"Location is good, near to most of the tourist attractions. Only bad side for me is that their bath towels stink of cigarettes smell, and the walls are pretty thin. First 3 nights into my stay was good, the last 2 days was terrible as a family checked in beside my room, made so much noise and the thin walls could not block those sounds. Anyone who is a light sleeper please do not come here."

"I had a wonderful stay at Changbaishan Hailinyuan Fashion Hotel! The hotel is very affordable, making it a great option for budget travelers without compromising on comfort. What really stood out was the owner’s incredible hospitality. From the moment we arrived, the owner went out of their way to make our stay easy and enjoyable. They provided transport from Changbaishan Station to the hotel and even offered to take us to local attractions at no extra charge, which made exploring the area so much easier. The photos below show the owner fetching us to the attractions, which was such a thoughtful touch!
The hotel is located right in town, so it’s very convenient. There are many food options nearby, as well as a convenience store, which made grabbing snacks or essentials very easy. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the overall environment of the hotel was welcoming and cozy.
The owner is truly a kind and thoughtful person, always ready to help and ensure guests have a smooth and pleasant stay. I felt really looked after throughout our visit.

"First, it should be noted that the hotel accepts foreigners (as of December 2023). The hotel is conveniently located, about a 15-minute walk from the tourist center, from which one goes to Changbai Mountain. It is also near numerous shops and restaurants, as well as a bus stop. The room was big (I was actually given a room for four), with all the necessary facilities in good condition. The staff was kind and helpful, providing advice on various travel related issues (tours, tickets etc.) and storing the luggage on the day of check out. Overall, a great budget option if you're visiting Changbai Mountain and the surrounding areas."

"Traveling to Changbai Mountain with my furry friend, I finally found a comfortable B&B! The owner rescues stray animals, and there's a dedicated pet play area in the yard, complete with dog food, pee pads, and toys. The room is a wooden structure; the first-floor living room has floor-toceiling windows, so dogs can relax by the window and enjoy the view. In the bedroom, you can even request a separate, pet-specific bed. The most thoughtful touch was the dog treat gift bag given to us at check-out. There's also a pet-friendly forest park nearby, perfect for walks. Pet parents, don't hesitate to book!"

U too can buy ginseng honey and black ear mushroom from owner. Big wet toilet. Washing machine. Fridge. FOC pickup from HST CheongBai station only. A 15 min walk to Changbai North slope Entrance. CBS Was Closed yesterday an we watched the 3 D movie in Ticketing office.
One of the better apartment homestays I have experienced. Plenty eateries but 15 min walk. Aaah exercise after yr meals. Taxi / Didi easily available.
Recommended.

UUsuário convidadoWe are so pleased we choose to stay at this property, feels so welcoming, feels like home. The owner is so kind and helpful, she will arrange free pick up from the train station and always will follow up if we needed any help. This smart house is clean.Downstairs is mini mart (open 7plus morning to 10pm). Just few short distance away is bus stop for Bus number 1 (to railway station). We are already missing this small town.Thanks to the owner and the town people for their hospitality.

The free pick-up service from the railway station was smooth and incredibly helpful. It made our arrival stress-free and set the tone for the rest of our stay.
2. Room
The room was spacious and impeccably clean, with the added convenience of a heater in the washroom—a definite plus point, especially in colder weather.
3. Hospitality
The owner, Mr. Feng, and his staff, especially Mr. Xia, along with the rest of the team, are gems. They are extremely helpful, and their intention to assist guests is genuine. They provide support with a smile and never show any reluctance. Their efforts made our stay both comfortable and memorable.
4. Assistance and Arrangements
Mr. Feng and his staff went above and beyond to make our trip seamless. They arranged transport to Xue Li Mountain and helped us purchase tickets at a reasonable price. Mr. Feng even accompanied us to a restaurant to introduce us to a new dish, which was a delightful experience. The next day, Mr. Xia helped us buy tickets to Changbai Mountain (Heavenly Lake). He also ensured we were dropped off at the bus station and picked up later, making the process entirely hassle-free.
5. Farewell
This hotel holds a special place in our hearts. On our departure, they dropped us off at the railway station early in the morning. Mr. Feng himself joined to bid us farewell, which touched us deeply.
6. Final Thoughts
Their hospitality reaffirmed our faith in humanity. The kindness, care, and genuine efforts of Mr. Feng and his team made this stay unforgettable. Love and gratitude to all of them!

HHannahMErdaobaihe is a really sweet, cozy little town. Although it’s not located in the main town area, it is just opposite the beautiful pine forest, which makes the surroundings very peaceful.
There are free buses available to travel within the town, which is very convenient. However, as we can’t read Chinese, we mostly relied on Didi instead.
Getting a Didi can be a bit challenging due to the limited number of drivers, but as long as you’re willing to wait 5–15 minutes, you should be able to get one. The people in the town are very warm and welcoming.
We visited Enduli, and it was absolutely wonderful and truly memorable. The morning view from our room was magical. The room itself was spacious, and the bathroom was equipped with a smart toilet with a heated seat, which was a nice touch.
There was a small issue where we found a strand of hair on the bed when we opened the bedsheet. We didn’t make a fuss as I had my own disposable bedsheet prepared. Despite this minor incident, the overall stay was wonderful.
What really made this place special was Aunty Wu. She was always there for us and even woke up at 6am just to bid us goodbye. When we were looking for laundry services, she kindly offered to wash our clothes in-house. With my OCD, I was especially touched that she even warmed my laundry bag for me - such a thoughtful gesture.
Will definitely be back

Sshaney yeo jun xinFlora Hotel offers excellent amenities and is very well equipped. Everything was fully prepared and thoughtfully provided. The hotel offers disposable towels, paper cups for brushing teeth, a hair dryer, a mahjong table, and many other facilities — truly, whatever you need is available, which made our stay very convenient and comfortable.
The property itself is very spacious, with a super large house layout that feels open and relaxing. The rooms and common areas were clean and well maintained, making it a great place to stay, especially for groups or families.
The location is relatively near the city; however, food options nearby are limited. There is only a small restaurant beside the property, and apart from that, there aren’t many dining choices within walking distance. To reach the main food street, it is necessary to take a short car ride of about 5 minutes.
Overall, Flora Hotel is a clean, spacious, and well-equipped place with excellent amenities. It’s a great option if you’re looking for comfort and space, especially if you don’t mind taking a short ride out for more food options 😊

UUsuário convidadoVery reasonably priced hotel with a good location, within walking distance of the main parts of town (approx 10mins). The owners and staff were very helpful.
I recommend booking the forest trip directly with them at the lobby. The owners also have a farmhouse in the forest, and the trip is truly worth it. They guide you through the forest, teaching survival skills like starting a fire. Afterward, they serve a delicious lunch cooked on a hot stove.
We also tried ice fishing, where we made our own hole in the ice. There are plenty of other activities to enjoy as well.
I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Changbaishan!

She replied all my queries promptly and patiently via wechat. If you are a foreign tourist without a local phone number, you can still contact her through WeChat by adding her contact number, which is her wechat contact ID . There are some restaurants and supermarkets nearby which is very convenient .
The room is very spacious and bright with well-equipped facilities, and the surrounding environment is quiet, clean, hygienic and tidy. Highly recommended!!
