The host is very accommodating. He arranged someone to help carry our luggage up to the hotel from the south gate entrance. The location is very convenient. Near a halal restaurant, near a halal bakery. Please try the flower pastry at the halal bakery near the guesthouse, its freshly baked and taste very good 😭😭😭😭 I regretted not buy more of it 😭😭 The hotel room is big and comfortable as advertised. Theres plenty of space to chill, eat, enjoy hot tea. And also to store our luggage. You can also do your laundry and dry your cloth outside when the sun is up. Oh i love Dali... Overall its a nice and enjoyable stay, thank you to the host for receiving us :)

We stayed at this hotel for three nights, and honestly, it was one of the best places we stayed at during our trip to China. Everything was spotless, so clean, fresh, and pleasantly scented. The modern design is tasteful and well thought out, and it feels like every detail was considered. The rooms are spacious, the bed is incredibly comfortable with crisp, clean linens, and there’s even a huge projector screen on the wall. One entire side of the room is a window, flooding the space with natural light. Simply perfect! The staff were welcoming, kind, and always willing to help. While they don’t speak English, communication was very easy through a translation app. In short, this hotel is a dream. We highly, highly recommend it. You won’t regret staying here!

The breakfast with minced pork rice noodles was delicious! The owner, a retired serviceman, was incredibly kind and provided excellent service. The room had a beautiful view, facing Cangshan Mountain and backing onto Erhai Lake, and it was very spacious. Great value for money! The only downside is that the soundproofing isn't great; even with the windows closed during the day, you can still hear the music from Sanyue Street. Also, the walk from the guesthouse to the main road is a few hundred meters down a very dark alley, which can be a bit spooky at night if you're alone.

Limpeza: Excelente, tanto o pátio quanto os quartos estavam impecáveis. Comodidades: Bastante completas, com tudo o que precisávamos. Serviço: A família anfitriã foi incrivelmente acolhedora. Entraram em contato conosco com antecedência no dia do check-in, nos adicionaram no WeChat e nos enviaram guias de viagem e informações sobre locais. Como os táxis só chegavam até a entrada da vila, a anfitriã nos buscou em sua scooter elétrica, ajudou com a bagagem, nos apresentou restaurantes e atrações próximas e até nos ajudou a alugar bicicletas (alugamos bicicletas para ir até a Cidade Velha de Dali, não para o Lago Erhai; para pedalar no Lago Erhai, recomendo usar as scooters elétricas compartilhadas disponíveis nos corredores). No dia do check-out, o tio anfitrião também acordou cedo para entregar nossa bagagem – ficamos muito gratos! Eles até fizeram um upgrade do nosso quarto no check-in, tornando-o muito maior do que o que tínhamos reservado originalmente (a foto mostra o nosso quarto com upgrade, um quarto de casal com dossel). Localização: Caicun é uma localização muito conveniente, com uma atmosfera local vibrante e muitas opções para comer, beber e se divertir. A pousada fica a apenas 3 minutos a pé do Lago Erhai, perfeito para apreciar o nascer do sol. O mercado noturno de Caicun, à noite, e o café da manhã, pela manhã, ficam a apenas 8 minutos de caminhada – uma localização realmente excelente. No mercado noturno de Caicun, havia um jovem bonito vendendo pés de galinha e manga amassados. Estavam deliciosos, refrescantes e muito limpos (os mais limpos que já vi). Comi duas porções naquela noite!

Service: The host is friendly, nice and helpful despite the language barrier. Facilities: We got a room at ground floor which I am really grateful for as there is no lift and our luggage is heavy. The room and toilet is clean. Location: Strategic. Nearby walking distance Halal eatery, the famous HD bakery, luckin coffee, chagee, pharmacy, cheap souvenir shop, all is very near and easily accessible in 1-3min walk. Didi can't access the road to the homestay door and unable drop you off in front of the homestay itself so you need to pull your luggage and it is a 3-5 min walk (without luggage maybe 1-2 min). Unsure why no trolley during our time but i guess probably it was faulty. But the host came to pick us up at the didi drop off point, and help pull one of our luggage, however it was a cobbled street so i wish in future there will have a trolley available.

Owner was very friendly, helpful and accommodating. Plus point for non chinese speaker, owner can understand and speak english, they also gave us free coffee vouchers, thank you so much for good service 🙆♀️

A Estrada não é ampla, OS dois lados parou, há um Passo de ângulo no centro, Muito fácil de enganar.

Room and bed is clean. There are a few washing machines, dryers, and water dispensers all free to use. It also has a movie room and karaoke room if you ever need one. Location wise, it is located in an alley right infront of Dali's south gate, very convinient. Walking a few hundred meters outside you will be able to access Dali's bus system, easy to travel back to the railway station. However, the toilets are abit messy and moldy, but still clean nevertheless. One thing I dislike was even thought it is a non smoking room, smokers would often open the doors and smoke right outside the room, filling the room with cigarettes smell. Toilets would also occasionally smell due to the cigarette buds thrown into the toilet bins. But aside from that, it is a very good hostel that is worth for your money.

We rented the Garden Deluxe Room, with a mountain view. We find the description and pictures were accurately advertised, and the service was impeccable. We were very pleased with our rental, as it was private, clean and orderly. The hotel is conveniently located within the Dali Ancient Town, close to Biai Road and Renmin Road intersection (see picture of map). The morning and night views from the terrace were stunning. The Dali Ancient Town is as lively as you would imagine, with tons of food and shopping options. Our experience in Dali was awesome, with it's majestic mountains, beautiful lake, vibrant towns and peaceful villages. However, the best part of this stay was our interactions with the hotel owners, who are a lovely couple. They are good people - very kind, helpful and approachable. Although we had to use an English to Mandarin translation app for most of our conversations, they were patient and made recommendations that we really enjoyed. They helped us book a tour of Erhai Lake and we had a wonderful time sightseeing with the bus tour company (highly recommended if you don't know where to start exploring). We also took their scooter bike to explore the Three Pagodas on our own and drove around the lake afterwards. Please consider renting their scooter bike, as it was super fun and the price is very affordable. As language is a barrier for us, they not only helped us book our ride to Lijiang, but they also gave us a hotel recommendation, which their son runs. To us, they are very trustworthy, so we're sure we will have another pleasant stay in Lijiang. After all, it's not how clean the hotel is, or how beautiful the surroundings are, it's the people we meet along the way that makes it a wonderul trip experience. If there is another hotel rating for overall hotel experience, it would be a 10/5 for us. The owners definitely made our short stay very comfortable and our adventures amazing - thank you so much! We would definitely come back to this hotel if we are in this area again!

A localização é muito boa, no portão norte da Cidade Antiga de Dali, perto do mercado de vegetais. A cozinha da loja está disponível para uso, o que é ideal para quem gosta de preparar suas próprias refeições. Há também um fogão na loja.
