove é adequada, satisfatória Ambiente: Os terraços do segundo e terceiro andares têm vista para o Lago Erhai. Serviço: O chefe pode resolver qualquer problema perfeitamente devido a restrições de tempo, fiquei duas noites e não consegui tomar o chá da tarde. A localização é um pouco longe da cidade antiga, você pode pegar um táxi, mas está muito perto da entrada da montanha Cangshan. Vou considerar ficar aqui na próxima vez que vier a Dali👍.

The room is exactly you see from the website. Service is good. Loves their morning Soya Milk n noodle. Will certainly recommend this Minsu. Trust me you will love it. My friend n sister falls in the with the rooms. Comfy bed n pillow. Once again Thank you for your wonderful service.

Spacious room, clean, beds are comfortable, location is near old town, easily access by e hailing. The only downside is the air conditioning. The downstairs centralised aircon is directly face the bed which is too strong and too cold, but upstairs single unit is not strong enough, abit warm for those who sleep at the upstairs.

The guest house owners were very initiative. They picked us up from the Dali Railway station. The rooms were clean. Since there are 4 of us, 2 adults and 2 kids, we had a big room and a smaller room joined together with 2 large beds. The view was amazing. Upon arrival, it was 4.45pm, and we asked for recommendations of where to eat. However, since it's neither dinner nor lunch time, the owner Mr Hao suggested that we eat in the guesthouse itself. The guest house auntie cooked for us the best rice noodles that we have eaten so far. Springy white noodles in a bowl of hot flavourful broth. My kids slurped it all up and polished the whole big bowl. When we asked for recommendations on local eating places, Mr Hao gave us a whole list of his specially curated food places, which we managed to try 2 of them. And indeed they were good. The downside was that there were no coffee or tea sachets in the room. But they said they will make it for us and can send it to our rooms. They mentioned that they have a tea room. And so we enjoyed the 2 types of brewed puer tea while Mr Hao explained a little about the tea. Personally, I feel that since they have a special tea room to enjoy tea, sending sachet or tea bags would be inappropriate and a disrespect to the art of enjoying Puer tea. Location wise, it has a good view of the lake. And it's quiet. It's not exactly near the old town but we took a taxi (20 mins) to the old town. Thankfully, we didn't stay at the old town as it's way too crowded, and we felt it's a tourist trap. However, near the guest house, there were many highly recommended restaurants. The guest house has a dining area on the 1st floor. One thing that I really enjoyed about this place is the dining area. The lady that cooked the meal for us looked like a typical chinese grandma (which reminded me of my late grandma) that she cooked the food so deliciously with passion. While we had our breakfast she would sit at another table, she wasnt staring , just casually sitting while browsing her phone or ensuring we finish our food but her presence reminded me of when my late grandma would sit and watch us eat to ensure we have no leftovers. Lol. It was an oddly familiar and nostalgic feeling that we laughed about. But we do get the homey feel, which we really liked. The guest house also had a laundry room for guests to use. The guest house owners were very initiative, friendly, and helpful. Anything we need, we just let Mr Hao know, and he would reply. He even offered to send us back to the highway station. It's definitely highly recommended. And I would ask my friends that should they come to Dali, they should stay in this place. It's just perfect for us.

Honest Review of Our Stay Near Erhai Lake, Dali 🇨🇳 As a Malaysian traveler exploring Yunnan, I stayed at a homestay apartment near Erhai Lake—and here’s my honest take: ✅ Inside the homestay: Very clean, well-furnished, and cozy. Everything was nicely prepared and felt like a proper home. The highlight was definitely the stunning lake view right from our window—perfect for sunrise lovers. 👩💼 Host experience: The homestay staff was incredibly friendly and understanding. She even arranged a free ride from the railway station, which we truly appreciated after a long day of travel. 🚧 Outside facilities: This is where it gets a bit mixed. The overall apartment complex (including the parking lot and elevator) felt poorly maintained, and the atmosphere at night was dark and slightly eerie, especially for solo travelers or couples. Many neighboring units seemed unoccupied, which added to the quiet, empty vibe. 📍 Location: Take note—this place is about 50 minutes from Dali Ancient City, so it’s not ideal if you’re planning to explore the old town daily. But if you want to relax by the lake and enjoy peace and views, it could work. This hotel and room were the best out of all the places we chose to stay in Dali 🎉 no regrets at all. It's very accessible, has spacious rooms, and the views are absolutely stunning. We loved it so much that we regretted only staying for one night. The location is super convenient, with lots of shops, restaurants, and activities right downstairs. You can watch the sunset in the morning and enjoy the night views in the evening, with people playing guitars and such ❤️🥺. The staff provided excellent service. Before check-in, they messaged us on Trip.com and then added us on WeChat. They even helped us carry our luggage from the convenience store to the hotel (as cars couldn't go in). Upon arrival, we were greeted with a fruit platter, afternoon tea, and small cakes! We absolutely loved it and highly recommend staying here when you visit Dali for a wonderful experience ❤️.

Service was fantastic, the host was superb! Place was clean, convenient, and included all that one could need on a vacation. In the heart of Ancient Dali, this was perfect for food, entertainment, and shopping. It is also minutes away from the famous Cangshan mountain, and the host is very considerate in assisting you with any arrangement you'd like, including cabs for railway and airport transportation. I was also pleasantly surprised to find that the room matched exactly the photos that are on the site. Very often this is not the case. So, all in all it was a very pleasant experience at this location. Would definitely stay again and certainly would recommend this to anyone travelling to Dali. As a single female, I found this place to be very safe...especially with a considerate host, who looks out for you!
