The hotel is located inside a pedestrian street, so you have to walk a short distance after getting out of a car, but it's not far. It's also very convenient to get around to various attractions by taxi."

They helped us book various activities, provided a private car transfer, and even did our laundry, which saved us so much hassle. The hotel's location is excellent, making it easy to get around, and there are plenty of great restaurants and attractions nearby. The afternoon tea was delicious too! Breakfast offered a wide variety of both Western and Chinese options, and tasted great. The biggest surprise was the complimentary skiing and hot springs activities – the ski resort was professional and the hot springs were so comfortable. We had an amazing time! All in all, everything from the facilities to the service was impeccable. We'll definitely choose to stay here again next time!"
