The room was good, and there are restaurants and supermarkets nearby, so it's good value for money. The breakfast selection was average, but enough to fill you up. "Our family of 4 had a wonderful 2 nights stay in mid December. The great service started even prior to our stay as we had 2 personal concierge 小张 & 莹莹 assigned to us. We had requested for connecting rooms via Trip and 小张 & 莹莹 contacted us directly via WeChat. They not only helped us get connecting rooms, they also gave advice and helped to arrange for our luggages to be sent to the hotel while a private driver (additional cost) picked us from the train station to start our tour of Changbaishan immediately so that we do not have to waste time traveling. All the staff at the hotel were wonderful as well. Our room package included 3hr ski tickets and access to the natural hot spring. It was our family’s first time trying to ski and we asked our personal concierge to arrange for private coach (additional cost). Immediately upon arriving at the ski lodge the coach was waiting and led us through the entire chaotic process of collecting and wearing the gears. The hotel has direct unlimited access to the hot spring and it was also a great experience not to be missed (Don’t forget to pack your swim wear!) It even has a fish pool where we dip our whole body. There’s also a Cute Pet Paradise with different animals you can feed. Overall there’s plenty of activities for everyone and we will definitely highly recommend the hotel to everyone coming to Changbaishan."

"This hotel have spacious service apartments, rooms are big, clean, hotel staff is always helpful. 10 min car ride from chang bai shan railway station. Issues I faced : there is a huge taxi shortage in the city during the peak tourist season, one days even i had to walk 3.3 kilometres in - 15 degrees temperatures to reach to downtown , DIDI and T3 service works here but taxi waiting is normally 40 min to 1 hour long. As a forigner the Hotel location was little odd for me and lots of precious time wasted in taxi waiting, breakfast location is 300 metres far from room, which was not convenient as me and family didn't want to walk in - 20 degree temperature to eat breakfast, I stayed 5 days, but only 2 days I dare to go for breakfast. For stay this place is so good, so clean, warm. "The first visit to this hotel was full of warmth and overwhelming hospitality. I still can't forget how they welcomed us the moment we arrived at the hotel. Firstly, we were overwhelmed by the staff during our arrival. They all came out to greet us and help with our luggages and belongings all the way in to the hotel. Secondly, with the seamless check in to our rooms and fruit platter, every gesture was well thought by the hosts. Thirdly, they prepared a sumptuous dinner for us. Simple local delicacies yet tasted really good. The number of ginsengs in the appetiser surprised us! From the portion to the presentation of food, we can taste the difference and feel they put in their heart to make everything better. Lady boss was generous to treat us a bottle of local rice wine during our mealtime. Tasted really good and special! We like that drink!! Additionally, we were asked for timing to eat breakfast and they would prepare that before our specific timing. They even asked us for our preference and customise breakfast for us. Breakfast was served and tasted as good as dinner! Freshly prepared and done meticulously by the kitchen. Lastly, lady boss gave us an impromptu complimentary tea session after dinner. A unique and interesting experience indeed. Never seen and tried it before. It's a heating device with net on it, put the heating pot for stirring and cooking our own tea from scratch. Meanwhile, we have the finger snacks and nuts to roast on the heating rack (as shown in the pictures) while waiting for our tea. In between, they would guide us how to prepare the tea. It was a chill and relaxing session. We enjoyed chit chatting while roasting our tea in the cafe. It felt so warmth especially when it was snowing heavily outside. The vibes were superb! I had many enquiries and the lady at the counter helped me out a lot without hesitation. She tried all her means to help us. The lady at the hot spring was very friendly and provide good services too! The staff from the hot spring, restaurant, concierge, driver and even lady boss all were very attentive, friendly and nice at any point of time during our stay. Pretty impressive indeed. Giving all credits to every single staff. Amazing team! They gave us more than we could ever imagined from services to food to hospitality. Thank you for giving us an amazing and memorable stay! Overall it was a great and enjoyable stay at this hotel. Definitely recommend everyone to visit them and feel their positive energy. Certainly can't wait for our next visit to Chang Bai Shan again!!!"

"We really like this place .The hostess is very welcoming and kind, always ready to help. She kindly provided a free transfer from the railway station and also helped us get to the hot springs. The location is excellent — there are many cafés and restaurants nearby. The apartment is cozy, and the heated bed was a great bonus, especially in cold weather."

The front desk staff were very attentive and responsive to our needs. All the toiletries were provided, and the common areas were clean and odor-free. The hotel is conveniently located for dining and shopping, offering much better value for money than other hotels in the same price range. This is definitely our top choice for accommodation when traveling, highly recommended!"
